My husband and I have been living in this apartment complex for a little over a year now and we could not be more pleased! Melissa and Ashley are so so kind and communicative. They take care of you as if you were their own family. Keith works so hard and is so responsive to work orders, they will always help you fix whatever is broken as fast as they can.

All the staffs at Stonegate are awesome!! They care a lot about their residents. There’s never an issue they can’t resolve because you are their top priority!! They look for the best interest in all their residents!! Awesome place to live!

This has been one of the best apartments I have had the privilege to call home. The staff is super friendly and very professional. The two ladies in the office are always so welcoming and helpful. If you ever have an issue, they are quick to address it. The grounds are always kept nice. You always see the maintenance worker on site working. Which is nice to see things being taken care of. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone

We were residents at Stonegate Apartments for over 2 and half years and cannot recommend Stonegate enough. The buildings were quiet, clean, and staff were always prompt, friendly and helpful. Bonus you are within walking distance of the grocery store, and a few minutes drive to other shopping needs. Highly recommend!

I am living at Stonegate apartment almost about 1 year and I extended my lease for one more year. Professional management# kindness# courtesy# organize and job get done immediately as far as maintenance. I never had problem at this apartment Complex Community. I love it👌

And is very close to the grocery store and other store. I do not smoke and I do not drink I live alone one cat that is neutered and all vaccinations it is a emotional pet for me I am disabled. I have a handicap sticker for my would also like a garage and sometimes with walkers cant walk stairs I am on a emergency lifeline if I need medical help.i have never been evicted.

For the most part I love this place. The office staff is extremely kind and helpful. Maintenance is quick, kind, and helpful. I didnt see the actual unit I moved into until the day I moved (it was being remodeled), the office staff and maintenance were very helpful in answering all questions and getting my move set up so I could be fully prepared. Even after the 20th email, they were still patient and helpful. However, the parking for your guests...You need a parking pass. The parking pass method makes sense with the parking lot sizes, but you need to know at least 24 hours in advance that you will have a guest so that you can have the pass in time for their arrival. Other than some foot steps, the place is really quiet, so it is a peaceful living situation. I have a remodeled unit and it is absolutely gorgeous. The hallways and the laundry room are for the most part clean and odorless. I feel there are plenty of washers and dryers, plus it is nice that they are not coin operated. No need to waste a trip to the bank for quarters.

I have lived here for years.The caretakers have always been friendly and keep the building up well.Maintenance has always been there to fixThings right away.The office management are more than reasonable and kind.The building is quiet and neighbors are respectful.Stonegate is a very good safe place to live.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I have had no issues! Ashley and Melissa are so nice and accommodating with any issues that you may have. The lots were always plowed in the winter so my car never got stuck! I have had no noise issues as my neighbors are quiet and respectful. I live in the newer model with hard wood floors in the kitchen and stainless steel appliances. They also painted a purple accent wall which gives the place character! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live a little north of the metro. Will be living here until I decide to buy a house!

There are free DVD rentals and an outdoor pool for everyone to enjoy4. My girlfriend and I have lived here for about a year and a half and I have literally no complaints. We live on the third floor and its been really great. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We have never had a noise issue with our neighbors. When weve had an apartment issue (weve only had two), the response from management has been extremely quick and helpful. Basically, were really happy here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live in Coon Rapids or Blaine.

Recently Ive met with 5 so-called professional apartment management teams and out of the 5 that I met.....Stonegate Apartments management team of Ashley and Melissa were so much more professional than the rest!!! Very patient, very professional, and extremely helpful towards my family and I! Example,any questions we had about ANYTHING...they had a positive and reassuring answer for us! They were dressed professionally, office was very clean and neat, meeting with them was truly a great experience!!!

Hi everyone!I have been living here for over 5 years with my family. I want to express just how much I love living here. First off, this location is accessible to a variety of stores, such as Target and close to my school. Less than ten minutes to get to the local Target. Next, I want to just say how nice the management team is. Melissa and Ashley have always been wiling to answer our questions and assist us whenever we need it. Also, I love that they are personable. They will make conversation with us simply because they care about us and the rest of their renters. I recommend everyone looking for an apartment in Blaine to come check out Stonegate!

