Excellence in service from the moment they answered my 1st call to the appointment scheduled. I was very pleased with every contact I had with these guys on the phone or waiting in the lobby for my glass replacement they went extra to inform me of rust problems behind my windshield of a 2004 vehicle. They told me what they found did their best to clean up the rust and make it all fit as factory. Been 2 weeks now. Absolutely not a single problem with the work they did from multiple car washes to 25 below zero my windshield is holding up to the abuse Minnesota gives us. Thank you centennial glass!

The guys from Centennial Glass replaced two windshields for me today. They cost about $150 less than the other two quotes Id gotten, they were on time and professional, and the young man who did most of the work was chipper and cheerful! And my new windshields look great!

I arrived 5 min late to my appointment with Dan starting great customer service by giving attention as soon as I opened the door. Without being asked he moved a chair to offer socially distanced seating. Took my keys and took my car in right away, came back to offer a water and check in on the other customers as well. After getting seated I seen a text from Dan 2 min into my appt start time checking to see if I was on my way. Much appreciated.

I got my windshield replaced a little over a year ago and have had no issues with the replacement. They were prompt and responsive when I called to schedule the repair, and the quote was accurate. The technician even came out to my work to replace it, which saved me the trouble of a commute. Ill definitely be giving them a call if I get another chip!

My windshield was shattered by a rock on my way to work yesterday. I had glass inside my car. It was about to rain which was making the whole thing that much worse. I emailed my insurance guy Peter Follsee who gave me Dans number. Dan is the preferred glass guy for my ins company. Within 2 hours my windshield was replaced. Turned my whole day around with their customer service. Shaun came and replaced the windshield before it started to rain and took time to let me know what he did and that everything was good to go. We have a 2015 BMW 328d that needed a new windshield. Our insurance agent said that our insurance company will not pay for an OEM windshield, but Centennial worked with our local BMW dealer to get the OEM glass at the same price - which was zero cost to us. They also organized the three-way call with our insurance claim agent to get the process started. They were fast and professional throughout the process. We will certainly use them again if we have any auto glass needs.
