Very nice looking salon. The staff was quick and seemed like they did a good job until I got home and looked at the polish. They didn’t do an even application of polish (and I paid extra for gel) and didn’t ask if I thought they looked good before putting my shoes back on. A little disappointed in them not looking great. I guess I’d go back to see if this was a one off situation

First experience @ Vertex. They made everyone wash their hands upon entry! Love that! Pedicure was quick, the staff was friendly. I feel like it would have been more fun without masks (but what isn’t). We will return again, post pandemic measures for a second round of pampering!

Looks nice when you walk in. Daughter and I had pedicures. Other customers had mimosas and we were not offered a beverage. My daughter made a comment about it, then we were asked if we wanted one. Scrub massage was nice and smelled good. Hot stones were luke warm. Terrible job polishing nails. A second coat would have been nice. When they were done, they didnt even ask how it looked. After polishing nails they are in a hot hurry to get you out of there. When we got to the car, my daughter noticed one big toe was messed up, but she didnt want to go back in to have it fixed. I didnt really look at my nails until l went to bed and then saw both big toes were messed up and a second coat was needed for better coverage. Not a very good experience at all. Very disappointing, especially for price. Needless to say, will not go back.

The salon is beautiful. Unfortunately my nails were not. My nail tech was trying very hard to get me to do what she wanted, when I wanted something different she rushed me out. My nails were poorly shaped. The gel color was applied very carelessly and was left blotchy and bumpy. I went to GNO nails across the street and had them fixed. Waste of money and I will not be going back.

This was my first time visiting Vertex Nails and I was very pleased with my experience. The building is very light, clean, and modern. The staff extremely professional and friendly. I had the Special Pedicure and was surprised and pleased that it came with a paraffin treatment and hot stone leg massage. Both wonderfully relaxing. I also thought $50 was a reasonable price for the excellent service. I would also recommend Jojo. She was very considerate and did a beautiful job. I will be definitely back!

Really beautiful place! Everything sparkles and you feel like you are in luxury! Everyone is really attentive and does great work, and the owner takes the time to talk to you and welcome you. You can order apps and bubble tea from next door. And I got a complimentary mimosa with my pedicure. And they accommodated our large party. I have definitely found my new salon!

First time at the salon on April 18th. I was greeted upon entering & everyone was very friendly. Although they were very busy, they were still able to get us in within 10 minutes of our apointment. They served mimosas while getting the pedicures. They offer 20% off for first time customers! My biggest complaint is that we spent over $250 for 3 of us to get manicures & pedicures & after 5 days the gel is peeling & chipping off our hands. It seems like corners were cut while getting our manicures in the prepping process because they were so busy.

We rented out the upstairs section for 6... absolute beautiful setting!!! Delicious appetizers served, as well as a complimentary cocktail (included in the rental fee).I got the Hydration Jelly package & it was the best leg massage during a pedicure! Wonderful job on the gel pedi, too.Extremely friendly staff!The ONLY issue was that they forgot we had pre-paid the $20/pp rental fee, so make sure to mention that at check-in. They cleared it up immediately though.So 5☆s, for sure!

Very clean and new on the inside which makes it very appealing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The pedicure was very nice and I felt great afterwards. The only downfall is that the polish wiped clean off my nails 3 hours later as if it was still a fresh coat of polish. This was also after sitting at the dryer for 20 minutes prior to leaving. Will likely not be returning.

They always do such a great job! I drive 35 minutes to go to Vertex. Its my favorite place. Everyone who works there is great. It does get super busy so make sure you are not in a hurry, but its totally worth it. They try to get everyone situated asap.

Best experience for a pedi Iv had in a long time. Very clean, gorgeous inside, lots of options. You can even have a party here with food from next door. Definitely making the drive to this place more often

Too busy and did not do a good job on my nails.We had a reservation and we had to sit for 30 minutes before there were available chairs. I came in for a mani with the dip and a pedi. Pedi was great but when it came to the dip mani it was one of the worse I have ever had. No lotion and all the power was still on my hands. I was told to just sit there for 7 minutes and then I was done. I have since washed my hands and still have polish all over myself. Very disappointed!! Would not recommend.

