I am thankful for this Jiffy Lube. I was unaware that I still have places to lube in the chassis for my 2007 Chrysler Aspen. I suppose that seems silly to some, but I have not been told previously that this was done for my vehicle during an oil change. They take good care to be quick and thorough and always show me my fluid levels when I am departing. I just feel that this important to know they went through all of the steps. I am able to change my own oil but prefer to take it to be done. They are more thorough than I know to do myself. They also check other points of my vehicle and have let me know if I should take it to a mechanic to be repaired that is crucial on older vehicles. Was fast and efficient and fixed a chip in the front glass plus I got $15 off the price, the wife sat in the truck while I read The Tattooist of Auschwitz which is a true account of a love story in an environment as close to Hell on earth during WWII. I strongly recommend the read.

Went here for a top off took about 25 minutes to get someone to help me while lobby and bays were empty then to too see multiple employees exit out of a sliver jeep when approached there was a heavy skunk smell coming from them all, and very slow service and was concerned if they were able to do they’re duties correctly highly recommend drug testing employees didn’t know being under the influence was professional for this business

Great people to do business with. Quick and accurate for my needs.I did recently have and issue, however after speaking with them they were very willing to work with me to correct the problem.They were always very courteous even though their was a differance of opinion. Team members were very open and honest at all times, and they corrected the issue 100%.

We stopped by while traveling to Utah. The crew was incredibly helpful and very kind. They resolved our concerns quickly and even pointed out our tires were low and filled them for us. I wish I asked for their names but we were there at 12:30pm 8/17. They know who they are. Great work!

Went in for oil change, they removed the oil filter and realized they did not have that filter in stock.Its a uncommon filter. They hustled to find one and got me on my way.

Y’all. They literally didn’t service us at all, but charged us $50 and sent us on our way. No washer fluid added or air added to the tires which were the only things we asked for. It’s so messed up.

Justin was a very nice guy and helped us get back in the road fast!

I took my car in to get serviced and when I pulled into the bay my tire light was on saying that the right rear tire was low. One of the employees there went through my inspection and said all 4 tires were at 36. When I got in my car the tire light was still on, so I stopped the female employee there and told her that my tire light was still on and asked if she would please put are in my tire. She said that she had never checked the pressure because the tire cap was stuck and she could not get it off. I then asked her if one of the guys working could try to get the cap off and she said that all of them had also tried to get the cap off and could not. She then proceeded to tell me to go to the Tadd Jenkins dealership to get air in my tire. When I got to a friends house she easily took the cap off in seconds. I paid $80 dollars to be lied to and not have the service I requested done.

We have used jiffy lube for years. We have a small transportation company and have always brought our trucks here for service. Today we were told we couldnt use a coupon, even though we always do. And it was $60 more than the stores in idaho falls and $100 more than going to Ron Sayer. We WILL NOT be back we try to support local business but not at the cost of being ripped off.

Lets just say I wont be going back. Lied to as to the work that was to be performed, but wasnt. Fluid levels they said was full or filled and was not. When I pointed it out, got off the wall answer. Still did not put fluid in. If asked about a place to get there oil changed, Jiffy Lub Will NOT be my answer.
