Was in and out in less than 2 hours. My driver side lights and electrical were out and all jacked up. Technician found my issues and had me out of there before I could finish making my dinner. Highly recommend them!!

We had a problem with our trailer lights not working. Called Blaine Brothers to see if they could fix them, they said they were too busy BUT they could come after hours. Price would be 167.00 per hour plus they put a hold of $800.00 on our bank account (I understand that). We had no choice, needed the lights fixed. He finally showed up, (mind you they are 11 miles away from where the truck was) work on the truck for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours, he got the lights working. Called the next day because I still did not receive a invoice and the money was still on hold in my bank account. They did get me the invoice after about 15 minutes, was shock on the total. Was figuring about $300.00-$350.00. The bill was $584.26, they charge for 2.86 hours (again they were 11 miles away) no where on the invoice is the hours. Shop supplies $50.15 (what shop supplies), service call fee $50.00 (nothing was said about a service fee when called) plus the supplies they used which were $6.05. I definitely will not recommend them to other drivers. Guess we should of know, we had them do some work on our other truck in May 2020, and the pricing was not what they said it would be.Blaine Brothers made it right with no problem.

Extremely curtious and friendly staff. They are fairly quick with repairs and have a nice size and clean lot. I would recommend this shop over a dealer shop any day!

They overly charged, the pricings make no sense and until someone can do the same business as they do they have the market in a corner in Minnesota! I brought my 2017 Jayco Fifth wheel in for a leaf spring suspension adjustment to ride more level with the front pin box on a cross country trip after dealing with it whipping around for over 2,000 miles on the freeway and making the ride horrible for the family. I called w/o an appointment and the guys got me right in on Fri night at 8pm!! They were fast, courteous and even offered up the use of the break room for my 17month old daughter, my wife and 10yr old son. They truly provided excellent service and being more than 2300 miles from home, Id drive just to come back for service again. Working in Law Enforcement, I know the value of quality customer service and satisfaction in work. Let me tell you, I did not leave unsatisfied! Thank You ALL, Especially my Techs Jake and Marlon!!

Well......Ive had repairs take way too long before and Ive also been grossly overcharged before. My trip to Blaine Brothers set personal records for both....at the same time! If youre looking for somewhere where a simple 45 minute repair takes 2.5 hours, this is your spot. What....?!? Not good enough? You say ..... Over charge me too!. Dont worry ..... Theyve got you covered. $80.00 repair??? Nope ...... Try $256.00!!!! I couldnt make that up if I tried. Do yourself a favor......Go ANYWHERE else.

Called over the road repair, took them more than 1.5 hrs and the police ordered me to move my truck cos it was in a ramp and these guys were late. Then when i called to cancel cos i was moving my truck, they were not even left the shop. But, they charged me more than $300 just for calling and cancelling. ITS FUNNY BECAUSE THEY INCLUDED disposal fee for a reepair which didnt happen. Later been advised from friends from minneapolis that u dont go to blain brothers if u r a black or minority in that area. Be Aware.......

Well lets see I had a check engine light that took about three minutes to clear any other shop charges an hour rate to clear it not a tactical charge as well whatever that means the other issue was a simple short in a headlight that you claimed also head bolt stripped out now let me clear a couple things up for you when I called you guys you told me to come right on over and you could get me in because it wasnt that busy if it had been that busy you would not have been able to get me and so dont try to act like you were doing these some kind of a favor. I took the dogs out of the truck so they would not bother your check to fix a couple of simple things and as far as the airline went it was a fitting you didnt repair an airline you replaced a fitting. So lets recap you fix the simple short and a headlight cleared a check engine code that took about 3 minutes and replaced a fitting. You claimed there were bolts stripped all I have is your word on that. Now if my two Huskies that your staff was playing with were an issue then you could have said so at any time rather then petting them. I notice you argue and fight with everyone that puts a negative review on your site you better come to the realization that his customers that keep you in business and maybe you should look at the way you are doing business seeing that you have the negative reviews that you have. So lets recap everything here shall we? I came in with a check engine light a fitting broke on a seat connected to the airline and a short in the headlight and you charged me $350 from what should have been no more than an hours work. Your staff played with my dogs and petted them telling me how much they liked Huskies never asking me to restrain them and never seem to be a problem until now. If I could give you a negative five star review I would. Forgive my late response but I didnt even realize that you had pulled what usually do when people give you a bad review and argued with me about my review . Also since you dont seem to realize this when you charge to clear a code a flat fee such as $100 is the normal in the industry to clear a code not an hours labor and a technical code whatever the hell thats supposed to be as I said stop trying to act like you did me a favor everybody whos put a bad review on your shop I said the same thing you overcharge. I want $100 refunded and an apology and then maybe Ill think about giving you more than a 1-star rating which is all you deserved you be sure and have the best weekend Erica Borkenhagen

