So I bought a $13 dollar car wash….it was fine but nothing special. I then attempted to pull up to self-vacuum my vehicle and they refused to let me vacuum it because I hadn’t purchased the most expensive wash. What??? I’ve never been to a car wash where I couldn’t vacuum my car. Ridiculous! I won’t we back!

WORST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE EVER! DONT COME HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST DO IT YOURSELF! I got the full service and even added the seat wash add on, only for the picture attached to be the end result! They didn’t even vacuum! The car felt dirtier than before I took it in! If I could give it 0 stars I would. Just so much money down the drain. I can’t describe this experience enough. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Part of the wash said it would have a 4x4 under wash, and clearly, nothing was washed.

Bought monthly unlimited.Super respectful - even opening doors for you as you enter the lobby!!They do a good job wiping the car down.I mean not fabulous. We are all human. I’ve only been twice and both times left with one dirty wheel. But it’s not so bad that I want to cancel.And the people are nice.Nice matters!

We got the 39$ ultimate treatment on our Audi today and the wash was extra heavy, with several layers of wax & shine. The vehicle was also pulled over to the detail area where several employees vacuumed and detailed. Very friendly, very good detail. They took about twenty minutes and wiped everything. Good job Bixby Auto Spa!

It was my first time using these guys and they did great in telling me what to do next and where to go! They were very friendly! I think they have another customer for a while.. My truck is my baby and they took care of her very well and made her look pretty!!

Vehicle was not as clean as I expected it to be. The cleaning was rushed and they accidentally locked my keys in the car. They did call a locksmith to unlock the car and gave me 3 free ultimate car washes. It delayed me another 45 mins. Will give them another try.

I took my my 2017 Tacoma in to be detailed a couple of weeks ago. It need to have the seats shampooed, the carpets cleaned of the dirt, and all the other normal Detailing stuff (vacuuming, windows, plastic wiped down). I was asked if I wanted to have a hand wax added on for $25 more so I did. Well I dropped it off and when I originally made the appointment they told me that it would take a couple of hours and with the wax being added on it could take up to four hours to do. I was fine with that. Let me tell you I keep my truck in really good shape there was only a couple of little spots on the back seat and front passenger seat, the reasoning for the shampooing. So I drop it off and 2 hours later they call to tell me my truck was done. Well I get there and look at it and there is still dog hair on the back of the seats, I lift up the mats and you can tell that they were not cleaned, (I know its hard to tell on the photos) when you lift up the mats you can see none of the carpets were done. There was still the spots on the front seats and also on the back ones. I pointed it out to them and they said they scrubbed with brushed and used there best cleaners and they wouldnt come out. I had the interior scotch guarded at the dealership when I bought and the only thing that should leave a mark should be bleach and you would know if there was bleach on it. So I made them at least get the dog hair off the back of the seats and paid the $175 plus tip for the detailing. When I got home I took a wet wipe and wiped the spot off the seat and magically it went away. I called them and told them that there was a lot of the truck was still dirty and I was able to wipe some of the spots off with a wet wipe.The was also still chocolate in the cup holder and sunflower shells under the e-brake. So the next day I had to take the truck back up there and sit and watch them shampoo the seats. The funny thing is, is the manager goes well with doing it a second time ALL the spots came out. They thought sense the true was in really good shape they didnt have to do as much and try to rip me off. I would never take my truck to this place again and if I were you dont even try it. They lie to you dont do any of the things you are paying for. I feel incredibly ripped off going to this place. STAY AWAY

Good car wash. Vacuums are for full service only. Plenty of other options with wash and vacuum. Will go across the street from now on.

I have been going to this carwash for 4+ years, got the monthly pass after the first few months, they really did a good detailed job. But honestly, the quality and attention to detail has gone downhill. Now, I leave with multiple streaks and obvious missed water spots and soap during the wipe down/drying process and wheels that still have brake dust (alot of) after being wiped down by hand. They used to take the time to take care of your vehicle, doesnt seem that way anymore. I dont know what changed, but definitely canceling my monthly pass.

