The technician was AWESOME! I worked with him on an unknown problem (some noises at night in the attic and closet). He came quickly to do a free estimate and immediately knew that it was rats. In addition to being professional, polite, and pleasant to talk to, he was incredibly patient and willing to explain everything that I was asking about. He also worked with our tight and urgent schedule. I was so glad to hire him for the job, since I knew right away after talking to him, that he would get the job done right.
