Magnet Street blew me away with their quality, price, customization options, and customer service. The individual designer assigned to our project worked with us for over two weeks to make sure every item we ordered was customized to our specifications and approval. Each enclosure lined up perfectly with the others and the invitation itself had crisp, clean lines. The paper itself is high quality as well! We ended up mixing one font and design with another background color and our wedding invitations came out spectacularly! I will definitely use Magnet Street for our other wedding items and any other events in the future.

I was a little bit skeptical about Magnet Street because theyre prices were lower and their products looked better than every other company I looked at! Its like... is this one of those things thats too good to be true... I took the chance and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the product, the service and how quickly my order was made and shipped to me. The photos really dont do their products any justice, I highly recommend requesting the free wedding sample pack. The save the dates came within 2 weeks of placing the order!! Wow, I just now got off the phone after receiving help from customer service and the representative was AWESOME. They are so helpful and can view the orders in real time to then give suggestions on what needs to be done! I am very excited to receive my save the dates from them and I will absolutely be ordering my wedding invites from them too!

Paid over $150 for invitations and received them all damaged. I contacted them the same day and did not hear back until 10 days after. I have already order from a different company since I did not hear back from them, and requested a refund. This was their response We do see that you emailed again statin you ordered from another company before giving us to opportunity to fix the issue. So was i supposed to wait 10 days just for them to answer the email? another week for them to re-do the invitations and send them back? Jeez, next time i will order expecting the company to take a month until i can actually get the product i paid for.

I got my save the dates printed at Magnet Street, and theyre gorgeous! It took a few back-and-forths to get the addresses right so that my envelopes were addressed properly, but they were gorgeous (and correct!) when they showed up. I love them so much!

I waited until I was completely done and married to give this review(waited until I went through all the items I ordered, and also after using them). I had some vendors rise to the occassion for my wedding and others let me down, Truly Engaging for MagnetStreet rose in every way possible. I had my save the dates(magnets), invites, menu, program, and floor plan printed by them. I am a designer so I added a lot of personal touches and I must say, I was BEYOND satisfied with everything. I was able to add custom changes at no extra charge, I was always able to get someone on the line to discuss the designs and proofs. I submitted a lot of high res images and was worried they wouldnt be crisp and Truly Engaging always was willing to send me high res proofs to confirm the quality and then reconfirm that with their design team. If I could rate them even more stars, I would. Delivery was super fast and everyone couldnt get over the quality of everything. I felt the price was the best around for what they do. My final huge thank you is, I waited too long to do my invites and started to panic bc I forgot proofs for those would take longer than they did for my save the dates(I started a month before I needed to send them out.....I know I know...I blame covid caution...and myself). Keep in mind these are super custom invites with maps, logos, etc added to them. I called them panicked and blaming myself for letting that happen and the first thing I hear is dont worry, we can get this done, here is what well do I ended up foregoing the sample stage and just buying the invites and going back and forth with the proofs digitally and having their team add EVERY.SINGLE.CHANGE. for me(that I would have usually done in the sample stage), which initially scared me, but I honestly did about...15 iterations and changes(or more) and they were the most beautiful invites. I dont recommend doing what I did of course, give yourself time to design them, but, I was so grateful for their kind response which calmed me down a lot. My mom cried when she opened them, they were jaw dropping stunning...JAW.DROPPING. They also arrived before I had originally planned for them to and got out sooner than planned. I am grateful to this company, I am grateful for the stellar, and compassionate, customer service and I am grateful for the beautiful product. I would use them all over again and have already recommended them to my wedding planners future clients. I also didnt realize initially that they were women owned and thought that was a cool added bonus on top of them being totally awesome and talented already.

We were amazed by how beautiful the projects came out. The paper quality is better than its competitors and there were so much more formating options that I couldnt do elsewhere. Magnet Street had an incredibly fast response rate and fast shipping. I realized I had made a mistake on the year of our save-the-dates. Our original order was already en route to us, but I called Magnet Street to see if there was anything we could do, including repaying for an updated order. The person I talked to on the phone was bright and cheery (even though I was the first caller of the day) and reordered my save-the-dates for me with the correct year at no additional cost. I highly recommend this company, not just for their value and ease of design, but for their remarkable customer service!

