Slappey Communication is doing a great job for us managing our internet services. They are always available and helpful when we have a problem. I have recommended they to others, as I know they do a good job.

Working with Slappey has been one of the best decisions Ive made in the past year. Most companies Ive worked with either dont service their own hardware (subcontract service out to a 3rd party) or have the expertise to make your phone work seamlessly with your other office technology. Slappey has been excellent as they service all of their own equipment. Plus, I now have a local person I can get on the phone rather than calling an 800 number and getting stuck in limbo.

Im 7 months into a contract with this company for BASIC phone and internet service and the system is down again today!!! So far the service has been down a minimum of once a month since we signed our agreement. Each time the service goes down its always the fault of AT&T or the equipment is faulty or some other excuse. To make matters worse EVERY time it goes down its down for hours!!Not once has there been any solutions offered until I started sending letters requesting to discontinue my service without penalty. And here we are again...service down and the technician has no answers for me.Do your business a favor....go anywhere else but this company for reliable phone and internet service...
