We needed a replacement part for my car, and Carson went out of his way to show me a few options so I got the best value for my buck.

I needed a small part for my vehicle and the parts stores did not have it. It was suggested I go to the dealership and have it special ordered. I went to CK Auto and they had the part for me. The guys there were very helpful and came through for me. 👍👍👍

I drove from Iowa to get a low mile front axle for my truck. Friendly service and enjoyed the staff. Long drive, but well worth the trip.

I called CK Auto about getting a used headlight assembly. They had one in stock, but it wasnt the best quality front lens, so I couldnt use it.What I really needed from the headlight assembly was the wiring harness itself due to mine being fried. Rather then selling me the entire assembly, they were able to get me only the wiring harness for a great price!If you are specific to what you need, they will do their best to work with you on getting that part if it is available! Will definitely check with them before I go anywhere else for new or used parts.

Ck Auto made me extremely happy and relieved, to have my drivers side mirror fixed, in an efficient and timely manner. I keep going back to them, because over the years, they have repaired most of my familys car problems, satisfactorily and economically.

CK Auto was incredible with the purchase of our Murano. The vehicle had an issue with the steering a few weeks after we bought it. We were quoted $2900 to have it fixed at the Nissan dealership. I let CK Auto know of the issue, and without hesitation he told me to bring it to them, and that they would fix it. They gave us a loaner and within a couple of days it was fixed. I will definitely let them know the next time we are buying a vehicle.

They can help you with used parts for models from 2000 and newer.I would like to thank them for helping me find a motor mount for my 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, so before you go to the auto parts stores need to checkout CK Auto first. The price for a new motor mount at OReillys 60 bucks the price for the motor mount at CK Auto 20 bucks.

Need a part for my 2007 Monte Carlo. Neither Chevrolet dealership in town had what I needed and it would be 4 business days to get it in. CK had the part I needed and the price was great. Everyone I talked to was friendly.

If I could give a zero I would. The man that helped me (I think his name was mike or mark). Was so rude to me. How can you run a business with people like that working there. I needed a part but then came to the conclusion that I wouldn’t be buying it. I only used up about 3 minutes of his time but he seemed to think that that was too much and told me to not come there and waste his time and ended on my dad when he tried consulting with him. I will never be going back there I am beyond livid.

You wanna buy a car from CK auto, go ahead. Just be aware that CK Auto sells only salvage vehicles because they are a salvage yard. The damage could be anything, from light hail damage to a collision, but before they can sell a vehicle it has to be inspected. I bought my Jeep there, and it has a few quirks for a car that was totaled from hail damage. When I purchased it the engine compartment was packed with snow. When filling the gas tank you have to turn the gas nozzle 90 degrees to the right in order to get it into the tube. The car was originally inspected by a business with an expired license, so after getting almost all the way through the licensing and registration - having taken time off on a work day - I had to go back and insist on an inspection I could use. Fortunately they knew a guy, and sent me across town to get a good inspection.On the other hand, I like my car. Its not perfect, and Im not sure it was worth as much as I paid but I probably didnt overpay by too much.

They went above and beyond to repair our vehicle. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they had it done much sooner than I anticipated.

Do NoT buy a vehicle from this “scam operation” I bought a BMW, and they gave me a inspection from 2012. Then they tell me they would Fedex a inspection sheet, at no charge. I’ve been waiting for weeks. I’ve had my vehicle for over two months and am unable to get it registered. Technically I shouldn’t drive it. The tires were all dry rotted, so replaced that. The battery was dead so as soon as I made the drive back to Minot the car wouldn’t start until that was replaced. To boot the gentleman there is extremely rude when I call to discuss these problems.

I needed a turbo for a Cruze they had 3 listed for sale so I ordered one and they said i should have it in 2 days. Well 3 days later they call me and tell me they dont have one which is the day we were going to put it on..... I relied on them and they let me down, screwed up our schedule, & made my customer extremely upset.

They want new or rebuilt prices for salvaged parts. Better off buying new parts than the junk these clowns are selling.

I came in for a horn for an old car and I didnt want to spend much for it. They found the right horn for me and they only charged me $5.00. A replacement on Amazon was around $40.00 for a generic replacement. I cant imagine what a dealership would have charged. Thanks!

Very rude an unprofessional, was gonna buy a truck cash money and they lost the deal all bc they were to rude to get to that part of the conversation and didn’t have time for me.

Extremely overpriced on salvaged parts, asking for $400 over what a re-manufactured transmission would cost for a salvaged one. Plus a $400 dollar core charge. If Im paying $1650 for a transmission its going to be new.