I will not be back. Every girl in there was totally rushed. They looked like theyre were scrambling just to fit another one in. My nails looked rushed to. I had one replacement done and it no where near matches. Very unhappy. I asked the girl if the would file it down and she argued with me and told me thats the way it was suppose to be.Cant wait until my mail tech is back!

Very welcoming, courteous, and sweet. Never feel rushed and they explain and help out in any way possible if unsure on any service offered. Very clean and I have no worries on getting any type of infections. A quality place to do business.

I dont usually get my nails done because of work, but I had a little vacation coming up so I decided to get my nails done and Im so glad I went! I had Vyha do my nails and she was SO professional, funny, and sweet. Highly recommend her! An awesome experience and I cant wait to go back!

Every time I come to Vertex, the staff are super friendly and always put the customer first. I highly recommend coming here for your nails. They made my daughter feel 100% comfortable for her first time. This is my go to Salon for my nails.

I recently changed nail salons because i heard Vertex was a new place that was amazing. I was super satisfied the first couple times but recently they’ve been getting worse and worse. The past 2 times i’ve had to wait for service and when they finally got to me i had 3 different people come and go working on my nails. The last time i got my nails done as i was walking out the door i heard one of the employees on a phone call and confirm an appointment with a customer, he immediately ended the phone call and didn’t even write it down. They’re all about getting as many customers as possible but with the worst service.

They need to clean up their act. Went in for a pedicure and it was packed. Told to go to a specific chair and had to walk through all the other people getting pedicures. The floor has toenails all over. It was awful. The water was cold l, asked for warmer water amd got a bit but barely covered my feet. Although the staff was nice there was way to much chatting with each other then concentrating on the pedicure itself. The massage left little to be desired as they she rubbed my legs over amd over I’m the same spot. They need to concentrate on massaging the feet. I was so looking forward to a nice pedicure and was really disappointed.Not relaxing in the least.

The salon itself is stunning! Natural light floods in from the huge ballroom style windows, the marble sparkles and the decor elevates the space into feeling more like a spa then salon. I was offered a mimosa and other beverages as soon as I arrived which was wonderful. I went with an Herbal pedicure and experienced the calming tea. Nothing was rushed and every part of my pedicure was enjoyable. The reason for the four star rating however is because my pink and white full set ended up having bubbles in a few of my nails. I do realize its a complicated process however nails are the one thing Id expect to be perfect at this place and they were not. Overall the experience was good and I will go back for another try.

Had an appointment for 2 pm , wasn’t helped until 2:40. the man at the front desk was very rude and dismissive. my nail tech was very nice, but my nails are way too thick and not sleek looking at all, and my cuticles were cut and bled on all my fingers. wouldn’t come back

Drove 30 mins just for mimosas which they currently do not serve because they lost their license, strike 1. Out of all my friends, I was the last to sit and the last to get a tech, yet I was the first to be done because my technician was so in rush and my feet looks that way, strike 2. I called her back to fix my feet and she left the UV light on and never came back to get it ( I had to remove myself), she never put oil on my feet like my friends received strike 3. My poor feet looks like I tried to do them myself with regular polish, needless to say I will NEVER spend my $65 in that place again. The 2 stars are for the customer service at the front desk upon arrival and the overall look of the place.

Too expense to get a gel pedicure u need to paid 40 only pedicure and 15 more for the gel.realy not happy with the service.

I have been in the hunt for a decent nail salon for several years now, and I didn’t know this place was this amazing until a friend referred me, her manicure looked so nice I had to give it a try! Katie and Tee Tee are awesome people! They are so sweet, I have only worked with these two gals, but I am more than certain everyone else there is just as nice, and talented! I would definitely recommend! And if it’s your first time, you get a little discount so go and treat yourself!!

