I have nothing but only a good to say about this place.My 15 year old son was working with therapist for awhile. He was very happy until he had some unrelated health issues and had to stop treatment.After we got this under control (2 years after) found ourselves in need of new psychiatric provider. I called multiple providers and most of them didnt even got back to me. After Covid its almost impossible. After loosing hope I decided to call my GOOD people atWetershed. They called me back same day. Took their time and listen to our needs. Then they provided me with the list of psychiatric providers(they didnt have to do this)The first one (highly recommend by Watershed) I called, took us in immediately in and my son was back on track.Watershed even followed up with me to make sure we are taking care off. Im truly THANKFUL from a bottom of my hart to THE WONDERFUL people at Watershed and I honestly can say they TRULY CARE.Currently we are on the waiting list with Watershed for therapy services. I wishing only the best for everyone working in Watershed and for all the clients please please be patient. Things never stay the same. When a trusted mental health care professional brings up politics, asking you what your thoughts and opinions are.... RUN. That blew it for me. All the trust and safety I had with her, went right out the window. I wouldnt have left one star, but had to in order to leave my review. Go elsewhere!
