The only service in town that answered my call and they got to me very fast

Didnt get a cab just called to see how much they would charge me for a hours ride & he said $130.00 no way thats way to costly

Said they would be able to pick me up in 20 minutes but waited for over an hour. I missed 2 important appointments.

I was treated like family, Anthony is probably the nicest stranger I met! My first cab ride and he took my nervousness away immediately. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all set for my long 2+ hour trip and had every thing I needed for my hotel and flight! If you are a first time traveler Anthony will not let you down!

I spent the better part of 30 minutes trying to get through, only tobe told that since I wasnt requesting pick up at the airport, I couldnt be gotten to any time soon.

Anthony Im from out of state and me and my boyfriend broke down in a bad part of town. Anthony came early and took me where I needed to go. He was polite, held conversation to take my nervousness away. I would recommend him a thousand times!!! Thank u!

I did not ride in this companys cab but King Cab does not have a way to report a bad driver so this seems like the next best thing. Cab #502 is an extremely agressive driver. Was antagonized by him, saw him tail cars in front of me, and was in such a hurry he almost hit a car that was broken down. This happened on Oporto Madrid on 5/1/2020 at 12:45 pm.

Came into Birmingham at midnight. Just picked the next cab up at the airport and lucked out with King Cab. Nicest driver ever. I regret not getting his name, but he takes dispatch calls so Ill get it tomorrow when I call to go back to the airport. (And hopefully have time to stop by somewhete for soul food) Hes a family man, friendly and laid back. Highly recommended!

Worst drivers on the road. Thankfully this city has Uber and Lyft so you don’t have to use them

A few minutes ago I was on 3rd Ave. S, right towards coned off construction. I was to his right, and thought he was turning left, since there wasnt a road in 10 feet for him. He started drifting into my lane, almost hitting me. The passenger flipped me off when I honked and the driver was yelling. Not someone I would trust to drink me.

Not alot of experiance with cabs in the Birmingham area but I dont need anyone else.....James is a very nice driver and I wont use anybody else when I am in town.....triple A+ as far as I am concerned !!!!!

I was traveling thru and broke down Anthony came right to me and my children other taxis wouldnt come. Thank u so much King Taxi 😀😊

Cost to much

Pretty much a terrible experience from start to finish. I was scared for my life for half of the ride, the other half I was worrying about what germs and diseases might contract in the filthy back seat. Congratulations on your service for being the reason that I downloaded the Uber app.

Birmingham cab companies are terrible and unsafe. I would use either Uber or Lyft to get around town.

Awful. Car wouldnt start one morning and i needed a ride to keep me from being late to work, and i couldnt even get someone to answer.
