Man, oh, man, this young lady at Enterprise by the name of Brasia is the BEST. She went out of her way to help in every way possible, was so, so nice. I spoke with her several times and each time was so helpful and cooperative. She was just as nice when I was in the store renting the truck and when turning it in. She is a definite asset to Enterprise. GIVE HER A RAISE!! Wish everybody at every business was as good.

RESERVEVED A CARGO VAN ONLINE LAST WEEK AND GOT A CALL DAY BEFORE SAYING ITS NOT AVAILABLE, SO RESERVED AGAIN FOR THE NEXT WEEKEND AND GOT A CALL AGAIN LAST MIN SAYING ITS NOT AVAILABLE.I WONT RECOMMEND ENTERPRISE TO ANYONE, I DONT KNOW HOW ARE THEY OPERATING THIS BUSINESS.

Be careful when you reserve a truck, the website will confirm the booking but you will get call the day before your reservation that nothing is available.I wont recommend any family or friends to do business with them.

I only rent from the Enterprise Truck Rental in Birmingham a few times per year. However, they know me by name and the customer service is always at the platinum level. Great team and leadership.

Shanden Martin did an outstanding job for me. I had reserved a larger truck than I needed. We discussed what I was needing to move and he recommended a larger Ford van that was perfect and cost less. He got us on our way then checked us back in that afternoon. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Took over 2 hours sitting, waiting on them to finish my truck reservation, why me! Please let us know why a rental take so long and truck on lot. I felt like someone doesnt want me to rent the truck or somebody lazy as huh, really if you are not going to work, virus or no virus dont hold me up from my job let me know so I can go.

Cedrick helped me with the cargo van rental and return. He was such a friendly, helpful, positive guy. (The whole office staff was great, too!) The van was perfect! It was so much easier to drive than a box truck, and I was grateful that the price wasnt much more than a one-way rental. Thanks for making everything easy! Highly recommend!!!

Ive rented trucks from every place in the BHam metro area, and this is the only place I rent from. Everyone there is professional and courteous. Cedric goes above and beyond and always takes care of whatever I need(Lil Ced too!). If you need to rent pretty much any kind of truck or van, this is the place.

These guys over Enterprise truck rental were great they found us a F250 with a supercharger as requested and they were super courteous as well as helpful.

Had a reservation for a moving truck. The night before, at their closing time, got a call that UPS needs all their trucks, so they are not honoring our reservation. We called at 7 AM when they opened to see if someone could make it right, and the manager took responsibility, saying it’s corporate policy. While I appreciate the responsibility, that’s a horrible policy.
