This location has never let me down. If youre not comfortable with places that barely talk to you and dont tell you whats going on, this place is a good fit. Theyll tell you where to go, what theyre doing, and usually they work fast! The lobby is comfortable and has snacks and soda, which is a nice perk.

Never going anywhere else!! Their service, professionalism, friendliness is outstanding!! These men are here to serve you and care about it! Such great attitudes and very welcoming. Clean lobby. Very quick and proficient! Super kind to their customers, they also provide snacks and drinks and free air fresheners!!

Fantastic service from the moment I pulled up until I left! All three techs were involved in my service. They explained in detail what services were provided and even showed me their workmanship. Ive never experienced that before. This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube and I was so pleasantly surprised! I was in and out in 30 minutes and payed $75 less than what Im used to paying at a dealership who keeps my vehicle all day. I will definitely return to this Jiffy Lube next time my car needs service. This is my #1 place for getting my oil changed. They are always very quick and efficient at completing the service. The employees are friendly and knowledgable. Ive never been pressured to buy additional add-ons. This is the only Jiffy Lube location I get my car serviced at.

The people that work at the Jiffy Lube in Bixby are always kind and fast.

Quick service, was in and out in less than 20 minutes or so. I did not need an appointment and only one other person getting their car taken care of. However, I would say that the customer service experience with check-in and check-out could have been better. No major problems, but not above and beyond by any means.

This is a great location. Dont know how they hire such positive people but it shows in their attention to the customers. Was in and out quickly.

Ill start with the positive. They were polite and very fast!However, they said they would top off all my fluids and they didnt. They said they inflated tires to 40, but they didnt. (My tire pressure remained at 36 and 38.) When spending the money, I expect truth and quality.

My wife went there and they were very disrespectful and took advantage of her not knowing everything! Very poor business concept. Never going again.

We are waiting to see if the oil change we got for $60 will cost us $3000 or $4000 in damages. The vehicle was driven in for an oil change and inoperable and had to be towed within 15 mins after they were finished. STAY AWAY FROM THE ENGINE CLEANER!

Edit: Jiffy Lube refunded the service charge.They tried to upsell my wife on a bunch of nonsense, going so far as apparently creating a check engine light to offer diagnosis. She declined the ancillary services, leading up to her driving off with said check engine light. Now when that car has a cel, the car automatically turns off cruise control and traction control, so they directly put her safety at risk. I got a chance to read the codes, P0113 (IAT high input) and P0102 (MAF sensor low input), and it made sense due to them offering her a new air filter. I pop the hood and immediately I see that they left the MAF/IAT sensor unplugged. Not only that, but without that sensor we got horrible mileage for our Thanksgiving day travel-averaging 10 mpg. I called them this morning and Im still waiting on a call back. Oh, and they put a service sticker in her window stating her next oil change is 40,000 miles from now. I have no confidence in Jiffy Lube.

These guys are always quick and very courteous. With all the coronavirus stuff going on they keep their lobby capacity low and give you the option of staying in your vehicle. Super job as always!

Great staff, exceptional service. Normally my husband takes the vehicles for the oil changes, but today I did. The folks working here were friendly, prompt and even vacuumed the car. There was no long wait and even asked if a 15 minute wait was going to be alright. Are you kidding??? I’m more than happy to wait that amount of time considering how long a dealership usually takes. Would and will definitely recommend!

Not one employee wearing a mask at your location in Bixby. Wake up. You lost my business moving forward. Also they open your car door and are right up in your face (again no mask).

They always have very friendly staff!! Also I like the fact that they always show you that there is new oil in your car before you leave. Obviously I believe they do it, but they always go the extra mile to show you everything and explain anything you need to know. Love this location!

First they were open during the whole shutdown which I still had to work so I need my oil changed. They were soooo nice and polite and friendly. Plus they did a great job on my oil change!!!!

The best customer service. The kindest workers and the most fun place to wait for a quick oil change...water, soda, popcorn, lollipops. My kids beg for oil changes now that we have found Jiffy Lube! I tend to visit the jiffy line off memorial between 121st and 111st. I really love going here because they not only try to get you in and out on a timely manner (though busy times will always happen). They also provide honest feedback and Ive never felt like the were lying to gain more profit. They helped me to know what my check engine light was on for, and because of that - I was able to get it fixed for a good price. All of that, because these guys really do offer quality over anything else.

Overall a really good job. I came by the first time and a tech told me it would be an hour before they could get to me. He was a little gruff about it, but his job is turning wrenches, not customer service.I came back a little bit later so I could drop the truck off, and that process was super smooth and easy. Took about 3 minutes.When I came back, the ladies up front were super friendly and sweet. Called me “hon” and “sweetie”. They forgot to replace the window sticker with the new mileage, but when I asked for it, they printed it off immediately and put it on themselves.Really good experience overall!