Wow I wrote a previous review and looks like it was altered. Nonetheless dont waste your money on this place. Theyre bias, unprofessional, and the atmosphere was extremely hostile. Dont let the good looks of the place fool you. It was so busy i dont know why. I had 4 different people working on my nails in various positions where I had to reach over my shoulders or chair and bone of them said a single word except to ask for what I want and nail color other than that it was harsh filing and scrubbing pulling. Alittle eye contact would had been nice.. Some of the nail techs children, teenagers were there walking around making it even more crowded and flustered as if it werent already. People with appointments were being shuffled with walkins it was unbelievably frustrating. My nails peel the next day and my cuticles were not cut right, I could of done this at home better. When they were done with me they moved on and didnt even take the uv light or supplies off my lap. I thought they were coming back but a good 7 mns after I just threw everything in the foot tub thing. I was also still sitting in one if those massage chairs that were high off the ground. I cant believe I paid over 100 for a mani pedi.

I love this place! It’s beautiful and luxurious. Very clean and the staff are nice. The prices are fair, and my nails turned out great.

They over charged me and I had no idea until I got home. My mom has gone here before and had no problem, she was confused on why I got charged so much because it had never been that much when she went. I didn’t get a design but I did get a shape which is only $5 more. My friend got a design and was charged $20 extra. I am now broke because if this over charge i’m 16 . Total I spent $70 and my friend spent total $90. If you’re a teenager ask to see the prices!

The staff was so nice and they did such a great job on my nails! Wonderful experience, I would highly recommend.I was able to grow with a group and we were served beverages from the connected restaurant and get appetizers. The luxury was worth the money!

It was closer to home and seemed newer, bigger, and supposed to be better than all the other smaller stores around Blaine, but it turns out this place wants a quick buck and doesnt really value quality over quantity. Listen to the bad reviews and stay away from this place. Also, Im pretty sure this place violates some rules with sanitation...

First visit. We were a party of 7. One came out with crooked nails. One technician worked on ones feet but claimed she already did the other (when she did NOT). We were NOT offered any type of drinks, dont even mention mimosas!,.. We didnt even get water. One person had a broken acrylic nail within 4 hrs. The owner/manger offered for us to eat next door in their family ran restaurant but we kindly declined. Meanwhile, he was messaging his belly complaining its probably just gas... Unfortunately, we tipped. This was not worth the 40min drive today.

Called on a Thursday, booked 3 appointments for Saturday morning. We got there, were seated right away & offered a water. Salon is clean & beautiful. We were happy with our mani & pedi. Place was busy & full the whole time we were there.

I’ve been getting my nails and toes done at Vertex for about a year. Pros: Clean, new and beautiful space, some techs that do a nice job (Brian, Mia, TeeTee, Vicki), organized and large color selection. Cons: appointments essentially don’t exist. When you call and book a tech and time, then arrive for your appointment, expect to be sitting and waiting for service for quite some time - don’t expect to actually see the tech you came there for as often times that individual is busy serving other customers. The answer to a request for an appt is always “yes”, but there seems to be no consideration for whether that time and tech are actually available. Staff is always super busy and not able to accommodate all guests in a timely manner, which can affect quality as well. Price: my former salon would include cuticle trimming and a manicure in addition to whatever polish you are having applied, but this place charges extra for that, and you need to ask for it. Likely going to switch salons as a result of these cons.

They do great work but they went way to fast so my nails look sloppy and a few crooked nails i was there longer waitng with an app than it took to do my actual the lady was really nice

This place is beautiful! Big windows that bring in the natural light and make you feel so relaxed. They offered mimosas and water right away which was super nice.They are very good at giving prices ahead (especially for add ons) so you arent shocked about the price at the end like other salons Ive been at.Ive never seen a bigger salon or one with as many staff, but they were very professional and helped whenever you needed. Great experience! I also got my first set of acrylic nails on this visit, which I LOVE. Will definitely be going back!

