Nope, not that either; Cory Trease and everyone else I dealt with in TJ Auto genuinely acted happy to help me, pleased to meet me and if they got me what I needed AWESOME, but they didn’t ever act like I was a problem to be solved like every other dealership I talked to this year.

Cant say enough nice things about David in service. As we were traveling through Idaho, we had a service engine light come on. He put it on the computer, explained exactly what it was and all for no charge. If we lived in the area, we would definitely be taking the truck here for service.

Our salesman Paul and the business manager were both great. We got a new truck at a fair price. The guy in charge of our trade in though could work on his people skills. He acted annoyed and immediately defensive when I asked to see his paperwork on valuing our trade in. I would still consider buying another vehicle from Tad Jenkins but this was a small blemish on an otherwise great experience.

It is one of very few dealerships we have dealt with that offered zero pressure. We live in Idaho Falls, and the drive to Blackfoot was worth every penny! I had a few recalls on my Chrysler 300.. took it in.. and no questions asked i was taken care of.. so then I decided to go ahead and take my car back to them for some work i needed.. well for some reason a bolt had come just right back out.. i called Cindy the service manager...explained everything to her.. she immediately took care of my problem..we dont exactly know how the bolts came out?? It was just so nice that I wasnt pushed to the side..or told too late to bring back.. you know?? Cindy asked me when can I come back..directed her staff to let her know when they were on my car.. i am so happy that Cindy was a real go getter!! I needed 15min of a mechanics time this morning to get my brand new truck back on the road and I was told the earliest they could get to me was in 3 weeks. I get they have slots booked but theres got to be something better than 3 weeks out. Took my truck to IF and they were done is less than 10min. I think my preferred dealer is no longer in Blackfoot.

Paul Zemlicka Salesman at Tadd Jenkins- what an amazing down to earth and personable man he is. I had to purchase a new vehicle completely unexpectedly and Paul made this already stressful situation feel so comfortable and not stressful at all given I wasnt necessarily shopping for a vehicle to start with. I love that I didnt feel pressured into a purchase on a vehicle they had to offer . (We all know those salesmen that are overly pushy and enthusiastic on trying to make a deal and get the sale.) Paul was nothing like this and was very genuine taking every concern of mine into consideration as if it was his very own. I couldnt say enough great things about Paul and the way he represents this company, I am beyond happy with the new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid I drove off their lot without a single worry and complete understanding of the sale and Financing involved.