Lies lies.... worst place ever if you have electrical issues dont dont dont take it there you would pay unnecessary fees they dont even check your truck they just charge you for parking overnight and turn your truck around make it look like they took it to the shop 😏

I have had them work on my RV a couple of times and they found and repaired my issues. They are certainly not a cut rate operation you will pay professional rates. My latest visit involved a very easy minor mistake being made of leaving the pin out on my batter carriage and believing the door could hold the batteries in place. A few days later while driving the door opened and the carriage slid our dumping both the starter batteries on the freeway. I went back to them knowing I had no absolute proof that they were the cause and they towed my RV to their shop and repaired it with two new batteries and cabling and they excepted the responsibility. I was very satisficed with the fact that they stood behind their work.

Great place for diesel repair and maintenance

I walked in off the street with a part I needed for my service truck. I delt with Brian Vandelac. He had the part I needed but not the right connections, which was understandable because its not an everyday part in the diesel repair business. He got me hooked up with somebody that had everything I needed. He didnt just sell me the part and say good luck which a lot of people in this business do sadly. These guys arent as big as they are from trying to make a fast buck on their customers. Ill be back in the future and dealing with Brian in sales. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

Bus needed a part to get us back to where we were headed. Took forever as they missed over nighting which we were willing to pay. Then when the part came in all the mechanics even though we were next in line went out on service calls. Took not to long to fix it which could have been a day sooner and then when we went to pay the bill wasnt ready and took forever to get done. We were not at all happy with the service provided!

Get parts from here alot for our capacity yard spotter. All the guys are knowledgable, fast and know me by name. Rare they dont have what I need...

When I did a PM service I asked them to adjust my headlights on Cascadia at the same time. Did not expect to receive a $100 charge for that.I don’t think it’s fair to ask that much.

My alternator failed and I had no choice but to use this shop since I was stranded. The surcharge on the alternator was ridiculous, and they charged me $180 for the core! I had the same repair done on the same truck with a service call for a grand total of $498 at St. Croix Diesel. They had my C7 in and out within two hours of being at the shop. Even though they were busy, they understood that I was stranded and the repair would not take long. Although this first alternator did go bad within three months, this shop gave me all of my money back after I returned the core. It wasnt their fault, it was Cats.At Blaine Brothers, it took over two weeks to get truck back for the same repair. There was a total cost of over $1,600 with a small service call to switch batteries about 10 miles away. The worst part was the loss of revenue from all the down time. I called the shop every few days to check in and got no good news. Their excuse was that they were short staffed, but I saw many mechanics in the shop when I walked in. This was a quick job, I didnt understand.I wish my experience would have been better here. I had to leave an honest review.

Had to go back 2 more times, for some reason they being the experts in semi trailer repair. Still did not fix the problem. Had to take it somewhere else to get the trailer fixed. I would not call them if I was dieing in the cold to fix anything of mine. 3000.00 down the drain. Drivers door would not open, they replaced the mechanism inside the door, here it is 3 months later still does not work correctly. Have to get in and out of the passenger side door. These guys could not fix a toilet paper dispenser! !!

