We have used RP Auto since they opened and have great respect and confidence in their work. We trust them to do the work as inexpensively as possible without compromising the quality of the repairs. While doing the repair they keep their eyes open to other things that might need attention without pressuring us to do the repair. On the other hand, if a repair would compromise the safety of the vehicle, they will urge us to do the repair. Bob and his other mechanics are very friendly and willing to explain what repairs are needed, what they will do during the repair, and when done they explain what they actually needed to do to accomplish the repair. So, in the many years we have used RP Auto, we have formed a great relationship with them and would recommend them to anyone for any repair they may need.

Fast service and got me back up and running with ice cold AC.

Contacted them Friday to say the heat in my son’s car was not working. I received a response saying they could look at it on Saturday. I told them I’d drop it off and when. I showed up on Saturday and nobody was there. I showed up in a car w/ no heat. It was extremely cold but I waited a few minutes. Nobody ever showed up so I left. I sent an email asking when someone would show and never heard anything.Wow - what great service. Thank you for Google reviews.

Brought a service vehicle in for a starter and oil change. Oil came back black as can be after driving it 2 blocks and checking it. They claim to have changed it. What prompted the questioning of service work was the oil change light was still on. When confronted on that they stated the sensor might be bad? It’s not a sensor just a re set. Has a check engine light that wasn’t even at least scanned for potential repair. Epic fail. I’m my line of work I wouldn’t have return customers!

Discovered Bob and his team a few years ago. From the first time I saw them to this last time, they have been awesome. They do great work, their rates are more than fair , and most of all I trust them. They dont try and offer repairs that arent needed. I wont take my car anywhere else!

I have been a customer of RP Auto, Bob, Kyle, Erin nearly since he opened shop more years ago than I can remember. Bob has always been honest letting us know what should be fixed and also letting us know what is wrong but can wait so we can make budgeting choices as needed. He has always taken care of warranty work without issue. I always choose to bring my personal and work vehicles to Bob as my first choice. Honest guy that performs quality work at a reasonable price. Everytime we have a problem. We go to RP. They find and fix the problem, the 1st time. The price is always reasonable. The staff is great. I heard of this company from a friend who always goes there 15 years ago, and I tell all my friends. They are great.

Bob and his employees are very reliable and honest. The prices are reasonable and their service is quick, especially if you make an appointment ahead of time. They dont try to scam or upsell you on anything and their diagnosis of the problem is usually highly accurate.

Total sham. Bob doesnt stand by the products he sells. Dont believe the Guarantee plaque on the wall. Terrible customer service.
