Not the first time Ive been here, but first time I saw this (see picture). They have cameras and a monitor so you can watch the work being done. Pretty cool!I like Valvoline because they do quick work, dont try to oversell you on their services, and you can stay in your car during the oil change. Theyve also always been courteous and automatically have your info in their system from the previous visits. They also send out coupons periodically, which is nice.

Waited an hour for car infront of me to be done, left because I had a place to be. I thought this was supposed to be a fast place...

Was in there on 8/14 for about 1.5 hrs (50 minutes in line, 40 minutes in the bay) when they told me they had run out of oil. The manager apologized and said to come back on Monday (today) and hed take care of the bill for my lost time.Went back as requested and it was a whole new crew. Nobody knew what happened. The managers discount was the online coupon, which I already had was originally going to use Saturday anyway.Granted, I understand nobody did anything wrong and everyone was doing the best they could with the information they had. But still overall very disappointing (and a massive waste of my time - would have been faster just to do it myself).Side note: the service sticker they gave me was the standard 3 months / 3k miles despite a full synthetic oil change. If one doesnt know any better, theyre getting hosed if they follow that.I tried, but will not be going back.

Honestly I have great experiences at Valvoline every time and that’s why I choose to spend extra for the service but, this location has an issue with knowing the order of cars to arrive. I was the only one waiting and I chose a spot to sit and two cars came five minutes after me yet I was the last to be serviced of the three. The only reason I’m writing this review is because it happened the both times I went to this location and I waited over 30/40 min to not be prioritized in order of arrival like every other Valvoline I have ever been to for years. I think that needs to be changed in order to provide good service and I am always happy to go to the location again. Sadly I am always in a bad mood when I have gone so I have gotten a little ruffled by the fact I was told to wait for people who came after me and got a little snippy with workers and I apologize for that since the service was done at the end of the day but I do think this is an important thing to change.

This place is so professional. The people here are amazing. Shout out to Sheldon. Dude was very courteous and answered all questions we had. Definitely will be a repeat customer.

Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww and didn’t even close my hood. Should not take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get an oil change. If it does please change your name and disclose it, not the about 15 minutes you have on your signs now.

I picked one of the hottest days (98) to do the drive-thru oil change. Always the lucky one (me) they were short staffed. Everyone in line was getting annoyed, an employee came to each car and explained they were short and just trying not to die in the heat. Some people left. I was one who chose to stay, the employees worked at a safe satisfying speed and had great customer service with the right amount of humor to satisfy all who came this day. I give as HUGE👍 to their customer handling and dedication to ensure customer satisfaction.

I went here on my lunch hour and specifically asked if they could get me through in the right amount of time. They said no problem and then took so long that I was almost 20 min late returning to work and when you work by appointment that amount of time matters!.

Unorganized. They had one stall closed with no signage (there was a car in the spot). After 5 to 10 minutes someone came out and said to move to one of the other spots. By then other cars filling lanes. Needless to say I had to spend an additional 30 minutes waiting. They need better system for letting 1st people there to get served 1st.

I waited for an hour and a half to get my oil change, and they didnt go in order so two cars who came after me went before me which was kind of annoying but I didnt want to make a fuss and be one of those people. But they got the job done on a busy day, the team looked like they were enjoying their job and worked well together, and they were friendly. Mt youngest took a nap in the car while we waited which wouldnt have happened at other places where you get out of your car.

This was my first time at Valvoline for an oil change. Grace and Eddie were very professional and did a great job. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks -Barry

DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. I brought in my car for a basic oil change. A few days later I noticed a pool of leaking oil under my car. I have never had a problem with leaking oil before. I checked my oil and it was completely empty. Valvoline would not pay for a tow and took no responsibility. I put in a few quarts of oil just to drive it half a mile to the closest mechanic (Valvoline was 10 miles from where I was). The mechanic looked at it and said whoever did the last oil change torqued the plug too much and stripped it leading to the oil leak. He estimated the repair would cost $500. I told him not repair it and leave it alone while I talked to Valvoline about it. Valvoline took no responsibility and said because another mechanic looked at they dont have to take responsibility. Apparently this is in the fine print? They wont tow and they wont allow another mechanic to look at it. They couldnt tell if/when they could have sent someone to come check it out either. Wont pay for a rental car either while I waited. I cant go days without a car! What a scam! They wont pay for the damages or repair the damages. No integrity what-so-ever. Immoral and unethical. DO NOT USE VALVOLINE. I will never use them or buy any of their products again.

AVOID!!! Literally the worst customer experience ever. Long wait, their staff repeatedly made cars back up and move around so I lost my place in line. When I was finally the next to be served they asked me to back up AGAIN so someone else who had apparently come before me in a totally different line could take my place. Rude. Unhelpful. I will never use Valvoline again and I will make sure to share my experience with anyone who considers using them.

The staff is very courteous and thorough here. I feel valued as a customer and there is a thorough checklist for service.

Horrible customer service waited for more than an hour with no service update. I used to bring fleet cars here regularly but no longer. Absolute horrible experience.