They took ever long to help us then when they did the lady doing my acrylic nails hurt me twice and tried to over charge me and took a hour to remove my friends nails and assisted other people with out a appointment before us I left the store with just acrylic on my nails the service was very poor and unprofessional would not recommend

My gel pedicure peeled off three days after getting them done. I wouldve drove in to have them fixed but I was in Mexico on vacation. The massage chairs downstairs are awesome and the male tech I had was really cool too. We had mimosas and our group had a nice time sitting by each other. But the fact that my nails didnt last after a few days is the reason for a low review.

Wow! I live out of state and am visiting but I wish I lived here because I would come here ALL the time! This salon is STUNNING!! Everyone was friendly, helpful, gave incredible service, but it is also BEAUTIFUL top to bottom and my pedicure was divine! So relaxing and I enjoyed every minute! My little girl got her first manicure here and she felt like a princess. They have great options, I chose the herbal pedicure and it was the best I’ve ever had!! They even have a special area you can book for private events and a restaurant attached. Definitely check this place out! I had Tina and she did a wonderful job!

Vertex was AMAZING! The salon is GORGEOUS. The staff is WONDERFUL. What I liked most is theyre not pushy like other salons. What you ask for is what you get. So glad they are in my neighborhood. I highly recommend. Anna, Cathleen, & Mama Mia were going to be great friends!

You would think with as fancy as the space was inside you have good service. Had pedicure. Water was cold, he was rushed and did horrible job. Looked like my toes went through a meat grinder by the time he was done. Not friendly and rushed it was like he couldnt wait to get to next customer. Recommend going to smaller place - plenty in Blaine.

I haven’t had a pedicure in awhile & I was super excited to get one. But to my disappointment, I was completely bummed!! I got the Signature Pedicure & Mary was my tech. She did a great job on my leg massage but failed on cleaning up my cuticles & shaping of the nails. I came home & filed my nails & did some trim up. For the price you pay, I should not have to do that! Needless to say I won’t be back!!!

Very rushed, my nails look awful. Very busy place, and it was like they would rush through clients to get more in instead of asking people to come back later. Absolutely the WORST nails I’ve ever had. I would have ask them to redo it but I could not wait to get out of there :( pedicure water was ice cold, lots of waiting around (even with an appointment).

Very clean salon with a ton of seating. I got one of the best pedicures Ive ever had there by Emily. The staff were fun, hospitable and diligent. There is also a space upstairs for parties. Will be back for sure!

This nail salon is amazing! I receive great service and beautiful results when I go here. Staff is friendly and inviting and the color selection is like none that Ive seen. Staff is also quick and gracious to fix any issue that I might have with the service I receive from filing my nails a little shorter to changing the color I chose if I dont like it, all I have to do is let them know. The shop is clean and pleasing to the eye. It feels like a sanctuary of decadence and I feel so pampered by the time I leave.

Rose did my pedicure and was amazing, she was going to do my manicure and some chick took her and told her to go do a pedi and took her spot. She didnt once say hi and she was too busy worrying about what everyone else was doing and kept cutting and slicing my fingers. She didnt do a good job painting my nails either and was unapologetic and paid no attention to me. The service she provided me dropped this from a 5 star to a 3 instantly. Also, I was with 5 other friends and all had appts and they separated us all during manicures. And they had bad experiences with all their manicures as well of different measures. Wont be back unless I get a pedicure with rose.

Such a grand and beautiful salon! I expected it to be excessive expensive.. but the prices are competitive. The upstairs VIP room is awesome! Ill be hosting my staff party here.

My friend and I showed up for a 2pm appointment and it took about 15 minutes or so to get seated, we than had to wait another ten minutes before someone came over to work on our feet. The toes were rushed and I can see that they didn’t have enough coats on them. I also had a full set put on and asked for a specific design on my nails the gentleman proceeded and I was not pleased, they were sloppy and each nail looked completely different. So I asked him to paint the entire nail and instead of removing the design he painted over it and now they are chunky and look absolutely atrocious. I could of asked him to fix it but I was already there for three hours and had two children to go home to.