Been going here for almost three years, excellent customer service, 7 day washback meaning if you get a certain wash and it rains within 7 days, they will give you another free of charge! We moved to Broken Arrow, but I still like the wash, the hand dry, the wash guarantee and the people that work there!

Used to be the place I would take my car for detailing, but the service have been declined, this time was the most horrible experience., the work that you pay high dollars for is equivalent something sidewalk car wash scout kids can do, or may be the kids can do it better. They couldn’t get the job done on time, I got a phone call asking if I can leave my car until the next day.. WHAT??! Poor management, no follow up when notified that the service was unsatisfied, zero star customer service. Please be aware... they would not refund or discount anything even the wrong was on them. You’ve been worn... this is not the kind of place that you expected to get your car service detailed in south Tulsa (Bixby)

Love the $20 Interior Clean add on option. They vacuum and wipe down every surface inside the car. Great for when I dont want to splurge on a more expensive car detail. I didnt need to make an appt, the team worked quickly, very happy with the service.

Yo that gm drew is strait up A1 man not only did my car come out better than I expected but all the employees treated me with the most kind and courteous service Drew even hooked my 1 year old son up wit a hot wheels car and he loves cars had my son high fiving him!!!! if you take your car anywhere else you trash!

I mentioned the other car wash machines in the area didnt take off the dust from my brakes on my front wheels. The guy says itll get it I pulled out, it did not get it. I told the young girl with the dark hair and face piercings and the got it done. It actually looks nice but when I asked her for change so i could tip her she just threw it in the box. I said I needed changed and she copped an attitude with me. Then stomped off saying she has to get the manager now to unlock the box.I suggested she just dump it sideways and just grab it. Huffing and puffing she obliged then just glared at me as I drove off. Tipping is for kind and prompt service. Its not that hard to just be kind.

This is a great car wash! My favorite thing is that I can run through the wash real quick and then they will dry the vehicle and add tire shine! Money well spent!

I clean cars for a living so when it comes to my work truck I dont ever really have the motivation to clean it myself, so I always bring it to cruise in.... I came by today and didnt get the kids name who cleaned my vehicle but he did a great job on the truck

I had my car detailed and they treated my charcoal colored leather seats with some oily substance that made the leather shiny. It took months for that shine to finally go away. Also denied breaking plastic piece under passenger seat. Windows were streaked. ALSO, BEWARE IF YOU SIGN UP FOR AUTO-DEBIT MONTHLY CAR WASH SUBSCRIPTION...THEY MAKE IT VERY DIFFICULT TO CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION AND MAKE YOU JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TO STOP AUT0-CHARGING CREDIT CARD.

This used to be the place to get one of the best vehicle washes around. But now in the past yearish the quality of service and some functions are not so quality. When the present manager and assistant manager were line workers, the experiance was good. Now there seams to always be a different person washing and different people drying. Thats ok but there is a breakdown in the procedures from one end to the other. I can get the wash Im getting now from any other wash. The price of the monthly wash is the same and no vacuums at all. I entrust my $75000 vehicle to be clean and dry when I leave. It used to. My wife has already canceled her monthy wash plan and I believe I will be next. Sorry to complain, I know truth is tough. Ill check in from time to time with my other older truck that is pay per wash.

The 2010 Single cab truck looks better than when I took it to them but for $ 140.00 I expected to not see any spots under the seat where they missed. I hoped that they would have taken a little more time to get the floor cleaner I will look elsewhere for a better job. This place is Average or slightly below.

I believe the managers name is Chase and I want to thank him for his help but I do have one complaint. After going through one time and buying the 18 dollar package which included a tire shine I had to go back because my tires were not really touched. He offered to have them redone so I went back. If I had bought the cheaper package I wouldnt have said anything but while the kid was redoing them he made a remark this cars not even nice I confronted him and of course he denied it and said he said that it was in fact nice. Me working with the school I dont miss a thing kids say. This is probably the most hurtful thing someone could say even after I tipped the first time go round.We work hard for what we have and definitely do not need a child disrespectfully saying something of that sort. I guess you need a really expensive car to have your tires shined.Thank you Chase for trying to make this right but after that I think we will be going else where and I hope this child learns from this experience that no matter how much a car is if the customer is paying you do a good job regardless.