Our company had a mobile call out done on a Friday night. The mobile call out fee is $50 & they say they dont charge mileage but they DO charge the time the TECH says he was there and back. For a 3 hour road call, they charged me 4.5 hours, AFTER i was told a completely different price on the phone. They also chained my axle up, causing damage to the airbag, which they refused to pay for this or the service we had to have done to repair the airbag. Their tech also left the brakes behind after breaking down our wheel end, and this caused us to have to replace these as well. We run through this area daily with our fleet and I wouldnt suggest these guys to anyone. Be wary.UPDATE: As you can see by their reply, you should be very careful. I have proof and emails that the words I posted in my review are truthful and not misleading. Thank you!

Not impressed with price of mobile service or tech that showed up. Fuel tank strap broken tech did jack up and put on temp strap. But had to tell him to put padding back between metal strap and tank. Didnt do it right after I used up fuel I had to readjust it be the last company I will ever call again like I said your tech didnt make sure to put the padding back right between the steel mounts and the aluminum tanks I didnt expect a permit fix but at 165 dollars per hour you think that you could do that right I believe that you milked the travel time and still havent received the record for the job that you did how long does it take to send out the paid record for something that you have already been paid for like I said I wasnt impressed by your rate but I had to agree to it due to my situation at the time yes I agreed to it yes I paid it but even you should know that you dont put steel against aluminum with out padding at a 165 dollars per hour I should be able to expect the tech to do at least that right

Today, I brought my 1994 Airstream 36ft. Land Yacht in for transmission service and differential lube change to synthetic and A/C service. Thanks to Blake for not giving up on the A/C service. Im a Vietnam Veteran and when it came time to pay the bill they had waived all the labor cost, just to thank me for serving my country and to wish me a happy 4th of July. I’ve known many of the Blaine Brothers employees for several years and have only good things to say about them. They are some of the most respectful, hardworking, and honest people I know. They will get the job done and more importantly make sure it’s done right. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This place is a rip off, got towed in the shop to replace a starter, they charged me $225 on towing when it was agreed on $175, than $100 more on the part, than add it diagnostic $150 when I already knew what was the problem and thats what I came in for. If you can avoid coming to this place do yourself a favor.

Hours are determined by what service you require.

Took my companys little dump truck there for new front tires, and an estimate on replacing the kingpins. Its a 93 International, model 4700. They brought it into the shop, and called me quite quickly, and said they would not even put front tires on it because the kingpins were so bad. They told me that the left one was so bad, that it couldve broke while I was driving it. So we had them replaced along with new front tires. Excellent job! Very thankful for the service we received, and I got several phone calls updating me on the progress! Great job Blaine Brothers!

Our diesel motor home broke down on the ramp between I35E and I 494E. Blaine Brothers responded as quickly as possible with a mobile service unit. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and was able to fix it. Everyone else we called blew us off.

I brought my rv to Truckaline for an alignment, tire replacement, and brake check. Scott was upfront with costs and kept me informed on vehicle progress. Thanks for a job well done!

We were headed out of town on a Friday afternoon in our F350 pulling our 45 5th wheel camper. About 20 miles down the road we broke down. We were stuck on the side of the road with 2 small children feeling like the weekend was a bust. We called Blaine Brothers and in no time they had a truck out to tow us and our rig. All the guys in the shop were great, offering the kids candy, popcorn, and cartoons to keep them entertained! A couple hours later they had us fixed up and back on the road. I dont know of too many other shops that would have been able to get us towed, fixed, and back on the road in a few hours time late on a Friday afternoon! Blaine Brothers ROCKS! Thanks so much for saving our weekend!!!!

Fast road calls

The only thing these guys are good at is making excuses, lying and performing work on your truck without your consent. I brought my truck in for a new air compressor, an 8 - 10 hour job. It took them 3 days to put it in and it was the wrong one. Brought my truck back on a monday to have the right compressor put in and was promised it would be done in 1 day. I didnt get it back until wednesday.I lost 5 days of work for something that shouldve taken no more than 10 hours. As far as the lies go, everything that came out of Tuckers mouth was a lie. Everything he said he would do, everything he promised he would do never came true. When I got my truck back the second time it was to my surprise that they put on new brake cans and brake diaphragms. Supposedly they were leaking air the 2nd time my truck was there and not the 1st time. Go figure. Save yourself the headache and your money and stay away from these guys!