Updated 4/20/21-Its been two weeks and no reply. Dont trust these people. They dont care at all..Original PostLast week I got my oil changed, it was exactly like the last 10 times I visited, except I had a burnt out tail light.The tech explained which light was out and it would cost $11.99 to replace it. I approved the $11.99 and they proceeded to replace the bulb. The dead bulb was the 3rd break light on the cab of my truck. They asked for permission before entering the bed of my truck, which I granted.. I paid my bill and went along with my day.Two days later I dropped my tailgate to find my carpeted bed liner completely destroyed with size 7 and 12 greasy work boot stains. I was absolutely shocked that the tech and the acting manager PJ destroyed my bed liner and said nothing about.Two days later, I went back to talk to the manager looking for some kind of resolution. He was not there nor could I talk to him on the phone. Instead the acting manager PJ said there was nothing they could do since I granted permission enter the truck bed and they are allowed to remove their boots at work. I left my name and number with a promise of a phone call but it’s been 4 days and nothing.I will no longer give these guys any of my business or referrals. I will most likely share my poor experience with everyone I know that lives in Blaine.I understand things happen, I am upset and disappointed because;1. Management should have spoken to me.2. Management should have offered at least an insulting free oil change. ($12 bulb vs $500 carpet kit)3. Management should have done something other than hide.4. Management should not have blamed me for allowing them to access the bed of my truck.

Normally this location is fantastic, they probably would have been fantastic this time around too...only thing is they apparently closed up shop early today. When I called beforehand the machine said they were open until 6, Google also said their hours were until 6. It sucked that I had to drive around to find another one that was still open. If their hours have changed I hope they update them on Google and their machine so others dont have this problem.

Waited 1 hour IN LINE with 1 car ahead of me. Kids just walked around wasting time and not actually servicing the vehicles. Was denied a tire rotation due to “too many cars in line behind me”. Would have gone somewhere else if I had known this ahead of time.

The wait in my lane was longer than expected. From start of the oil change to pull out time I spent almost 40 mins with my hood up. The employees kept disappearing to wherever. (Not other bays) I will not return to this location!

Valvoline is my favorite place to make an oil change, but this location wasn’t satisfying as I used from Valvo. I don’t know some how the service was very slow and I was there for an hour just to do an oil change. Hope this changes!

My SO had to clean all the oil up after they did an oil change. He wasnt too thrilled.

This Valvoline was the worst, we waited for almost two hours with one car infront of us and gave up, because there was no end in sight. The workers were just standing and talking most of the time. There were lines of three or four cars for all three bays and they were all taking just as long.

Quick, efficient, and thorough. No wait today and that was great. I always go back even if I am in line for a few minutes or so. Good people.

Great place with quick fast efficient service.

I pulled up and one of the workers, Grace, came right up to my window and explained how the system worked. I felt stupid asking the questions I had (I hardly know anything about cars) and she was so sweet- she went through all the details of what I needed changed and checked and didn’t seem annoyed/ didn’t make me feel silly. The other workers were great and quick. I’m very happy with this experience! In total it took me about 30 minutes.

Grace the assistant manager nows how to help customers and the tech that was down in the pit knows how to look and help customers know where a leak might be coming from

Large oil pool on my garage floor after oil change. Took it back and they said it was residual oil on frame they couldn’t clean up. No apologies, no fault admitted. It just happens. This was my first time at Valvoline. With dozen plus oil changes on this vehicle, I have never had this problem. Won’t be back.

Came in way later than I shouldve and have a vehicle that has a hard to reach filter. The crew stayed late to help me out. Much appreciated. Thanks for your help guys. Sorry to keep you late.

I made the mistake of coming on Friday before labor day, which led to about a 50 minute wait before getting into the garage. Not necessarily their fault.They did some checks like my lights and fluid outside, as well as filled my tires to help shorten the oil change time.Despite being (seemingly) overstaffed, they didnt start draining my oil for about 15 minutes, and my total service time was 34 minutes, while the website says you should expect it to be around 15.If they had stuck to 15-20 minutes per car, I think I wouldve been out of there in an hour tops, maybe only 40-45 minutes, as Im not sure how long the first car was in the garage before I got there.Ill update my review if I go here again and dont experience the same lengthy service time. I will say everyone was informative and friendly, so they had good service and attitudes.

Price is right and these guys make a HUGE effort to ensure everything is great. Honest and very friendly.Nice little break room too.

It’s a great place to get your oil change quickly (as if in a car race check crew :p ) plus other engine checks and wipers etc repairs. They gave me $25 off coupon for first time while calling customer care :)Also they forgot to reset oil change light and went back and they did it and checked air pressure free of charge so nice service.

Went in to have filters inspected for mice. Called first and the person I spoke with was friendly and helpful and confirmed they had my filters. Went in for the first time and was greeted with smiles and enthusiasm. Service person made quick work of checking my cabin filter, which required pulling out the glove box. He did it with ease. He offered to check my air filter which is where he found the evidence of a mouse nest and promptly replaced it. I was there 17 minutes. Pretty impressive. They gave me more ideas for mouse deterrent and were all super friendly. They know their jobs and I appreciate that. I would go back and would recommend them!

