I came to this shop today and they were immediately helpful. When I walked in I had no idea what I was going to do I had three flats and no way of getting my car to their shop. I was given a towing company number to call and brought the car to them, mind you the towing company was pleasant fairly price and a friendly sweet driver. They explained to me in thorough detail what exactly was wrong with my car and how things needed to executed as well as keeping me in the loop as far as pricing. I wasn’t intimated by any of the works or over sold about things that aren’t of any importance as most large franchise shops will do. Their pricing is 100 percent reasonable and I will most definitely be coming back. Everyone I seen walk in and out of the facility were regulars who have been coming to this shop for years. I truly have no complaints , this experience was the best I’ve had yet and I am confident I found my trusted mechanic. I will be back and will continue to do business with them as well as do my best to refer as many customers as I can . Thank You QUALITY AUTO !

What a great place to get your car inspected! It was quick and easy. I was done within 35 minutes just like he said. It’s worth the $65 dollars! Could not be happier

Urgently needed service late on a Saturday afternoon. Front desk was willing to help even though it was close to closing. They did the job efficiently, and it cost what they told me it would cost up front.

I had my front breaks done there spend almost three hundred dollars and had to go back because breaks started making nose two days later manager said it was back breaks when I took my car in it was stated just front had to be done so I feel as though your mechanic did not do has job when it came to my car because he had to replace rotors when that should have been done in the first place. I Will never let them work on my car again.

They do not uphold to appointment time . They are not professional! 30 minutes delay would’ve been reasonable but to be told to return an hour plus later or next day is very unreasonable after agreeing to an appointment time.

I had an issue with my ABS braking system and the gentleman at the front desk understood my concern and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. His name is Rishi. Hes a great guy!!!!

I went there with a faulty throttle body which triggered the check engine light. The repair was handled professionally along with re-programming the inboard computing module. My vehicle runs without any issues now.

I would like to know how can we come to a solution to my cars problem that was caused by a technician over at the Quality Auto Bloomfield location I took my car to get my ac checked they preformed the evacuate and recharge and advices me that my fan module needed to just simply be replaced and it will cost me $500 I replaced it myself for $40 and the fan started working however the ac was still not working that’s when I took my car again to quality auto for further inspection upon dropping off the car again everything in my car was running normal as noted by myself and the mechanics. I dropped of the car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon only to find that my cars engine fuse box was loose and hanging and the interior fuse box had fuses loose and dropping out with the cap on the floor and they told me “you’re car is ready” I turned on the car and all my dash lights are on and my steering wheel is hard. I showed the shop manager and he told me he didn’t know why this happened and that my car is just an old car and “these things happen” I left the place knowing that I just received my car ruined and in WORSE condition that I dropped it off and all because an incompetent mechanic ruined my car by tweeking with its electric system now I am stuck w a car that was perfectly fine to drive w no ac to one that now has no steering and lights flashing nonstop with no answer from Quality Auto

This place is pretty cool and honest they will try they best to assist you in any way possible and they are fairly priced. I have no complaints about Quality auto and hopefully I never will.

Not professional took 2 hours just to do an oil change n check my wipers which the sloppy front desk guy didnt fix. $120 for an oil change SCAMMERS!I will not return

It was my first experience with them but it was so bad experience bx after I spend over two hours waiting for them to change the car oil.. The one there said we cant open the car hood.. Idk how is it an auto center and they dont know how to open it and waste my time for the only day I take off from work 😔

Rishi and his team have maintained my car (a well worn 2006) for its entire lifespan. They have come through at times when I was in a pinch, stuck for time and tires failed me, when the Check Engine light was unflinchingly stubborn and my exhaust system was riddled with holes. An oil change should never take 2 hours to complete. Consequently the oil filter was not tightened, the engine cover was left loose ( and came down while driving), the air intake was left off and the service engine light was not reset. I wont be returning as a result.

I have lived in Bloomfield for almost 3 years and didnt know about this place. So glad I discovered it today. Had to do a state inspection and did not want to head to the DMV to sleep in the long lines. I went to Quality Auto Centers and was done in less than 30 minutes. They were professional, friendly and able to accommodate with very little notice (I simply called and showed up, haha). Totally recommend this place! :)

I stopped going to this place 3 years ago because they would say I needed something fixed and when I let them fix it, they would turn around and tell me that wasnt the problem and charge me again for something else. When it comes to minor maintenance like oil change and tire rotation theyre reliable and fast. Anything else I take it somewhere else.

