They were helpfull and extremely knowledgable. Did every thing she could to help us get the help we needed.

You pay into the system all your life. You fall on hard times once in your life and need a bit of help. You go to the hell and warfare office and they say hit the road Jack. But if you are fresh from the border, havent paid one thin cent into the system, dont speak English and drive a brand new Cadillac, you get a full free ride.

They can make it easier and they need more people to help out with the lobby full of people.

The only reason I dont give 1 star is because they helped me get food for my kids. But the people that work there treat you like a burden on society. And when I went in to talk to someone about child abuse they didnt even seem to be effected at all, and let the person go... TWICE! Unless you have small children and cannot feed them, or cannot live without their help DONT go here go to Idaho Falls or heck even Pocatello.