HUGE CROOKS! DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE EVER!! Had a new diesel motor put into my dump truck under warranty, because seals were starting to leak. We caught the problem right away and had the truck towed in just to be safe. Everything was working perfectly when we droped it off, including all the major components. When we came to pick it up, the turbo leaked bad and was screaming. When we asked Blaine Bros. about it they said they didnt know why the turbo that was working perfectly upon drop off was now leaking and squealing. In fact they even lied about the work and told us they didnt even have to touch the turbo to replace the motor. OBVIOUSLY A LIE! After talking to several other mechanics turns out these turbo components are quite sensitive and can be easily damaged during replacment of the motor if one is not very careful. They said they would fix it and they did, but when we returned to pick it up they wanted us to pay them over a $1,000.00 for the repairs. FOR DAMAGE THEY CAUSED! Now we are having to go to court over it and its turning into a nightmare. So if you like getting ripped off and lied to and going to court then this is the shop for you!

Too much charge. Service guy came and he said he dont have part and he needs to get it from St. Cloud( he checked first at st.cloud dealer And confirmed they have part) after 2 hours service guy came back without part and he said they misunderstood and they dont have part. They charged me for those 2 hours ( that is there mistake why customer suppose to pay for that????)Then after he said he will fix different way which he can done before getting part too. The work he done hardly took 30 mins. For that service call they charged 1033$ . The service call is from Blaine to Chanhassen which is 1 hour drive one way and 30 mins work he is done , shouldnt be more than 2.50 hrs. Try to avoid Blaine brothers. They are big liars. They dont even deserve 1 star. when i called them regarding my invoice they lied and said they didnt charge for full hours and took 1 and half hr. off. In reality they charge full hours and plus extra half hour charges.

Arrive for a oil change on my peterbilt bobtail. I wanted fleetguard filters and rotella oil. They charged me full service price plus cost of filters and 12× 32.47 per gal, but never said a thing bout cost of oil. At that price i could have bought oil from a truckstop for 21.99 a gal.My clutch was in need of adjustment so i added. They found a bad joint socket on linkage which i declined to replace.I finaly get my truck back, and theres grease on the floorboards, and grease on my body panels to my steps very unprofessional and disrespectful.They over adjusted my clutch, George the service writer told me my extra gal of oil was in truck. I guess he likes to assume to make an ass of himself.I brought up it being over adjusted and he claims it was right and due to bad part i declined to replace. I left mad woth how i was treated, keep in mint the bill was $789 for a basoc service and clutch adjustment.I took to peterbilt where they inspected the linkage which was fine and correctly adjusted clutch.I will never return to blaine brothers as they are rude, unprofessional, crooks!!

Would never do business with your shop and service ever again as a customer for yrs when in office mgr position and now owner operator last three yrs had bad experience with carelton shop 2 yrs ago and now mpls shop worse customer service in yrs no call with what trans problem was when found no estimate fix until i finally called them and was already apart waiting on parts and considering they just had this same transmission on there bench 6 wks ago to replace main gears they didnt check others worked fine shifting before got back never worked right after so 2nd time they fixed was told ball park price by this tucker guy only to hsve it be 500-600 more company i am leased to has done business for long time but can almost guarantee will never see a bit of business in your service bay again Customer service in truck dept awful

Whether its a diesel pickup truck or something heavier, these are the guys to trust when it comes to parts and service. Ive had my International 3800 medium duty truck in there for service many times and their prices are fair and the service is fast. I also go there for parts for my Ford 7.3 and 6.4 Powerstroke diesel pickups. Parts for the Fords are way cheaper than at the Ford dealer, and they come straight from Navistar who makes the Powerstroke engine for Ford.
