Once again Warm Hearth is closed due to the fact a STAFF member tested positive for Covid. I am not surprised. I visit every week and see many staff members not wearing their mask, protecting their chins and my personal favorite sleeping on the job. Is this considered quality care? The picture below shows the blood not cleaned up after an elderly lady fell earlier in the week.

This is an amazing facility! It is an adult fitness center focusing in 55 and older with the Rock Steady Boxing program; which is specifically designed for Parkinsons. Super clean with a fantastic staff. Cute little cafe that is open until 2pm.

Their one bedroom apartments w/out a balcony are super tiny. The heater/air conditioning unit looked about 30 yrs old. Was told that some apartments are being renovated with new paint and HVAC units. I could smell a musty mold in one of their community rooms. Glad I didnt move there.

From working there and dealing with rude impatient nurses and dining staff that are rude and and a boss that don’t care if you get bullied yeah I don’t think this is a place I would want my family to go or attended but I know for a fact that I have let it be know that the guest get treat awful there they don’t care and that’s for SHOWWALTER

I can’t speak on behalf of the retirement facility portion, but I come here weekly for business meetings and their facility is very nice. It had a really warm “homey” feeling. The staff is helpful and friendly. Couldn’t be happier for the purposes of my visits.

I had a great time there seeing the comraderie of the residents and staff while drawing caricatures at a gig. You cant fake the genuine warm attention the staff was providing not only the residents, but the guests and contracted vendor like me! Im always grateful when they offer the starving artist a plate of (great food) and make me take a break. Often Im overlooked, so it makes me believe they nurture a culture of attentive service.

Staff does not care about the living conditions, filth, hoarding, or potential fire hazards inside the individual units. I was sickened and disappointed about the conditions inside the unit occupied by a family member. Moreover make sure that you understand the odd pricing policy: You buy an interest in a unit, which then loses value over time; oddly there is no deed. Then they sell the same unit over and over as seniors die or move, with no improvements, making a profit for WHV each time the unit changes hands. It is amazing that the Virginia Attorney General allows this to occur. A senior citizen would be better off in a condo with a maid or health aide.

This is done by relating the effects of climate change to concepts of justice, particularly environmental justice and social justice and by examining issues such as equality, human rights, collective rights, and the historical responsibilities for climate change. A fundamental proposition of climate justice is that those who are least responsible for climate change suffer its gravest consequences.[1][2][3]The term climate justice is also used to mean actual legal action on climate change issues.[4] In 2017, a report of the United Nations Environment Programme identified 894 ongoing legal actions worldwide.[5] At the end of 2018, a series of school strikes for climate started worldwide, inspired by Greta Thunbergs original protest in Sweden.Ask my Attorney

I have dealt with the maintenance and housing staff on a professional basis and I can clearly tell that all of the staff truly care about the people who live in their property. Ive dealt with other similar organizations who wont spend a penny extra no matter what the issues. This company does whatever it takes to make sure the tenants are highest priority.
