We brought him an idea of what we wanted and he helped us customize it with ideas we hadnt thought of. Very patient and professional. During the build he checked on the project every day and took care of most issues before we even knew about them. All work was done on time and with little stress. When we wanted some changes, he was right there and got them done before we knew it. The quality put into the house was fantastic. Our new home turned out even better than we had hoped for. His allowances were more than enough so we had no surprises or unexpected costs. Great experience!

Our journey with Josh began over Skype, as we used to live out of state. We were introduced to he as a builder from a mutual friend. We knew that his company was a newer construction business in Bismarck, however, we also knew that he had a extensive background in construction prior to starting his own business. So in a sense it was a leap of faith for us, but it was one of the best leaps that we could have made. Josh spent the better part of a year helping us design and draw up our home to the requirements that we wanted. He worked with us, sometimes on a daily basis, over long distance communication to ensure that everything was in order. Then began our building process in July of 2013. Our project took 14 months to complete, but Josh made this process easy. Each week we knew what was going to take place with the house. If there was something we needed to do or pick out for the house, Josh ensured that we knew well in advance and had time to choose each item carefully. I guess we always thought and heard that building a custom is very stressful, however, we didn’t feel that way at all. We love our house and truly enjoyed the entire planning and building process, which are two things custom homeowners rarely express in the same sentence. Josh was very patient with us as clients; he was great about dealing with the inevitable follow-up issues; and at the end of this whole process we view him warmly as a friend. Not all clients would be able to say that about their builder.We can’t say enough nice things about Josh and his company.
