The automated kiosk is the coolest, most efficient and most accurate way to make duplicate keys! I went to Menards looking for a counter with thousands of keys and a 90-year-old Key Master guy with thick glasses making duplicate keys. Instead, I was pointed in the direction of an area of the store and found the kiosk tucked in at the end of an aisle (I walked past it two times looking for the Key Master guy). I slotted in my key and a minutes later I left the store with 3 duplicates that ALL WORKED! You can safely save your key pattern and can pop out another key from any kiosk without having your original. I also scanned the QR code to save the info to the physical KeyMe Locksmiths in the event I need their services.

I made 8 keys, which all worked perfectly. Prior to this, I had the same keys copied at 2 different Ace hardware stores with poor or barely workable results.

Super easy to use the system, and the keys came out perfect. A bit slow if doing multiple keys, but just as fast, and more convenient as the old fashioned way.

Got 3 copies of 3 different keys, so 9 total. All of them worked. Fast, convenient, and quality. Plus sent me 3 by mail that the machine couldnt cut. Received the mailed keys in discreet packaging

Went to kiosk. Got key scanned. Mailed to me in 4 days. Didnt fit in the lock at all. Requested a refund. Amount refunded next day

I lost and found my keys for a 60 years old door thats no longer in production. So I decided to have few spare keys just in case. The keys came on the stipulated amount of time and fairly priced. The service was great. The only caveat is that the keys are slightly tight on the lock and need to be wiggled until finding the sweet spot to open the door. Besides that I’ll recomend their services!

Used machine at Menards and was happy to see so many options to choose from! Love the variety and actually was difficult to pick one, theres lots of good ones! Only bummer was they didnt have many in the machine to take home that day but the one i got shipped to me fairly quickly! Overall great experience and will be back for more!

Used this machine at Menards. Was easy, just follow instructions. 3rd key didnt work, but after cleaning it, it did work. If you use credit card, you have to get a refund with the company not the place that has the machine, like Menards. If you use cash then you can get a refund through the company thats the machine is placed in

I have had issues with hardware stores, this machine has always done a great job

Keys work great. Take a little fidgeting in the locks but they work.
