I went to this location with a friend as they needed some help moving some things in their space. Rose was out on property and asked us how our day was going like we were neighbors. Did she need to no, but it was really nice as I had some things going on and was in relatively a bad mood. Roses kindness changed my day! Thank you Rose!

I locked in on a reservation and got a very competitive rate. Went in to the Blaine location to ask some questions. Got a personal tour. Place is clean and people are friendly, especially Rose! I move my stuff in soon!

Bait and switch on rental price. After 6 months it goes up an additional $50 per month. Another price increase happens after a year. Do not trust their prices.We priced out 4 options in the area and this was the lowest, but it’s a scam. They wait for you to fill up the unit and then Jack the price up because it is inconvenient for people to move. That is a low blow.I am not standing for it and am getting a uHall to move out of basic principle.The truck rental will be cheaper than 1 or 2 months of the jacked up price. No way!

I usually do not write reviews, but have decided to in this instance because there was a business operations issue and perceived customer service issue that negatively impacted us and caused us lots of stress and worry. After finally speaking face to face with the kind rep on duty today (Taylor) I was able to articulate my concerns and felt heard. I was expecting a degree of divisiveness as I had had trouble with previous email and phone attempts. In person this was not the case and I accept that in this modern age that sometimes digital communications do slip though the cracks. While an immediate solution was not possible, Taylor suggested a route to resolution. Within hours I did get a phone call from a thoughtful/helpful higher up named Elle. We further discussed my concerns and she presented a solution that got to the root of my previous disappointment. I am glad I reached out to Public Storage staff for resolution as they were understanding of the issues I faced.I am glad to report that the human factor within this big corporation does go the extra mile to make sure their clients are taken care of. Over priced and under maintained. Poor customer service. Slow bt connection for opening the gate. If you rent a unit here expect the door to be broken and difficult to open and close.

With everything that has transpired this last year. Today, Sunday May 2nd I received two phone calls from Public Storage. Both to my amazement were not about a balance outstanding or a rate increase. But a sincere interest in assisting me with difficulties pertaining to some late fees which added up over the last few months. The atmosphere surrounding the pandemic has affected many people in a adverse manner Both calls I received today one from a associate named Shae the other from the District Mgr. Elle. Were completely so genuine with concern for the difficulties I was faced with. Obviously it was as important enough for both of them to show sincere empathy for these challenges Personally spending 3 decades in the customer service industry myself. I know the real value of outstanding customer service. I will never forget this day. Not only for real sincerity demonstrated by these two individuals today. From the first time I met the Blaine Store Mgr It was apparent the customer was 1st and foremost No.1 at her store. She more than went out of her way to locate a storage.unit that fit my specific needs. From the size as well to fit my budget. During a six month period I was traveling, my credentials were stolen I had no access to my banking I called Public storage to ask for any assistance they might be able to provide until my credentials were replaced. The store manager I know jumped through several hoops to keep my furniture, personal items from being auctioned. It was 1 month before they received the monies I owed. This was all done with out me having to call more than just once. So I would like everyone to know Public Storage, not only showed me a great deal of understanding & compassion, They demonstrated genuine (5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE) many times over. All with out me having to ask more than once..Sincerely this I will never forget. Everyone I know will hear about the wonderful dedicated associates at Public Storage.Joe MCordially,

Terribly maintained storage units. I rented a unit and the next day we got a snow storm. I hadnt put anything in the locker yet and went back 3 days after the snow storm to start putting stuff in. When I got there I opened the locker and found a pile of snow and ice inside the locker unit. I unloaded some things into the locker and then went to the front office to speak with the manager. I be asked her if someone from maintenance could fix the door because when its closed I can still stick my arm under the door. She told me no they wont fix it and wouldnt even look at it. Her solution was that I should go buy a pool noodle and stick it on bottom of door to fill the gap. I told her that was not an acceptable solution. I just rented the unit and was just moving into it and its not my responsibility to fix their unit. She told me there was nothing she could do about it. I asked her to cancel the storage then and refund the money as I cant use the unit. She said no we dont offer any refunds. I explained to her that I just got it and havent even used it due to this problem. I couldnt put my stuff in there when animals can get under the door and make a home in my stuff. She said she understood but Public Storage isnt interested in fixing anything there and its not an uncommon problem there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY RENTING THEIR UNIT. Im in the process of disputing their charges with credit card company now. They are a total fraud there is many other options in Blaine. Use any of the other ones they cant be worse.Also ignore most of the 5 star reviews, they actually pressure you into print a 5 star review on Google at checkout before you even enter your storage unit. I said ok Ill do it when I get home. The guy helping me that day said just take your phone out you cant do it now. I told him no Ill do it later if I decide to and shouldve known something was up when they were pressuring me to leave a review before even using their services!

I had the most amazing experience here. Shay was WONDERFUL!!! We need more people like her in this world!!! It would be a much better place. Her customer service was out of this world!! She did everything to help make this process spectacular! Thank you Shay. I highly recommend her!!

Chez (shay) is simply one of the kindest nicest most down to earth people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Edwina the lady who originally helped me with my unit was awesome too. Safe secure well managed...the people are absolutely amazing....now as far as corporate goes they do jack your rent after 6 months so beware they will raise the price of your storage locker. Mine went from 180 to 220 per month after 6 months. Thank God I moved out the month they raised my price by 40 dollars! Has nothing to do with the people who work there. The facility itself is very safe and well kept managed properly by the employees. But the price increases are outrageous!