My order turned out just how I envisioned. There is also an option you can choose at check out to have them reviewed by someone before they are printed so there are no mistakes. I love my bridal shower invitations from MagnetStreet! They are so pretty and the best value Ive seen for invitations. I love that the invitations are also printed on the front and back sides of the paper and its very good quality paper and printing. They were also delivered so promptly. Not only did I order my Invitations from Magnet Street but I ordered my bridal shower invitations and my save the date, which were actual magnets. I was very impressed with the quality and price of these invites in comparison to some other big name companies! It really helps that they run 50-70% off several times so I was able to get them much cheaper! I also love how they have a lot of options and they have sets of things to match (invites, rsvp, etc) I was able to match my colors perfectly!

The invites are beautiful… little bummed that I ordered my invites and the picture turned out blurry yes it was an off center photo but shouldn’t of looked that blurry in person.. they charged me for reprints when I had already almost spent $500 on invites. I love supporting small businesses but you gotta have your customers back. My invites should have been reprinted with no cost to me it was super blurry in person.

We had Magnet Street also address our envelopes. There were so beautiful and added the extra classy touch we were going for as the theme of the wedding. I was very excited to find this company as they are much less expensive than their competitors but still maintain great quality. I used MagnetStreet for my wedding invitations and accompanying items. They have a nice feature that allows you to use an excel sheet to import various addresses and get them printed on the envelopes. No hand writing addresses! They gave me a proof of what would be printed just a few days after I purchased and were able to fix a few of my mistakes that I caught while reviewing the proofs. The invites then came within a week. I was very impressed with the short time span it took me to receive my invites. I will definitely recommend to future brides :)

We were unhappy with how are magnet save the dates came out. They were really dark and looked fuzzy. The images used were professional photos and have never printed dark anywhere else. When I talked to customer service they said they cant control how back lite our screen was since the proof looked good. Wish they could be more accurate with what they show you. Also the way they print the images is all little dots and makes the images look poor quality. I was really disappointed and would never order from them again

It is a woman owned business, which is amazing! Not to mention the save the dates I ordered came out great. I preordered them as samples to see what they’d look like, and the look and feel of them were so good I had to buy it through them. And these were magnet save the dates. Truly engaging produced a beautiful Save the Dates for our upcoming wedding. We loved their designs and faster than expected delivery. The presentation of their packaging was very pleasant and you could tell their attention to detail which I appreciated. They even put two dog treats in the box for our two pups! We loved that they took the time to do something as little as that to show they really care about their customers. Would definitely recommend.

The website can be a bit difficult to navigate and find like items, but once you get the hang of it, its not too bad. The invitations did arrive later than the date I was quoted (and I had to call them, they didnt contact me) and that was after I paid for the quickest shipping so that delayed getting the invitations out, which was a bit frustrating. The quality of the product was perfect and they even sent a glue stick for liners so that was great! I went back again to get table numbers, napkins & place cards. I got too many place cards and called within 40 minutes to change my number and they said that they were already printed - but the website hadnt indicated that they were even in the preparing stage. I then said, so that should move my shipping date up, right? The representative said it would, but of course the ship date is still showing the same and I havent received any items. Dont get me wrong, Id probably use them again, but Im just not 100% sure yet.

Run like a runaway bride. This company is awful. It all started with sloppy envelopes for the save a dates. I should have known then that they didn’t to quality work. Addresses were crooked and smeared. First set of. Rally envelopes trashed (and I paid for addressing)! Told me they had double envelopes. I ordered the extra envelopes and of course they didn’t fit. Second set of envelopes and liners a waste and guess what I paid for those to be addressed too. Wouldn’t have mattered anyway because ten percent of the addresses were printed crooked or smeared, again. Went to write thank you’s and guess what the ordered envelopes didn’t fit (paid for addressing again) and I had already written my thank you’s (tried to be a good bride and get them out within 20 days!) took them 6 weeks to tell me that they would refund me 29 dollars. I loved everyone one of my vendors because they were amazing except this one. The only thing they could have messed up worse is printing the wrong grooms name. Save your heartache and go elsewhere because this company is in the same category as my smeared envelopes, trash.

