I had them redo the floor in my business bathroom, including the structure. There was a smell, and some moisture around the toilet. They found some plumbing issues once they got the old floor removed, and fixed it right - no more smell! They rebuilt the floor much beefier than before, and with quality flooring. Unexpected complications did add some costs, but they were clear about that and the final cost was very reasonable for the job done. I would do business with them again.

Restore Right remediated a massive amount of mold in the basement of my house. Nearly 1200 sq feet of the nasty black mold. They were quick to get the upper house sectioned off while the work was being done. Every employee we dealt with was professional and very knowledgeable as the work progressed. I also used them on a flood caused by an improper installation of an egressed window done by another company. once again they were quick to solve the issues and get everything cleaned up and back to normal. I cannot recommend them enough.

I messaged Restore Rite through Facebook and received a call within a few days so I could show the problem area of my house. Eddie called and I showed him the area and we talked about the problem and some solutions. The team was very careful to close off the room being treated to keep contaminants out of the rest of the home. Eddie is a great communicator and kept me informed about the progress of the job. I asked for more work than we originally agreed upon, he worked up an additional bid and had the work done in no time. Restore Rite is a great company doing great work.

We were in a real bind- we were selling a home but needed mold remediation based on a professional mold inspection report. Initially called a different company in the Wood River Valley. They came and when they were finished, our mold inspection report was worse than before!!Our problem had gotten worse. Restore Rite was recommended, came, and did a spectacular job within our tight Tim e window,. It was day vs night compared to the other company. We had to have some restoration done due to our washer flooding and going down in to the basement. There was drywall that had to be replaced, painting done, flooring done, mold removed, trim work done and too much more! What a great experience this was to get to work with this company. Eddy Card was the project manager and he stayed in constant communication with us to ensure we were all on the same schedule, he was professional and friendly. He checked in multiple times to make sure we were not only aware of the progress of the work but also satisfied with what had been done so far. All of the people that came out to do the work were on time, friendly, professional and did quality work. While our home was in constant turmoil, it never felt that way and it never felt endless, we knew what to expect and when and that really helped with the chaotic feeling that you can get on this type of project. Would highly recommend to use this company and if I have a need to in the future to use them again, I would request to get to work with all the same people. Such a great company to help during a crisis in the home. Ours was dishwasher leaking that took out 2/3 of kitchen and dining area floors. Including base cabinets on sink and dishwasher side. New countertops and backsplashes, new sink, faucet, new dishwasher, repainted and bases new on cabinets, replaced subfloor in kitchen...the drying out process was amazing and kept me in loop as we progressed.

Kenyon was wonderful to work with. He and his staff have great customer service. When I called him to get help with water in our basement he went out of his way to come see our house during a very busy day. He helped us figure out the problem and plan a solution. He was always responsive and checked up on our drying process whenever I had questions. I am glad we called Restore Rite.

My mothers kitchen (very SMALL kitchen) flooded mid December, 2018 and this company has made so many mistakes. Today it is February 27, 2019 and she has not had running water in her kitchen since February 12th! They keep telling her that they will be there the next day and then they never show up. They take poor measurements and have to order special cabinets multiple times. My mother has contacted them multiple times, but the individual, I believe Eddy, will not take her phone calls. He only Texts her. My mother has an old style flip phone and has never sent a text in her life! She is in her 70s!!!!!!! I am fit to be tied at this point and I am sick of having depressing conversations with my mother. I contacted the companys office in Blackfoot, Idaho, but of course the owners/managers were not available. I was quickly contacted by Cooper and Eddy on the phone just now and was told that multiple things that seemed to be inaccurate. I understand that they are trying to cover their butts, but my mother has been without water in her kitchen for 15 days and I was told 7. She wrote down the day that the temporary sink was removed. This company doesnt have enough cash flow to order cabinets at the time of the flood they refuse to pre purchase anything if it is for insurance work. So they ordered cabinets long after they knew that they had the job. Of course they said that the cabinet maker made a mistake.... They dont seem to own up to their own mistakes. I would NEVER recommend this company for a restoration unless you have other means of cooking, cleaning dishes you know like having two kitchens (because so many houses have that).Update as of 3/6/19: My mom finally got water in her kitchen on 3/5/19. They have hired out her cabinet work to another company they wont be in the house until next weekend...... Reminder the flood happened 12/6/18.
