Awesome service! The ladies here have been extremely helpful. We were there since the scheduled store was closed without noticing us. I called this store for help. And the lady here took care everything for me in this last minute situation. Way to go, girls!

We sent one of our employees to pick up a cargo Van, there was a delay in out Florida U-Haul when making transactions for the other drivers in Florida, so it stopped the rental in AL at this location temporarily, nevertheless, the general general manager at this location told our employee to not waste her TIME WITH US......she wrongfully advised our employee to dismiss us, I have never had this experience with U-Haul. It took 20 minutes to resolve but she still had given that advise. Ridiculous!

Tl;dr I moved from Glen Iris to Hueytown in a few hours and paid $150 for a 15’ truck.Conflicting information from representatives, stressful environment, overpriced. Moving is already stressful, and having to deal with people who want to make things harder is a no-go. I don’t plan on using uhaul again after my experience at this location.Rented a truck from here on Saturday morning that was due back Sunday at a different location in ensley.The woman working Saturday morning was helpful, and suggested returning the truck back at the same location because it might be cheaper for us, depending on the mileage and our specific situation.We were done with the truck early, brought it back that night around 5 to a different uhaul rep (a man). While he was helping us, a different woman uhaul rep told us that we couldn’t return our truck to a different location than on our sheet because it would be more expensive, while the man smirked. Obviously I was confused. I was unable to contact the location that I was supposed to return the truck to (in ensley). When i told her the woman from the morning told us it would be cheaper and insisted she said “okay, charge him! Charge him!” I waited for a long time for her to direct the man in how to check my truck in, And eventually she went out to the vehicle and came back to show me $1,075 charge that would be applied If I returned the vehicle here. So After an hour and a half of run-around, intimidation, and waiting, I left to the place in ensley and returned my truck there, where no one was working (it was 6:20 pm) and left the keys in a box.

Whatever you do, do not hire top of the line moving and labor services to help you move. They do their business/evil through U-Haul and will damage your stuff when they move it. They will then follow that up by coming back to your property to destroy stuff. In my case, they broke into my car. Uhaul trucks are also terrible and mine overheated and killed my cat. I think its fair to say I hate U Haul.

Do not rent a storage unit from here. They place a security lock on the space you have rented. You may have to wait an hour for someone to come open your own space, to retiieve your own property. Rediculous

If there were more than 5 stars, Id give Ms. Shanita, the GM, that! Over the past week, I had a moving nightmare and the kind, understanding staff (including Ms. Nita) worked with me to accommodate my crazy needs. If not for them, I probably would have been seeking counseling following that move! God bless and Ill be back, if theyll have me!

Late opening up two hours late

Went down to get my propane tank filled and as soon as the clerk was free she jumped right on it. Even though she was pregnant she didnt hesitate. Id recommend them to anyone.

Approximately two weeks ago, Uhaul Fairgrounds hooked me up! The staff was knowledgeable and provided me with professional and friendly service while I waited. Now, my van is ready for hauling and much more.

Helpful and nice friendly staff and great price on propane.

Now this is the kind of customer service I desire when spending my money. Excellent job ladies I will come here from now for all my moving needs.Thank you!

We were 2 mins late we called to make sure it would be ok they said yes at 5:02 the door was locked the same last that just said she could wait till 5:20 evidently changed her mind standing at the register informed us she was going home and didnt have time. Would not recommend his place the customer service people on the phone were awesome but store location is horrible and are in need air training.

No stars would be accurate Worst staff ever was not greeted the fat trick supposed to be a store owner she’s the worst rep in the store talking to co workers instead of helping customers left out information about how my card would be charge then tried to charge my card again for a dolly that was supposed to be included in my total . Using her authority for ways to get over on customers I will never use this company again ! Also durning the return she hops in a Tahoe and pulls off with no information still .

The staff was super nice, and the facility was very clean.

Management is very cooperative in organization however the staff is no very public friendly in deal with matters that place the organization in a bad light.

Manager was very nice, in and out no problem.

The only u-haul place i can count on to have something at the last minute when im in a rush.