I loved everything about the design process, it was easy and fun to make my wedding invites and all of the add-ons. However, I have to only give 3 stars because they forgot two very important things from my order. I opened the package (which I had waited three weeks for) and was very disappointed to not find the envelope liners AND my rehearsal dinner invites in the box. Of course I received the package on a Saturday morning and they aren’t open on the weekend so I had to wait two days to talk to anyone about the issue. After weeks of waiting for the package initially and my wedding creeping up, I had no choice but to forego the envelope liners and just make my own rehearsal dinner invites and send my invites like that. I had my invites mailed Monday morning and was able to get in contact Truly Engaging later on Monday afternoon. They refunded me my money, but offered to express send the missing items. I said I did not want to wait any longer and that they kind of lost my trust. All in all, I got my money back (after calling an additional time to remind them to credit my account back) but I’m really disappointed this happened in the first place. Wedding planning is stressful so this was not fun to go through.

We were able to navigate the site easily and the designs were versatile. It gives you options to customize to your liking which is great. We went with a simple design and added a wax seal for an extra touch. Beyond perfect and we are so glad we took a risk ordering from a site we werent necessarily aware about. I 10/10 recommend.

Was really excited to order my save the dates from magnet street. My pictures were professionally taken and when I received the save the dates the pictures were blurry/pixely .. Tried to call and they are closed till next week

I got my invitations in the mail this week and they are amazing! They come packaged so nicely, also. You can tell a lot of time and care went into making sure they got to me without anything wrong. My proofs were ready to review in just two days. I had a couple address changes I needed, and they took care of it. I think being able to upload my spreadsheet with names and addresses took a lot of weight off my shoulders. Plus it looks so professional. I just wish they had the bands in stock that go around the invite because I got the pocket fold invites, but they are out of the bands. I may keep checking to see if they get them in.

Our Save the Date cards are the best! We chose the “Long StoryShort” style. We were able to change fonts and sizes, plus add our own extra information to personalize it even more. We are both 55, so we decided to skip adding a photo to the other side because it seemed unnecessary, but it was an option. People LOVE this card! It’s quirky, like us, and surprised many of our friends and family with an atypical announcement of our wedding date. We will definitely be using this woman-owned company for our wedding invitations. We have managed to hire only women-owned businesses for our wedding and reception so far. My fiancé is all for it. He sees the importance of supporting a business like MagnetStreet. Thank you!!!

Our save the dates looked like they were printed with a pink filter. They did not match the preview at all. Magnet Street was unwilling to give us any type of refund and told us they cannot guarantee the printed version will match what they show on their website during checkout. Their website says, 100% quality guaranteed. Always. What we received was not a quality product.

So originally I saw this website- I loved that it was women owned/run, and that you could get free samples shipped to you so that you knew exactly what you were getting.When it came time to my actual order, I was excited that it was free shipping, and would only cost $70 to order 100 invites. I loved my design and felt ready to purchase. I had to pay for shipping once I typed in my address, which threw me off since I thought it was free. Then my debit card was charged in USD, which made the order $131 CAD which was a lot more than the $70 I thought I was originally spending. The USD to CAD was MY mistake. But it was hard to see that from the start on their website.When I placed the order, I panicked and realized I wanted a few changes after the fact. I made sure I chose the option “get a professional to reach out before printing” so I was confident I could still make a change since I didn’t choose the option “send to print” immediately. I phoned the company to request my changes the next day, and they said the invitations were already printed and there was nothing they could do… I said why didn’t someone contact me? And she said they only do if it looks like a visible error such as a spelling mistake. So I was quite disappointed I had all of the invitations coming without a couple changes I wanted to make…Long review short-this website would be great for US RESIDENTS ONLY. NOT for Canadians. US residents would receive free shipping, and not have to deal with the price conversion. IF you are ready to order, MAKE SURE YOU DONT NEED ANYTHING CHANGED (Since you most likely can’t get something changed after the fact.) This is definitely a con since many brides have last minute changes or tweaks they wish to make.

I was very satisfied with the art and quality of my all-in-one invitations. However, when I filled them out I was missing twenty three invites. I called and spoke with Michelle. She basically told me it was my fault I was short, because I had not counted my entire order immediately after receiving it. I was sending international invitations, so requested that they change the RSVP date. She refused to do so without charging a fee. Overall, Michelle was icy and unaccommodating. The poor customer service left a terrible impression, and I regret giving them my business. I would recommend finding the equivalent product elsewhere.