Best pedicure EVER! The service was perfect, salon is way more impressive than any other salon. From the huge tired chandelier to the multiple WALLS of push, to the best pedi chair massage, to the upstairs glam room for groups of 6 to 34 people. Wow! Did I mention the mimosas? Or the connected restaurant that will bring you food? Great place to relax.

I normally love this place. Always had a great experience and the staff is also super nice. However, last week I called and scheduled an appt for a specific time. I sat down and waited patiently. The owner tells a man to do my nails. He didn’t clean them up. He didn’t do the typical prep for the sns dip. He sat on his personal cell phone and kept saying “sorry I need to take this” and then ignored that I was there which was awkward and then rushed through my nails. What normall takes 45-60 min was done in 20. And they bubbles. This week the dip is lifting off my nails snd the top coat is all cracked. I’m so disappointed in this experience

First time coming to this salon it is a very beautiful salon but the staff that I worked with did a terrible job she continued to get up and down during my pedicure my daughter paid for my service the lady chased me out the door yelling you didnt pay how embarrassing I will not be returning and I will encourage my daughter and her friends to not return either.

I thought this was a wonderful salon! The people there were awesome. The Service was awesome. Right now their having growing pains due to being a great place. We had a appt a week early to make sure we could get in and we waited a half hour and they had forgotten us as they were also taking walk ins on a already over scheduled place. We were given a new appt the next day with 20 percent off and a dear apology by a very busy receptionist. I think their mistake was still accepting walk ins when people had appts. We had a very great pedicure service on time the next day. It was still very busy the nexr morning at 10am so I suggest make appts and walk ins take back seat. Very pleased we will be back!

AMAZING SALON! They just opened this last week and they are so professional and clean! I got a pedicure and just got regular polish and it felt like gel polish my polish has not even chipped yet!! Each time a client comes in they use a brand new file on that person each time! I 100% recommend this salon if you want a AMAZING treatment that’s affordable!

My Lee was so sweet and spent an hour and thirty minutes on my pedicure. It was amazing. This place is really cool. You feel like you are in Las Vegas or a fancy hotel. It is two levels. The second level we were told is for parties and has additional pedicure stations. The polish wall is insane. There had to be about 500 colors of both gel and regular polish. I dont know if they always do it, but they were serving free mimosas too!! Pricing was in line with other places Ive been. Everything was really clean. They also offer waxing but I didnt try that. I live 45 minutes away and would make the drive again. Highly recommend this place!! Thank you My Lee!!

I thought Id appreciate the size of the salon, but there are too many people, staff and customers, especially for pandemic times. Largest nail salon Ive been in though. They also served mimosas when I was there, and I did not think it was professional. Well it was a weekend night. Work should be work though.

A salon like you have never been to before! It is so amazing!! You feel like a million dollars. Good quality pedicures & manicures. They take time on doing your nails along with the massages they don’t skimp or cut corners.

I had heard great things and while the salon is visually impressive, the pedicure was not great at all. They offered everyone around me a mimosa, looked my direction and skipped me. I had asked if it would be possible to get one, since everyone around me was indulging, and they refused and brought me a bottle of water for myself and my 5 year old daughter to share. When they finished the last stroke of polish on my toes they put the flat faux flip flops on me and told me to get out of the chair, spraying the chair before I even got out of it. Then sent me out to the -20 below weather with no shoes on and wet toe nails. I couldnt feel my toes for an hour, it was painful to walk on the ice through the parking lot without shoes. I have never been treated so poorly and I am honestly one of the most polite and generous people, to all, especially in the service industry. We made no demands, we were courteous and quiet. I dont know why my daughter and I were treated the way we were. This combined with a sub-par pedicure and results, I would not be fooled by the glitz and glamor of this place and skip it for the kinder more attentive nail salons in the area.

Very friendly and professional staff. They were also very hardworking. I saw most of the nail techs go from customer to customer, and staying clean/sanitizing in between. They took their time and knew what they were doing. Even took their time with the massages. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Brian did my acrylics and they are AMAZING you can tell he enjoys what hes doing. he put so much time and thought into my nails! i HIGHLY recommend coming here!
