I have been going to Oswald for several years now for mechanical work. I feel real comfortable with them telling me the truth. Last 2 times have been very pleased in them finding out the problems I have had on mine and my daughters vehicle. They did one job on my vehicle that was nearly $400 dollars lower than a dealership. Just saying for those who think they are expensive, you get quality work and its not as expensive as you think if you check around. Oswald Brother Repair is the place to go.

Friendly, fast and great customer service. Had my radiator replaced and my brakes and rotors and they got me in last minute and had it done within two days. Very reasonable prices too

I would recommend taking your vehicle to Oswald Brothers. They were kind, respectful and honest. I have very limited knowledge of cars and engines, but they were able to explain my cars problem clearly and multiple recommendations to fix it. When they finished, they stuck with the original price they estimated. Ill definitely go back next time my car needs a checkup!

First time taking my car in and I’m very happy with the job they did. Quick turn around on fixing my car and very reasonably priced. Staff was very pleasant. Will definitely return if further repairs are needed.

I came in with a very expensive potential problem with my acadia. Even though I expressed what I thought was the problem, which wouldve been around 3 to 6 Grand to fix; I left with a bill of $145 and my car running great. So thankful for their honesty. Terry Oswald even accepted a hug from me!! And I cannot say enough for the office manager, Heather, who kept me calm throughout the wait of the news! Highly Recommend!!

Ive used Oswald Brothers multiple times for different vehicles at the recommendation of a friend, whos also a longtime customer of theirs. Each time Ive brought my vehicle in, I was quoted a fair and reasonable amount, which they stuck to. The work is done in a timely manner, done well, and Im always treated kindly by the staff. Even though Im a bit of a DIYer, I have no problem going to them when Im short on time or in over my head because Im confident Ill have a positive experience. This might sound like a paid review but you can rest assured that Im just a happy, satisfied customer!

I have gone to Oswald for about 16 years for most of my automotive needs. They have always been a cut above the rest and by that I mean honest. They will always tell you what the cost will be before hand and try to get your vehicle back to you ASAP. Their Courtesy Van will take you home or to work while your vehicle is being worked on. I highly recommend them to family, friends, and the public. This is a fine local establishment that cant be beat!

Good work but not great at communicating when theres a delay.

Be prepared to be charged above and beyond the repair you actually came there for.Hopefully they didn’t do anything else to make us return.Can you say...Dateline Auto Repair shop scams?This was the first and last time using this repair shop.The price was $200 over the quoted price because they did more services to the vehicle then what was asked of them.

I have never had a problem when going here, one of the only places I will call or go. Family goes here too. Love it.

Great people working here. They were very friendly, found my vehicles problem promptly & fixed it the same day.

I put this off for to long, we took our car there for a HUGE ($998.00) fix for it to break three weeks later costing another few hundred ($350.00) prior to the second fix i called for an appt left the car there the night before (they have no key drop box btw) my car was to be started at 8am however i called at 11am and they had no clue it was even there (i mentioned that the heat wasnt working along with the bucking issue i felt that maybe they would check that too) the front desk lady lacks customer services and professionalism, once i had called they promptly started on my car, when it was done they called my husband to come pay and pick up, after he paid they mentioned a small antifreeze leak but in no way offered to fix it or explain it, of course a three weeks later i have no heat at all and we think its the thermostat so my husband replaces that and finds the small leak in the process, instead of returning we order the part and wait for it to arrive once it arrives he quickly fixes it and then suddenly theres a fuse issue with the ABS( the car keeps beeping saying ABS issue, airbag issue) here he finds out SOMEONE one removed the fuse and the fuse contacts. Thats some dirty business tactics.