Ive been living in Stonegate for 3 weeks now. When I first went to check out an apartment Ashley was very friendly and welcoming. I did some research to gather some information, then I decided to apply. During the application process, and waiting to hear back, Ashley would always keep me posted on things. On the day of move in, everything went super smooth, and I was able to move in earlier then planned. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed, sent Ashley an email, later on in the day on both occasions Keith the maintenance guy came and repaired everything super quick. Its very quiet here, Ive had no noise issues, and everyone is super friendly. Ive met a few people here, and hearing their opinions on the apartment complex helped put me at ease. The only negative thing I can think of is that theres a smaller parking lot shared between 2 buildings, and some nights you dont have a parking spot unless you park on the street or in another lot. Other then that so far its been a smooth transition here.

My boyfriend has lived at Stonegate for over 4 years now and I’m considering moving in. We have been to the office many times to get a parking pass and they are always so helpful and friendly! Melissa always asks if we want to check out a few movies and she always offers us a water! The building is always clean and we see the caretaker outside picking up trash all the time. The location is awesome quiet neighborhood but right next to cub foods and many restaurants! My boyfriend has really nice neighbors. My lease is up in May where I live now and I plan on moving in. This place feels like home.

Absolutely love this community. The management team is quick to help and assist with any questions, maintenance needs are fixed quickly and efficiently, and overall it is just a wonderful place to live. Me and my boys love it here!

We have had nothing but good service from Ashley, she has been so patient with us and is willing to answer any and all questions that we may have had. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone in the area, they will take good care of you! Cant wait to move in!

From the second I talked to Melissa on the phone for a viewing I could tell she was genuine. She asked me questions and I could tell she cared about what I had to say. My husband and I lived up there for almost 7 years. The apartments were affordable and in a decent area. Her staff was very nice and helped us with whatever needed. We will miss Stonegate. Stonegate has been a very good place to live. Melissa, the manager, is wonderful to work with; she handles renters needs as quickly and efficiently as she can. The maintenance tech, Keith, has been very helpful in fixing maintenance problems that come up. The other staff have been attentive and helpful as well. Stonegate is convenient to the bus line, and a new Cub is right next door. Numerous shopping places, churches, and other conveniences are within minutes of driving time. I have been here 5 years and plan to stay for quite some time!

I’ve been waiting to put a review on here until I was finished moving into my new building and apartment. I moved here with my boyfriend and our son in March of this year hoping we made a good choice for a home for awhile. We had a one bedroom that was newly renovated and LOVED it. I had absolutely no complaints about the amenities or anything, the only 2 times I had to call for noise it was taken care of and it wasn’t even that terrible to be honest. Everyone is so respectful and I’ve never had to worry about theft or any weirdos hanging around. Upon just getting our 2 bedroom and upgrading/moving to the office building I have so far had an even better experience. The only things I’ve had to adjust to are the parking and laundry area lol. But still LOVE the place. Ashley and Melissa have made the renting process a wonderful experience over all, they are both super friendly as well! I feel like they are not only my “landlords” but my friends as well. They are so understanding and are willing to help as much as they can to make sure you are as happy as possible. Keith the “handy man” lol, is wonderful as well! He is just super nice, every time I’ve called for little things needing fixing like the bathroom drain or the stove light he fixed it super fast and I never felt disrupted either. This is just a great place to live and I hope it is my home for a while yet! Very good and clean neighborhood, quiet and safe. I love the trails around here and the little parks all around! Close to shopping and it’s just convenient (: definitely recommend!!

The apartment is nice and quiet which I like. Management and the emergency maintenance person is quite responsive and helpful. The only bad thing so far is that my bike, which was locked up, was stolen from the rack within a few days.

I lived at stonegate for a year with my gf.. Melissa, Ashley and Keith did a great job with any questions or services we needed. Nice quiet apartment complex in a great location.Pool was very clean, only complaint would be is the squeaky floors, and old carpet.

