This location is NOT A DUMP. This address is private property and is not permitted for a public dump site. Do not bring your trash to this location to dump. People have been bringing trailers onto our private road, causing damage to yards (yes, people are rude enough to turn around in a private yard), knocking over our BTC box (causing us to be without internet for three days), and driving over a water meter (in turn causing water leaks). If you are found on this property your tag number will be noted and you will be reported.

They forget your trash and then don’t even answer the phone when you call. I have been calling and it either gets sent to voicemail immediately or silenced and sent to a full voicemail so I can’t even express my grievance to them directly. I know I’m being silenced because it allows me to use FaceTime to call. They used to be really good but it seems the service has greatly declined in the years I’ve had their service.

Owens is by far the best trash service here in Bixby! They are respectful and always friendly when pick up my trash. If they see me in the morning taking the trash out they come up to me and ask if they can take that bag from me before I even get to the curb to put in container. Owens Waste Management goes above and beyond in refuse removal. During a resent storm, several large limbs were knocked out of the trees in my yard. I was unaware of stipulations governing such a removal. The Guys at Owens Waste Management stopped at my house and assisted me in getting the limbs into manageable bundles that they then loaded and hauled off free of any extra charges. This shows the truly family focused business model in operation at the company. Thank you guys so much!

They have been picking up my trash in bixby, ok for about 15 years now. they are so nice and sweet! they help the elderly with there trash sometimes because they helped my grandfather! he couldnt lift his can once and they actually came and got it for him! thanks Owens Waste Management inc.
