I have been there only once and I was not impressed. The commercials shows a fun loving place where everyone is having a great party with singing and dancing. The hot women are making the men happy and comfortable and everyone is blown away by their haircuts. Well when I was there it was the total opposite. First I waited for over a hour and a half and the not so hot women were mean and rude. There was no singing and dancing good that would be strange. The stylist didnt seem to care if I was comfortable or not. They had televisions but you couldnt see or here them. The price was kind of high for the hair cut which I didnt like. With all that said I hate the commercials now and need I say I probably wont be going back there any time soon.

Came in to get 3 haircuts, 2 kids and an adult. One of the kids wanted a specific haircut/style. Ali was amazing and gave him the cut and style of his dreams. Highly recommend her!! Thank you also to Marie she cut the other two who have similar hair types and they both left looking very handsome! Definitely recommend this location and these two. Thank you both! 6/15/21

Today was just awful for my son. Don’t know the woman’s name who “cut” his hair, but she was just not kind or caring, and should not be in customer service (especially one dealing with children).Firstly, she was rude accepting him and listening to what I wanted for his haircut. My son is very sensitive to touch by others, especially around his ears. He’s been to sport clips so many times. But this monster was in no way accommodating or kind. I sat on the waiting chairs with my daughter, only to see my son walking toward me crying, tears flowing down his face and a horrible haircut. He said it was hurting when she cut his hair. She, the monster, proceeded to the register and said “you’re okay to go. I’m done. You’re okay to go”.Her attitude was truly rude and bizarre so I asked her what was wrong. And she said in loud, rude and mean words “I refuse to the someone’s hair who keeps saying it hurts. I’m done. I’m done, you can leave”!We walked out, stunned by her behavior. I then walked back in the store with my kids and defended my son. I yelled that what she said was to my child was uncalled for and she’s horrible. There was another employee who attempted to tell me to leave and stop yelling. I left.TO MANAGEMENT OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT: what kind of training do you give your employees? Is this how you treat children??? Are you going to look into this matter? What kind of a monster treats kids like this and gets away with it? My son is unlike most other kids, but that does not mean he should be treated with disrespect and pain! He does not ever want to see another sport clips again and I am definitely not taking him again.

My first time at Sport Clips was a great experience. Dakotah did a great job cutting my hair and the MVP treatment was really nice as well, which I highly recommend! It was really easy to schedule a time for a haircut and the notices I received keeping me informed was great. Looking forward to my next haircut and MVP treatment!

Terrible, uneven cut. I’ve never seen anything like this. She didn’t wash or style and it was still $24 with the minimum tip option set at $6.I would have zero problem with paying this if it was a decent cut. I am going to try to post a pic. I didn’t complain at the time bc of how she arranged it but now that it’s washed and falling into place it’s insane how bad it is.

The stylists are great. Talented and friendly. However, with new management in place, my MVP Buzz Cut costed me $29 without tips. With tips its easily over $35. I think that this is a bit much for a buzz cut. With Great Clips right nextdoor advertising $15 adult haircut, the value of MVP and experience at Sports Clip doesnt justify the price increase.

Ive been coming here for years, and have never had a bad haircut. They will listen to what you want and help you achieve the look youre going for. They make it easy to get checked in and it is a comfortable place to get your hair cut.

If you want an amazing fade or haircut you need to request Alesha! I always get a good cut and she always does the best scalp massage with MVP! Even all the other stylists I reccomend as well! Worth every penny of $29.

Don’t bother walking in to this place. Make sure you download their app if you want their service: I walked in, checked in, was barely acknowledged by the staff. Waited 30 minutes to find out that I was not in line so 3 people were ahead of me now because my number didn’t go through. Basically it’s online check in or don’t bother going in. What a waste of time this was. Not the first time this place has been a disappointment.

If I could choose no stars I would. Just left this location after getting my sons hair cut. 2nd time being here, 1st cut the girl took her time and gave my son a great fade and lined him up how we asked. She took notes for his next visit. Today a different girl called my son up after her 10 minute break and grabbed the notes on his haircut, then proceeded to cut his hair. She was done within 10 minutes. She didn’t pay attention to the notes of his last cut, cut off his side burns which was specific in his notes on how we wanted them cut. “Lined him up” which was literally a hack job(I would love to share a picture). And the fade was not even at all. After I told her what she did, she wasn’t remorseful and brushed it off like it was ok. If you want a good haircut stick with people who know what you want and give their best work. I’ll be cutting my sons hair myself from now on.

Got the MVP but didnt get the shoulder rub and she didnt ask to trim my side burns my haircut looked good. This place is ok I definitely still prefer a nice salon for better service.

PLEASE LISTEN if you respect your hair at all you will not go here! I am a man of medium hair working to grow it out. I go in for a health trim and they leave me with 2 of hair when I walked in with 6. When I left I noticed one side burn is a triangle and one looks like it was totally missed. I did not ask to have my sideburns done.... They made a respectable business man look like he got drunk and tried to cut his hair Im ashamed of this esablishmenet!

Horrible job on my husbands hair 2/27/2020. It was uneven! Too bad I can’t upload a photo here. I guess they will just pass anybody in cosmetology school. Never coming back.

Best place in the immediate area. There is a competitor in the same building but were rude so We tried here instead. Heather does a great job of cutting my boys hair.

I go to this location every time I need a cut or trim now. They take good care of me, are friendly, and offer reasonable prices. I disagree with Alleasha Britz and believe that adding childrens books would be unnecessary. This is a haircut place for men. They cater to men. Go to Great Clips if you want catering to children. Otherwise entertain your own children with a tablet or something of that nature.

Not enough workers for a weekend. The wait times are pretty long with no way around it since they dont take appointments. It is nice that it caters to men but they need to have coloring books or toys for kids that have to wait.

Always great service, go for the MVP its worth it. Always have a game on and always clean.

Dont let Jamie do your beard, I asked her to clean up the edges and she removed half of the length, Ive been growing my beard out for a year and she removed six months of growth and it is just choppy now. Also I asked her to do finger length on the top of my and blend down to a #2 on the sides and back; she basically gave me a crew cut.

The worst experience ever the lady cutting my sons hair was nervous an unsure of her self an when I brought my son there a month later to give it another chance they told me they had no record of my son ever being there an when I tried asking the lady how if got removed from the computer she gave me a rude response an told me I must have never been there..
