This laundromat used to be the best in the New River Valley. Always clean Maytag machine that always worked. Today I went in 11 out of 24 washing machines were out of order. I dont even understand the point of having a laundromat when almost half the machines dont work. I guess theyre Under New Management or something but they really really gone downhill.

One of the best laundry facilities in the area. Clean, new machines. Could not have asked for a better place to do laundry.

Clean place good washers and great dryers

Washing machines are always either not working, break while using them, or they take your money. Once had one of them lock my clothes in and wouldn’t unlock. Had to get manager to unlock it.Clothes always smell less fresh after washing and drying here. If it wasn’t right next to my apartment I would never use it.Only 4 dryers are reliable and are always in use unless you get lucky. Have wasted a lot of time and quarters hopping from dryer to dryer trying to find one that gets hot. Most dryer buttons are stuck and won’t press and still keep your money.(Also the soda machines have offen vended out warm sodas. Be wary of the snack machines, sometimes the one you choose won’t fall down the shoot.)

Use to be soon good when I first started coming. Now Half of the dryers arent working smhh. Multiple washers arent working. Its frustrating

This is the laundromat I use... its fine... its a laundromat, haha. Only rated 4 stars because the people I run into there often warn me to check to make sure my machine is one that is actually working. I have a favorite washer, and this place has vending machines!

Used a 35lb machine to wash blankets that came out drenched then spent about $10 drying them because the dryers dont work either. The regular front loaders worked okay on other clothes but I had to switch my clothes around several times when I figured out the dryer just didnt work at all. Long and expensive trip to the laundromat.....and not one other person was wearing a damned mask. Nope, never again.

Nice and clean and quiet place to dry some laundry. They have a setting area to watch tv while your laundry washes/dries.

Bad...more broken than working...took my money... attendant didnt help at all

I used to live in the complex connected to this and enjoyed having it nearby. I didn’t think to bring my clothes here to wash until recently....10 years later! Still smells the same. The floors are walls are clean. Most of the washers and dryers are in working order. The dryers are newer than most local laundromats. The prices are reasonable.

Great place to do laundry! I recommend it 100%. Clean, up-to-date washer and dryers. They have large, economy size washers that allow you to do 6 loads at once. I love it and will continue to do my laundry there!

Wasnt the one using it , but clean and quiet

I love it here bc theres usually only a couple other people there and you dont feel like a jerk in your pajamas. Its also kid friendly with a nice waiting area. It used to be a bit cleaner but its not bad.

Good place wash laundry

Used to live at the complex it’s attached to. At that time it was great (2 + years ago.) I recently started coming because my dryer broke. My experience has been so subpar. It use to always be clean and most of the equipment worked. Hardly any of it works now. They don’t have any reimbursement forums anymore and there are no out of order signs to put up. Most of the dryers will reset if someone starts up a dryer next to yours. The only dryers that actually work are the four new ones which are always taken Bc they are the only decent ones. I’m not sure if the laundry changed owners but it is definitely not well run now

Clean but did not like the layout of the dryers. One dryer ate my dollar wouldnt turn on . got my money back from manager

Russian roulette if the dryers are going to work when you put your money in. Very frustrating. Ive been here only a handful of times but I always find the dryer that doesnt work. And no there are no out of order signs on them.