I have utilized Quality Auto, which is also a Goodyear shop for close to 20 years. As a result, I can use my Goodyear credit card to pay for my services. Ask for Reesie at the desk and a couple of mechanics, who have done a Great job with my vehicles (at least 4) are John and Danny, but others have serviced them and done very well!

Came here for My ac thought it was My compressor but wasnt. Thank God they did a diagnosis which I didnt want to do but He convinced Me to do it to make sure what was really wrong with it. Im happy I did the diagnosis cuz it had nothing to do with the compressor and was cheaper. Ac works fabulous. They do great job. I trust these guys they are very sincere and honest. They wont do nothing until they fully explain the issue and get permission on what U want them to do. They do great mechanical work. Very fare prices. Never had any issues with them. They explain every option U have very precisely. Would not trust anyone else. Overall grade A+

Good people. They do good work but one of the sales reps charged me more to do two tire replacements and removal just because I asked him to please use the right torque wrench for my Maserati. Which is the right way to place the tire and rim back. Price went from $30 each tire to $50 per tire.

These guy are great. I went to get my brakes checked out because they were squeaking and they told me nothing was wrong and sometimes after rain it might squeak. They didn’t charge me anything even after I said they took the time to look at it to give me peace of mind. Been going for years now and trust their work and their integrity.

Ive been taking my cars to the Quality Stop Center in Bloomfield, NJ for over 15 years. The management and mechanics are courteous and knowledgeable. But, what I like most is they talk straight, no double talk. Their prices are comparable to other mechanics, and their work is solid. I highly recommend them

My experience at this establishment was nothing short of one of the worst they might as well have held a gun to my head when they ripped me off for charging me twice not getting it right the first time from there Amazing mechanics what a joke or from the Arrogant owner who looks and act annoyed when you ask him questions. And having the nerve to making a comet luckily I didnt hear it for not acknowledging him after payment but I can thank him for helping me realize that there are lousy service stations around and to all of my fellow motorists Quality Auto is not a place to go

They are great. I’ve been coming here for years (8 years at this point) and they’re good people who aren’t looking to rip you off. They’re nice and didn’t charge me when my tire hit a pothole and it was leaking because it was just dislodged and nothing was broken.

I paid $200.00 for labor on front and back brakes ( bought the brakes). Well they did a good job on the the brakes. However, Upon finishing the mechanic told the other guy that was making up my bill that my l my engine light was on.Why wouldnt he just take a minute and attach the computer to find the issue with the engine and tell the cashier Instead they ignore it. I would have been. appreciative if the mechanic would have took the time to attached the small attachment. and tell me the problem. But they billed me. and said thanks. I didnt like this it was notcustomer service. It was take the money. . next because I overpaid a bit to just put brake pads was a $167.00 + tax.I wish I could find a true honest auto mechanic. They start great but then when they are use to over charging theyre no longer any good. Treat every customer as you first

DONT DO IT!!! I took my car to this place because my check engine light was on and my steering wheel was shaking. Quality Auto(laughable) told me that I needed to have my oil changed, and that I needed two new tires. The very next DAY my check engine light came back on and my steering wheel started shaking again. NOW they say I have an oil leak, my breaks and rotors need to be changed, I have an axle problem, and I have a sensor problem... really? My car was just there and they told me my breaks and rotors were fine. The front desk person says the problems stem from the car having over 200,000 miles, but it had these miles before I brought it in to have the oil changed. Where were these problems then? If they had found all of these problems they would have told me because they could make more money. Do not waste your time and money with this business as they are scammers, especially if you have the good year credit card. It is all about trying to keep you coming back to spend more money.

John and the rest of the crew have given me expert service at a very fair price for over six years. I have had many repairs there and when diagnosing my problem, they always look at the simpler and less expensive repair before going any further. They have saved me many times when I would’ve got gouged if I went somewhere else. This is NOT a place that will take advantage of our lack of knowledge on cars. I won’t take my car anywhere else while in New Jersey. I would highly recommend giving them a shot.