I can say by far this is the first place I have felt at home at! My Apt is amazing, Im in the 2bd upgrade and my kitchen is so beautiful. They added color on the wall so its not just all white like most apartments. You can tell they take pride in their buildings. Melissa and Ashley are such a great team! They make sure everything is done within a timley fashion! They are also great listeners if youve had a bad day! They are always so welcoming and truly do care about their residents! They make you feel like family the moment you walk in! My first day meeting Melissa she let me vent about my life and gave me a chance even tho she didnt have too!!! I left with a big hug and knowing I will be well taken care of, she gave me a start to a whole new life❤ Ashley has also been a listening ear in so many hardships and they both have given me so many great laughs! They are both so down to earth and so CARING. They will go above and beyond!!! They will do anything in their power to make sure you are truly happy here! I can not brag enough about living here! Ive read a few reviews about parking passes and Ive never had a problem. Ashley and Melissa are so accommodating to different situations that usually if you need a parking pass its given right then and there and incase of emergencys you can call the ON-SITE on call and theyll give one if need be! Any problems you have truly are just a phone call away. Just ask and They will answer. They also have caretakers on site, who do so much and do their best to keep everything, cleaned, shoveled and salted especially during this ruff winter!!!! They did great with the up keep. Keith is the maintance and is very dedicated to his job and does a great job at making sure our buildings are kept running well. If you want to feel at home, Stonegate will be the right choice!!! You will have a great place and make even greater friends with the staff at Stonegate!!!

Not a bad place to live. Been here two years now and I have only seen the cops here once. Rent is kind of high for what you get. But its ok.

Unsafe area, always police around, tons of mold, and there is absolutely no guest parking allowed unless you obtain a guest parking pass from management ahead of time. So, your guests will be towed if nobody is available to issue a guest permit!

Ive lived here since 2012. The staff has always been proffessional and personable and have been ready to address any issue that I have had. The vendors they work with are also professional and efficient. Cub just added a new grocery store right around the corner, so thats super convenient, but its also within walking distance of a Walgreens, a CVS and a few restaurants, so you dont have to drive a lot of you dont want to.

I dont know about anybody else issue, But me i love living here. i have never had a problem. been living here for almost 4 years now. maintenance comes when i need them. Melissa is the best property manager you can ever have, i have moved out 2 times and always find my way back here. Now as far as the parking permit goes, i am all for it. im tired of parking on the side streets than having to wake up at 5 in the morning just to move my vehicle in the parking lot to prevent it from being towed. im all for parking permits. Love this idea.

The most unprofessional management team I have ever been in contact with. They do not return phone calls. They are inapropriate as they get involved in tennants personal business. This managment team needs to be educated on the CIC laws which none of them follow. I will be reporting this property to HUD!A very disapointed fellowProperty Manager

Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. They threaten and lie and abuse their power.RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH THEM. YOULL NEED THE EVIDENCE.Nancy is a SERIOUS RACIST even to children. She wont speak to a black adult, not even a respectful Christian one. She WILL, however, spread her judgements of us to whomever will listen and will gladly add any points that make her look like an elderly victim. Has harassed my eleven year old son and were only neighbors to the apartments. Lived here 3 years and the first time she saw us a few weeks ago its been a problem ever since. (Side note: my son has a past history of being a domestic violence survivor. Her first encounter with him, she scared him so bad that the police apologized to US for her rudeness. Since then, if/when she sees him outside, she does aggressive things that aggravate his anxiety disorders.) Preparing to file charges on her if another incident arises. I will not stand for abuse of ANY kind towards my children.Melissa is completely fake. Seems good at first, then her true ugly colors come out. I only interacted with her to ask for assistance with Nancy. She did not assist with my request to ask Nancy to stop respectfully because my son has emotional issues and furthermore said if my children (5 girls, 1 boy, oldest of all is 15) walk on their sidewalk theyd call the police because Nancy said we were disrespectful and she didnt see Nancys actions as a problem. I havent said a single disrespectful word to these people, neither have my children. Im college educated and have NO criminal record (despite what Melissa assumed once she learned I was black, which is the only thing she knows of me), so Im bringing my issue here and to court.Just be careful if youre considering living there...or visiting there. I see plenty of what happens in their lot. The managers start more trouble there than the tenants or guests do because of their power hungry, abusive ways. Ive seen situations where theyve evicted or threatened tenants by lying on them and issuing them a violation. They enjoy being the apartment feds.Welcome to StoneHate...where your civil rights will be vehemently denied! *If you happen to be a judgmental racist that only thinks the worst of others that are different from you, move in... youll be welcomed with open arms. And... for the record, I am drug, alcohol, and nicotine free. Thats a note for those who think that the low ratings here are being listed by mentally impaired or chemically induced persons.