I have 2 units at this location. When I opened my first one Lynette was super friendly and helpful as we had just had a snow storm she had made sure to shovel out the unit for me. My second unit I opened with chez, she too was also super friendly, multiple customers had come in to make the monthly payments and she had greeted everyone by name. Great customer service by both ladies

Misleading sales person, too many price increases, poor up keep of the facilities. These things caused me to finally leave public storage for a more honest company that is easier to work with with a much better price. As a customer for 2.5 years I feel like they just didn’t care. I don’t recommend this company at all.One positive was Chey, who was very kind and understanding. Maybe things would have been better had she been the individual who sold me my unit.

Had a problem with them at the beginning purchased a unit, I ended up not needing . Paid for the first month and cancelled signed lock form that was lost . And 3 months later had a balance of 170 . Shay great worker always professional and caring . She helped me get everything figured out and put the customer first it’s a good feelings especially around this time !I would recommend this place to everyone I know !THANKS SHAY

I dropped in with a friend and most say, I was very impressed with the customer service she received. She was greeted by a lady name Chez who seemed all to happy to explain the rental process and show us a few spaces. When l rented from public Storage l was told l could not have it in my name because my license was clipped .Edwina said we could put it in the friends name that was helping me move in. At the same time l also rented a indoor storage in Blaine and they had no problem with my license ? For 4 1/2 years l have had my storage here. l paid the bill l was the one coming and going . They knew it was mine edwina said it was ok just to leave it the way it was after l got my license back . Never was l told they couldn’t discuss my storage never did they refuse my payment . If l was late they walked with me over to my unit took their lock off after l paid the late fee . Left me standing there with open storage never did they mention jeff’s name or it being his storage. edwina knew the circumstance knew l paid for that storage and everything in it l owned. Until they made a huge mistake and sold my storage for 100.00 during the pandemic . During the quarantine when l was told by someone they were training because l haven’t seen edwina around there for months that public storage was excepting payments so people wouldn’t loose their stuff because people had fallen behind . As l had. l was in made a 120.00 payment told the girl at the counter l would be back next month pay it off l finally had a place to bring my stuff . She was fine with that . The next month on the 1st l was in there to pay my bill only to find out my whole life every thing l owned had been auctioned off! 4 1/2 years over $10,000 l paid these people for them to sell everything l owned for $100.00 to some stranger for him to rifle through my life , throw away all of mine and my families memories keep what he wanted to sell for his own greedy profit! I tried for days to finally speak to Ellie . And l was told she could not discuss my storage with me she needed to talk to Jeff? The storage wasn’t in my name ? Never in 4 1/2 years did anyone there have a problem discussing anything with me ! They know what they did. now they have blocked me from getting online and seeing my account all my payments etc! I made a payment a month before they sold everything. And they said they were working with people so they wouldn’t loose their stuff!! These people at this place are cowards and lying thieves . My son is being deployed to Kuwait in 2 months calls me the other day looking for his birth certificate so he could get his passport . Sorry son the Corrupt storage that sold everything l own Sold it to some guy that they probley are friends with and sure he threw it in the trash along with every photo Album and baby book and memory we ever had ! I feel like my house has burnt down and public storage in Blaine lit the match! June 1st 2021 been alittle over a year now since public storage sold everything l owned for 100 during the quarantine and the pandemic after a month before l made a 120.00 dollar payment and was told not to worry a lot of people had gotten behind because of Covid and they were taking payments . I finally found my receipts l can prove l was in there and made a cash payment . I understand they have rules , but during the pandemic when l was told by their office staff in training that was fine to make a payment because a lot of people there had fallen behind and then to sell my whole life and everything l owned and collected in over 50 years . I can’t replace that stuff l can’t afford it l live on a small income. I wasn’t just storing a few items . My whole life was in there everything l owned & saved for over 50 years . I have had to buy pot an pans . Cloths all my cloths were in there l swapped every season so l have had to buy al summer and spring cloths shoes . I had everything to fill a home it’s not easy to replace your things on a fixed income drove by there the other day they are expanding adding indoor storage .

A nice place to store your belongings especially when you are planning to sell your house. Edwina one of the associates at the location was a big help.

Couldn’t closed my storage door due to ice so I took my lock off. No one was in the office, This was on 4-5-18, and it was during work hours. So I couldn’t tell anyone that I took my lock off. The very next day I receive an email that my storage has been canceled. I was also recently charged for the monthly bill on the same day. So practically I was charged full months payment for one day. I called the office today 4-10-18 and talked to Edwina the manager. She said it was my responsibility to tell them that I took my lock off, which i would’ve if someone was actually there. It was during work hours when I was there. No employees, or no vehicle around what so ever. She gave me an attitude and was rude when I was on the phone with her. They will not give me a refund even though I never canceled. Charged full months for only one day. My storage unit is rented out to someone else. She should have not rented it out until the full month for which I paid for and never canceled. They have lost a customer. Fcuk public storage!

By far the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility ever! I have many many many years of military service and have had to use numerous storage units. Edwina has made this a most pleasurable experience and she is going to make things right the first time. This will definitely be the first place I think of if I have future needs for storage.

My moving in to this location was one of my best places I could have stored my things. Its close to my home now. And easy to get to. But most of all is the person that is the caretaker there. Her name is Edwina. I have talk with her several times and she is alway such a up beat lady with the most friendly personality. She is also a very good listener.
