Chris olson rocks! I googled Realtors is coon rapids area and chris pulled up. I called him and he answered right away and I told him what I was looking for and that I am a first time home buyer and didnt have a clue on how to even start to buy a home. He helped me every step of the way! He answered my million questions without getting annoyed or frustrated! I even had doubts of buying a home because I thought it was just a scary thing to do for only being 24 years old and he took his time and had so much patients with me.
