Living here has been an awesome experience. The Management is very understanding and always willing and going the mile to make sure everyone is where they want to be both in the place and with you Especially Tess Wolf I went in the office due to a Struggling Situation feeling terrible and lost Then I came out knowing Im not alone and feeling even more welcomed than I could have ever hoped. The grounds keeping is very thorough I never seen any kind trash or even unkempt grass and winter is no exception to this Standard Either. Highly Recommend

My wife and I are on our third year with Belcastle apartments. We have had a great relationship with this team. The grounds and the apartments are kept up to the highest standards, one thing is for sure, our experience here has been very pleasant and rest assured the team here has been very responsive to any issues or requests we have made, and have taken care of each and every one in fact I would have to say they have gone above and beyond.

Belcastle management is GREAT to work with. The apartments are great quality at a reasonable price. Any problems or issues are addressed nearly immediately and they are just a phone call away, whether it be a maintenance issue or other sort of issue. The pool is a great plus as well as the work out room. Best management company Ive rented with hands down!

When something wrong or needs to be fixed they are right there wouderful staff

When I relocated to Bismarck from Austin I spent several weeks researching condos and apartment buildings. After viewing the Boulder Apartments unit in person, I decided to look no further. Im pleased with the decision. The building is new and clean, with everything I need and nothing I dont need. The floor plan suits me. A work order to replace smoke alarm batteries was taken care of right away. I feel comfortable and safe here.

Have been great to rent from! Any issues or maintenance orders that I have called in have been resolved quickly. They accommodate when able and listen genuinely to our concerns. Security and safety of the building is great and underground parking is also nice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!

I had not lived in Belcastle for many years but I had accidentally sent an Old Navy order to my old Belcastle address. I worked with Neil and he was very helpful and supportive with getting the packages and letting me know when they were available for pick up, all at 3 different times! Thanks Neil!

They are a great company and their buildings are nice and well maintained. Every time Ive needed anything they are there to help as much as they can and always very friendly to work with. If youre looking to rent, I would recommend renting from them.

Great place to rent from! The maintenance requests I have called in have always been fixed within a timely manner. The pool is an awesome amenity, and being a pet friendly building is great too. Overall its pretty quiet also.

Easily the best rental/living experience I have ever had. Great staff from management to maintenance. Theyve been consistently helpful and genuine. Even with the few, minor issues had, I felt that BelCastle went above and beyond to take care of the apartment (which is taking care of the renters). The professionalism and care surpassed all of my expectations. I very much appreciate this place and all the people who run it! Thank you!

I have lived at Boulder Apartments for 4 years and we have never once had anything but amazing service from Belcastle. They have always been available and prompt. I am sad to leave, but I would be lucky to get an apartment management that is half as good in Oregon!

I have enjoyed living in these apartments. The management staff are friendly, as are the neighbors. I hardly hear my neighbors above or below me. The dog park onsite is a plus, as is the fitness center, pool and yoga studio.

Horrible. Just horrible. Thin walls. Can literally here the neighbors screaming at each other, peeing and pass gas. The nosiest residents who won’t kept. Management refuses to acknowledge any complaints. Halls always dirty. No communication between staff so every one is always out of the loop. Staff is never available for help. Never renting from them again. And will be sharing experiences to friends and family looking to rent.

Good company to rent from. Apartment itself is very quiet! Quick response to any maintenance needs.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Let me just start by saying that the management at the facility we stayed at (Citadel) is very friendly and accommodating. However, If I had to option to leave zero stars, I would!! We rented a furnished 2 bedroom unit paying over $1800/mo.If you have pets, this is the place for you. If you don’t, I would recommend somewhere else. As soon as you walk into the door of your building, you are welcomed with the stench of wet dog. The entry way to my building (I can’t speak of all of them because I only ever visited mine) was always dirty and it was maybe cleaned once a month, if that.The ceiling is SUPER thin. Thankfully we were on the top floor, but you can definitely hear EVERYTHING from the person above you.The pool is nice but the workout room is about the size of your bathroom. Super small and HOT! No AC so you just have to rely on the fans to cool you down (we stayed here in the summer).I wasn’t going to leave any review at all until I received my security deposit back, minus $159.50 for a “cleaning fee”. Now, this may not come as a shock to some, HOWEVER, there is NOTHING in the lease agreement stating that there is a mandatory cleaning fee that is assessed REGARDLESS of how the apartment is left. A month before our lease Ended, they provided me with a 3 page sheet outlining everything that MUST be done before we moved out. So I did EVERY. SINGLE. THING. on the list. Cleaned the apartment from top to bottom. When we went in for our final inspection and to turn our keys in, the cleaning staff showed up. But why? Why would the housekeepers even need to be there BEFORE management inspected the apartment??? They didn’t. Yet they “cleaned” anyways. And we were charged for 4.5 hours of “labor”. I called management and they passed it along to the owner, who chose to NOT issue any sort of refund for their mistake. Trust me when I say, you are BETTER OFF somewhere else!!! Especially if you’re looking for a furnished unit.