Very friendly people and a high quality wash. They also offer a 7 day wash guarantee which I thought was pretty amazing! Some of their nicer washes are pretty pricey but its probably worth it if you have a nice car.

My husband gets his truck washed here all the time, and gets a coupon with his wash for a free $6.00 wash, which I can use or upgrade within 7 days! The people wiping our vehicles have always done a good job, never rude. Nothing is perfect 100% of the time. If there is a problem talk to the manager while you are there, as they want their customers happy.

Im grandfathered in for 2 years for unlimited car washes with tire treatments, per month. I especially like that they wipe down my vehicle after being washed and do great interior detailing at a reasonable price.

Do not take your vehicles here they rip there employees off every which way possible this new management they have do not have respect for employees at all. Poor place of business. And don’t do that great of job your better off going to 71 and Sheridan they do ten times better work and are polite to everyone.

The car wash completely crushed my passenger side mirror. The attendant took down my name and number, took pictures of the damage and then told me to come back because the manager wasnt there. When I came back they told me there was nothing they could do because they arent responsible for side mirrors which it does say on the sign. He looked at it for 2 seconds. He told me that it was my fault because I didnt fold my side mirrors in before the wash. I asked if I was supposed to do that and he said yes. However, on that same sign under Driver Responsibility that is not listed so I had no clue that I was supposed to do that. Wont be coming back here. Also, if he knew ahead of time they werent going to do anything to fix the issue a phone call would have been nice so I didnt waste my time driving up there.

My WHITE 2019 (owned 6weeks) Grand Cherokee Summit has been damaged by the over spray of the tire product.I returned the very next morning after the service to see if they could remove it (all 4 wheel wholes and sides of car). They were able to clean up the back half but the front has been left with stains.At this point the man working on my car states that it was not actually from the spray on the tires but rather a by product from my tires.When I did not accept that conclusion he then claimed it was tar from a previous occasion.Stating that they would not be responsible.This business’ integrity is lacking at best!Extremely disappointed and frustrated to have my brand new car damaged.

Can’t reply back to your comment. Bixby Cruise; I have already paid to have it redone myself. In my opinion it should have been done right the first time. I won’t be coming back.They need to change the sign from detail to full service. Full service is nothing more then a wipe down that I could have paid my 5 year old to do. Vacuuming was awful. Paid $35 for a service I basically should have taken the time to do myself. Won’t recommend or be back.

From all my carwash experiences they all scratch your car at some point but these guys can buff and do scratch removal very well. So if your car is looking faded or dull or has fine scratches. They will take very good care of you and your car will look new again.also very affordable.

My windshield was cracked during my car wash. I brought it to the GM Dru Hutchens attention immediately. he reviewed their high tech cameras (his words) and could not find any evidence that my windshield was cracked prior to entering the wash, however, Luke, their Directors of Operation, basically said they can refuse any repairs caused by their car wash if they dont feel liable and that was that!! Cameras showed no crack before and a crack when I pulled out, basically heaven forbid they are at fault for any damage to your vehicle because they determine what their fault means.

We finally found it! A car wash like the ones in Dallas. They did a great job, my car was clean, my tires looked great and I have a 7 day guarantee on my wash all for $16. Very pleased and they have a detailing service too!

My family goes to this car wash all the time and have never had any complaints but when I went for myself recently it was freezing and while I was happy to see you still open, I was upset to see young people outside in the cold. I chose not to get my car serviced because I felt horrible knowing these people were stuck outside in the freezing cold waiting to clean vehicles. I would hope they are allowed to stay warm inside or provided means to do so while outside? It seems beyond inhumane to do this to your employees. Is there not some law against it? Maybe I am wrong and they are allowed warmth but I would feel better knowing they aren’t forced to freeze all day over a wash. Would love to use your place but not at the harm to others...

Best car wash in tulsa for value. For 13 bux you get an upgraded wash, a hand dry and your tires shined! Theres other decent washes around that are 12 dollars but no hand dry or tire shine. And that right there is the most important part to a car wash. So totally worth one dollar more. And they pre-wash most of it too! So ya just best quality for your money in town...oh ANND with buying the $13 wash u get to come back within 7 days and run it back through again for free!! Its just a basic wash but still thats awesome!