If I could do 3.5 stars, I would. My save the dates were absolutely beautiful with no issues at all, but I cant say the same about my wedding invite order. I seemed to have issues left and right with that one. First, it was issues with placement of the addresses and issues with alignment on the PDF proofs. Then, after multiple back and forths with that, my details cards were printed completely off centered and looked terrible. I immediately called and they said to email pictures to an exact email address. 3 days went by with no response, so I called again. They never received my email. The lady was super nice, though, and sent another order to reprint the cards. At this point, my invite mail date is behind schedule, so Im not happy. By the time the new cards come, we were antsy to get them in the mail. Unfortunately, the second pack was ALSO completely off centered. We were able to get enough cards between the two packs to send the invites out, but it was a pain in the butt! No bride should have to deal with that. I dont get why their printers/cutters were so off! Anyway, I emailed back complaining about it. We didnt have time to wait for a third reprint, so the best they could do is give me a discount off a future order that has to be used in the next 6 months... I mean, we have nothing left to order... so thanks? The paper quality is impressive but I sure wish I hadnt had to deal with this whole headache.

I have ordered lots of my wedding items from them (save the dates, invitations, menu cards and place cards) and everything comes very quickly (exactly one week from order date to door) and is high quality! Prices are a little expensive but I am only having a 50 person wedding so I was willing to purchase so everything looks perfect :-).

I ordered my save the dates from Magnet Street. The first ones we received were off in color. I emailed their customer service expecting them to tell me I would need to reorder them. Instead they responded back that they would adjust the color on their end, check it for accuracy, and then reprint them for free. They reprinted and shipped them very fast. The quality is really nice. The matte feel of the paper feels a lot more high quality than what I paid for. You really can’t beat their prices at 75% off and they had the option to have the envelopes addressed. This saved me so much time and effort. I will be back to purchase my actual invitations from them because this experience was so great!Only negative I can think of is that they use FedEx and for some reason they won’t deliver to my location because I live in a gated community. Therefore I kept having issues and eventually had to go pick them up myself which is definitely not Magnet Streets fault. A secondary option for shipping service would be great though!

The save the dates came out amazing. Had a little hiccup in the process but they were fast at getting back with me and fixing it. Also ordered the 3 in 1 invitations. So cute and saves from having to get envelopes! Would purchase again.

Magnet Street was perfect for my save the dates. The magnets were great quality, awesome price, perfect size (4x5.5) with accurate lettering. My pictures were slightly dark but that couldve been my actual pictures and I wish I wouldve paid attention to that. The correspondence was very professional, timely and kind. I recommend Magnet Street!

Awesome quality! I ordered Save the Date magnets and got a great deal on them. I ordered a couple samples, wasnt crazy about the color. Ordered another sample in a different color and it was perfect. I highly suggest ordering a sample to make sure its the color you want. I just sent them out and Ive gotten tons of compliments on them. An added bonus is that its a company run by women. I love supporting women run businesses. Definitely recommend. I will likely order my wedding invitations through them.

Such a great company to purchase from! We were able to order 20 dollars worth of samples, and the production/ ship time was super speedy. The company is also women owned which is a bonus. Overall, great experience and definitely a bang for your bucks when you catch items on sale.

I couldn’t find a invite I loved for the money and I stumbled upon Magnet Street and found the perfect invitations for a fraction of the cost. The invites came in the cutest package and the quality of the invites was far beyond my expectations.

The quality of the Save the Dates I received from Magnet Street was adequate. However, the customer service and attention to detail was lacking. We made several emails and phone calls in order to make some slight changes to our mailing addresses for the pre-labeled envelopes during the review phase prior to order confirmation. They assured us the changes would be made but when our envelopes arrived, we realized that they had sent them without the changes as promised. Given that it was so frustrating to deal with them on the phone during the first exchange (theyre very difficult to get ahold of) we didnt even bother trying to fix the issue with them directly.

Love my save the dates. The cards were good quality and my return envelopes were great. I would say it takes awhile to get your invites, but they are easy to work with.

Got my save the dates and invitations through Magnet Street. I was able to upload my own design from Etsy for the save the dates and used their design for the invitations. Great quality, no issues with anything, and can’t beat the prices!
