Second trip in just to return equipment. Andrea the store manager was beyond helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. She was very knowledgeable and quick to greet those who may need to wait a few minutes for a representative to free up. Definitely recommend this location for those who need help with their service.

As a long time Xfinity customer, I had questions concerning my then current mobile service (not Xfinity). I went to the Blaine MN Store. Great Location and beautiful well kept store, however my main reason for leaving this review is to comment about the welcoming, friendliness, and professionalism of the representatives that assisted me. With the assistance of the Store Manager Andrea, and representative Cole, they took care and patience, and explained in understandable detail my options which led to my service being changed to Xfinity Mobile. Their customer service is the kind that should be commended and Xfinity should be proud to have them represent their Brand.

After several attempts to get my new account working via customer service phone call, I decided to visit local store for help. The Blaine store staff (Cole and Andrea) really stepped up to the plate and helped me out. Throughout my visit, they remained professional, courteous, and helpful. I really appreciate all their help and fortitude and I would definitely go back to them if I run into anymore issues with Xfinity.

The team at this XFINITY store was amazing. From the first encounter with Joshua to Jessica helping me what I needed, and the Manager Andrea, you could tell she is outstanding and has the respect of her team. She was handling multiple things at one time with missing a beat. Unfortunately my need were to cancel, had one of them helped me from the start I may still be a customer. Keep rocking it Blaine team!!!!Thank you for all the help!!

Olivia was my in store customer service associate and Ill be honest with you here. She made this one of the best customer service experiences ever. Not only did she help us with exchanging our old equipment and getting newer better stuff. she let us know about better services for our family uses. Later that day I stopped back in and upgraded my internet and cable. All thanks to Olivias great customer service. The pheasant Ridge, Blaine mn location is where Ill be going for my future cellular service as well.

I went in to return an old modem & the store manager Andrea immediately greeted me, from there on the service was AMAZING! She pulled up my account & noticed right away some discrepancies in my billing brought them to my attention and fixed them saved me $30 dollars, she was so helpful. Also answer questions regarding the differences w/ mobile carriers, I will defiantly be back to switch carriers.

The only thing that went right and easy switching to xfinity internet has been the meeting the manager of that store hes cool and made me feel like he was gonna fix all the mess that xfinity people on the phone arent planning on fixing and then they make you jump through all these hoops when you have. Told them numerous time a tech has to come to my house because its a outside problem whe. Im hooked up to the main and only line in my house and if its not working we all know its the line coming to your box but nope gotta jump through hoops and waste time I almost just said screw and stayed with my current provider

Sunday August 8th 2021- Walked up to the store about 6 minutes before close. I just needed a phone charger, but the door was locked.. 2 guys standing at the counter ignored me as I tried to open the door. I Know it was close to close, but that is just poor service.

Andrea the store manager was excellent!!! She helped me with everything and plus some!!!! by that I mean she really had my back. Im so used to getting thrown under the bus it felt really nice to have someone genuinely there to help you and not themselves or their company.

If zero stars was possible. I’d give this location a zero! The person that “helped” me was rude, terse and an authoritarian zealot. Mahammed at xfinity in Crossroads center is far more friendly and helpful.

When I went in the first time, their system was down, so they were unable to assist with my order. The gentleman said my online order wasnt correct and he was unable to access to fix. Came back next day and Andrea was able to take my old modem and give me the new one. Just noticed today that the package included phone, even though I am not changing to Xfinity phone service. The package price was listed the same as what I had originally ordered (which is why I didnt notice at first), so I am not going to try to fix at this time.

I had to swap out my Xfinity cable box, and Jessica Dauk was my customer service rep. She was very sweet and informative. She showed me Xfinity’s mobile plans and fees, and how I could upgrade my phone and save money. She wasn’t pushy at all, and was very respectful. Xfinity, she’s a keeper!

We went to new store in Blaine! Big problem occurred; home phone, TV. in bedroom, internet!Evidence new gal, Andrea stepped in! We were 72 hours without landline, 24 no bedroom TV. & approximately 72 hours. I internet. Tech out on Saturday, but inter had come back up about 1/2 hour before he got there!We’re 81 & 75 & Andrea has stepped up to the plate to really help us out.Only had gone there to see if I had entered correctly for paper bill! Other gal offered to help us maybe lower bill & that’s when our problems started.Dealt with Roseville in the past & were excited to get an Xfinity Store close to home.

Went in to get a change in my cable services in order to reduce my monthly bill. Got a reduction of $10. Hardly worth the almost hour I spent in there and then discovered the next day at home that the young woman who waited on me had disconnected my voicemail and my caller ID from my landline service .