The service was fast and efficient. The only reason i didnt give 4 or 5 stars was because whoever changed my oil put my truck in 4 wheel drive and left it there.So back story, there is a software bug in my truck if you turn the knob from 2 wheel drive (and by pass the 4 wheel rear drive) and move it to 4 wheel all drive, my truck get stuck and putters around making it difficult to turn. I then have to take it in to get serviced.Not sure why the rep put my truck in 4 wheel drive but now i i have to get my truck serviced to get it back to normal. The rep had no way of knowing this, but i didnt mention it because i didnt ever think they would put my truck in that state.Amend/UPDATE:I initially gave 3 stars because my truck was acting up after. Once i posted my review, Bobby from jiffy lube called and asked me to come in and fix the issue. I went in and 5 min later it was good to go. Great service and nice people. 5 stars.

Excellent, fast and efficient service. They even took me in when I showed a few minutes before they were supposed to be closing. They offered services based on my vehicles mileage and factory recommendations, but did not make feel pressured to have them done.

This is a well managed and professional place to have your vehicle maintenance taken care of. They support veterans and offer free oil changes and other discounts on Veterans Day. They have excellent staff and get you in and out pretty fast. While your waiting they offer free soda and popcorn.

Overall my experience was positive with one large exception. Upon arrival I was greeted by a man who thought it necessary to explain to me why I needed to park my car behind the other line of cars. After manspalining why its necessary to line up a car behind another car, he then proceeded to call me hun. I asked the two other male customers if they were told how to park a car behind another car or called hun and they chuckled to themselves.I had zero issues with my service other than with this one individual. I thought the service was fast and efficient the price was good, however I feel that a little basic customer service training with their male Manager would do them some good.

I noticed fluid dripping under my 13 Accord about one month after my $80.00 oil chance at Jiffy Lube. It was the front, right. I pulled the car up on my ramps and noticed oil dripping from the oil filter. I placed my bare hand on the oil filter and was able to easily twist the filter left to right with no resistance; plenty of slack. I tightened the filter myself and no leaks since. This is my first one star ever.

Love the people that work here, especially Daniel. I literally know nothing about cars besides knowing I need to fill it up with gas and get my oil changed, so theyre always willing to tell me if somethings up and if I should go and get it fixed. Amazing people and amazing service.

I went into this location to get my oil change done yesterday afternoon and the staff was wonderful! Bobby and Kodie got my car in and taken care of thoroughly and quick. I appreciated the great customer service they both gave.

I didnt have to get out of the vehicle. They were prompt, very professional and punctual, and explained things well. I will return.

The service seemed fine at first, but they overfilled the oil, which my manual says can damage the engine, overfilled the antifreeze by almost 4 inches, and overfilled the tire pressure. One at 37 and the rest at 35 when the recommended psi in my manual is 32 max. I will not be going back. More fluids and pressure and not beneficial. The right levels are what a car needs.

People were friendly. Did a great job. But they over filled the oil. Took back to the shop. They corrected the issue. Too much oil will blows seals. Make sure to double check oil when you get home.

This was my first trip to Jiffy Lube and I went to have my transmission flushed after it started acting up. I was blown away by the service. The manager Frank helped me and he was so knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on the whole process. He recommended things I should have done but didnt pressure me at all. It was an immensely better experience than I anticipated and Ill definitely be coming back with any future needs including the services Frank suggested!

I started going here about 2 years ago. They do solid work and have great customer service. I like how they review recommended services for your vehicle as suggested by the maintenance schedules for your make and model vehicle.Only thing they can’t do st this location is rotate your tires. Maybe one day....Great place, go see them.

Had my oil changed for free on Veterans Day. The employees were very friendly and took great care of all us. Free popcorn and sodas were available. After my oil change was completed they walked me out and showed the oil level, and all caps were on. Would definitely recommend this one!!

I have been going here since it was first built. They have done all of the oil changes on my vehicles over the years. They are thorough and check everything. They offer a Signature Series oil change that costs a little more, but it is well worth it. I sat in their comfortable waiting area (they offer free drinks and popcorn by the way!) and watched them going over my vehicle. They checked over more than oil change stuff. They checked lights, belts, hoses and more while they were draining the oil. That is the type service that I like and am glad to see performed on my vehicle.

This was our first time here. The service was great! Absolutely no problems or pressure. Loved it we will be back from now on.

Everyone was so nice. I had several things changed and replaced and it didnt even take 25 minutes and 5 peoples were ahead of me. I had several people on my car at once, they showed me in the shop what problems I have and gave me advice for them. They topped off all my fluids and even vaccumed my car. I was very happy with their service and I will be coming back.

These guys are honest and have great character. I brought my ’76 Corvette in to get the transmission checked out. They identified my problem and weren’t going to charge me for taking a look. I ended up having them change the fluids based on their recommendation. Through miscommunication somewhere they ended putting synthetic oil in the transmission (these things happen!). When I noticed it shifting funny later and checked the receipt, I brought it back, having bought the correct non-synthetic oil at Autozone myself, and even though they couldn’t replicate the issue I was having with my transmission themselves, they went ahead and swapped the transmission oil for free and were kind and courteous to me the whole time. I’d go to a shop full of guys with high character like this all day. I recommend you do too!