They broke the valve stem for the back tire on my car. I called and couldn’t get through to the store that did my oil change, I eventually got through to customer service and I was advised to tow the car back to the store as there is no way for them to prove my claim. I get to the store and the assistant manager tells me they wouldn’t pay for my tow to the store. Further more they wouldn’t pay to get my car towed to the tire shop literally 2 minutes away. And the manager was unavailable for calls all day. I wouldn’t ever ever ever go to vavoline ever.

Everything was great I love the staff there

I took my truck in for an oil change and a fuel filter. Come to find out they never put in a fuel filter. The guy pretended to do it, shaking my truck from below and all. Charged me $100 for a filter that was never installed. I would get out of the vehicle and visually make sure these hacks are actually doing the work if you decide to bring your vehicle in. Scam artists!!!!

Great service and made sure that all is well after the visit. Definitely going to be a return customer. My first time there, normally do my own maintenance. Enjoyed being able to watch them while they were doing the job. Showed us all the parts that they were replacing and gave us the final say.

The guys were amazing, super funny, super nice. Just give me information and didn’t try to force me to buy extra stuff, they listened to what I asked for and took what I said instead of trying to run me of my money like every other place out there. Highly recommend this place.

Extremely friendly crew, especially Samuel, the guy who helped me. He walked me through absolutely everything the crew was doing, and made suggestions according to what my car will need soon or in the future.Its really neat how they keep track of your car information and oil change history with them, no matter what location you go to. It makes the process go much faster! The 18-point maintenance check is a plus. The best part is that you get to sit in your car the entire time. Im always impressed with Valvoline, but this location has by far been the best as far as friendliness, ease of service, quality, and answering all of my questions thoroughly! They really do a great job.

I brought my NEW F-150 in for an oil change. The person under the truck yelled up that he had not done one like this before. I was happy to see one of the Sr. guys from up top go down to help. But was not happy when he was back up in less than 30 seconds. The bottom guy didnt tighten the new filter and my truck drained out all the oil over the next 24 hrs. I limped my truck back in the next day. the check engine light was on and they did a new oil change. Ford had to replace 1/2 my engine. Valvoline for my troubles of not having a truck for 2 months gave me 2 free oil change coupons and said theyd power wash my garage pad. No thanks, if you cant screw on a filter i cringe to think what youd do to my pad. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no training, no accountability, no honor.

You probably should call ahead if you are bringing in your car for a serpentine belt replacement. Their website does not indicate that they cannot replace the serpentine belt on all vehicles. I brought my daughters Nissan Altima in for an oil change and serpentine belt replacement this morning. After spending over an hour waiting (my fault for going on a Saturday morning), I was told that they did not have the tools or know how to replace the serpentine belt on this model. I left without having them do the oil change either. As I wait for my oil to be changed at Perfect 10 quick lube, I watched a video on replacing the serpentine on this model of Altima and I’m pretty sure I can do it myself. I will not be returning to Valvoline again at any location, as my Saturday morning would not have been wasted if they would had indicated on their website that they cannot do serpentine belt replacement on all models.

I brought in a Volkswagen Passat it has a splash guard underneath the front of it they had to take it off to change the oil and could not figure out how to put it back on when I got home and looked it wasnt going to last very long cost me $20 to take it to another shop to have it put on right I believe they need a lot more training at that location dont go there

Quick and thorough experience. The technician alerted me to a pool of oil in the engine area that the previous technician had left at a different store. They cleaned that up, replaced my broken running lights, and even put time into repairing a dislodged fog light. Would recommend for speedy, in-depth, and friendly service.

Also, for the people giving this place bad reviews for the prices, you all can look up or call on pricing before you go. If you dont like the pricing dont go. However in terms of service you absolutely get what you pay for

So happy with my service at Valvoline! I arrived promptly at 8am. Got in right away. I had a Groupon for the wrong location and they honored it because it was purchased for MN Valvolines! Even replaced my headlight for $12 with a bulb I brought in. I will be a returning customer! Thanks guys! Makes my crazy life easier

I used to get a good deal there but now 4 qt. Of oil and a filter is around $50. I dont go there anymore. Too expensive for oil and a filter.

Had them not put my oil filter on right not once but TWICE! And this last time when I brought it back in because my car was leaking they straight up lied to me about it and said it was a seal. Brought it to my mechanic who tightened the filter and it hasn’t leaked since. Will never be back to another Valvoline again. Absolutely atrocious.

Wow, they give you the history of your car. You dont even get out. They do a road worthy test. I was impressed. I will be taking my car in next week. (We were getting my sons car done. )

Spent more than hour there because they didnt have right oil filter for my vehicle. Was told that they will contact me within two days. After a week of no phone call, called back by myself to find out that no one even bother to order correct filter for me! Have to wait another week or so. Very disappointed...