I drove up to this car wash for the first time today. The car wash facilities typically rinse down first then they will use a brush to go over the car and take the dirt off and then rinse it before they do a final car wash. So I asked attendant if they would mind rinsing it and washing it with a brush first. He said yes, so I bought the $6 ticket drove up to the front of the car wash where I was motioned to drive in by the other attendant The manager came out and said we only wash the car, not rinse it... I said my car has been sitting with dirt on it in the garage after we had the ice storm. I would like to have a quick rinse off to prevent grinding dirt into paint and then scrubbed with a brush. Its not like I requested a hand wash, just the basics.He said I didnt pay for that service and proceeded to be rude to me, so I asked for a refund and he told me that no other carwash does it that way. When I worked for Porsche, I was professionally trained and eventually ran the detail dept. We were trained to never wash a car without a good rinse to prevent scratching.DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, by the way there are a lot of very clean shops with better customer service skills in the area... Went to the car wash on 111th & Memorial which was just a block away and they prewash the entire car, scrub the whole car and they have a special $3.00 Off any carwash which is half of what this one charges!PS. I have been in the auto industry for over 35 years. Drew is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met, the sad part is he said he owns the place!

People were extremely nice, however that didnt make up for the wash. I bought the most expensive one, there was barely any tireshine on the wheels, all over my rims however. Under Carriage spray almost seems like it didnt even go off. Truck in front of me had trash blow all over from the truck bed when it hit the fans. Used to be Zudz and I used to go there all the time, seems like an ownership change possibly? However not worth the money I paid for the wash.

I just left your car wash & although I gave $10 cash to the 2 young men that were wiping off my car requesting my tires be cleaned & shined. Besides being rude my tires are still caked with grim & mud & the shine was about half assed applied. I have always had excellent service before many times. But I am left to assume that sincew I am an older woman your establishment now discriminates & I find that very sad. So I will no longer come & put up with your rude,lazy staff. I just thought you might want to know so your reputation will not go down.

Lazy staff. The first guy that does prewash was just going through the motions... No value added. The 2 guys drying finished in 30 seconds and left lots of water. I got the wheel package and tipped $5 and asked them to really shine the chrome. Again, half-hearted, incomplete work.

I paid for the most expensive wash and my car was still dirty afterwards. There was a bunch of bugs still on my windshield and front end and they left soap residue from not drying the car good enough. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but come on.

I have had to edit my review. This place has went down hill fast. The kid managed to scratch my brand new 2019 Nissan Armada Platinum with the dang broom thing they use in the first step of washing. He kept banging it off of the car and absolutely not caring at all. They then dried and sent us on our way we pulled over to lowes and theres a huge scratch down the side of our Brand new car that wasnt there before he clanged his broom washer into the side of it. The most expensive was still left dirt and soap all over.Theyve improved the rinse cycles so it gets all the soap off now, and the wheels and tires are looking much better when they come out!

Not a lot of good things to say.. I’ve given several chances. The manager is rude and hateful, he yells at the kids working for him and flirts with the underage girls that work there.I smelled a lot of cigarette smoke by the office.They always leave spots on my car and don’t dry it very well at all.

BUYER BEWARE! I took my three day old brand new car to this car wash, and the car wash scratched my car all down the sides, on the hood, and my side mirrors. While Dru was kind and offered to buff out what he could, the director of operations refused to accept responsibility (which seems to be a trend based on the BBBs website). The dealership has offered to fix the scratches, but I have an out of pocket expense for some of it on a NEW CAR. Its unfortunate Dru has to work for a company that does not care about their customers.

Wash is sub-standard at best. Never gets the wheels or under carriage good enough.

Just came from the car wash,was disapointed for the third time in a row,the it took the boy about 10 seconds to wipe down the car, i stopped to vacuum and had to wipe the car completely myself, water everywhere.there seems to be no supervision and i dont think anyone cares how your car looks.if you are not going to wipe the car down dont include it in the price.no one expects it to be perfect but at least try.
