Horrible service. Called and rented a piece of equipment (50 ft boom lift), 5 days in advance, and was told it was available for Saturday. Arranged my work schedule so I would have that day off. I get a call one hour before closing on Friday and they tell me my lift is not available. And they knew this 1-2 days before and didn’t notify me. At this point it is too late call anywhere else and get a rental. Said they loaned it out, person paid for one day, but hasn’t brought it back all week and they can’t contact them. They offered a different lift for Sunday, but I work on Sunday so I can’t do that. It wasn’t what we agreed on. I shouldn’t have to change my schedule to fit theirs. So I have a building project that will be put on hold until I can find a lift, and another day I will take off from work. I would only call these people if it was your last possibility. They don’t care about your schedule or your project.

Heavener Rental is always my choice for renting equipment, as opposed to the chains. Their equipment has always been in top notch condition, and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

We rented a machine one weekend and had trouble with it. (It didnt operate well and broke down during the time we were paying for it). Heavener made it right (let us use another machine later for no charge) with out any hassles. They are great to work with!

They have always been upfront helping solve problems and provide the right equipment for the job at hand. They have a wide variety of both small tools and other rental items. Additionally they also can provide some heavier equipment for bigger construction tasks.

Rented a piece of equipment it didnt work. I couldnt finish the job. But they still charged me. Offered 20 dollars back. Most equipment old. Stay away
