The review we received from Ms. Cammack, 8 month ago is incorrect. This was my first time ever preparing their returns. They came to my office, because of a 5 STAR rating on Google. Their review has now left a blemish on my business and vile remarks. We dont steal from anyone. Ive been preparing taxes over 25 years. Were honest and professional. I was never contacted by the customer, in reference to receiving an incorrect, Federal or State. I charge a fee for my services. The bank that I utilize also charges a fee, take out my preparer fees, and deposit the remaining fees in the customers account. There were two tax returns done, within the same household. Technically both of the returns shouldve been charged my standard fee. I only charged her less, to prepare her taxes, because of the amount she was receiving. I felt why charge her my standard rate and take her money. The other return State return was $179.00, less the $15.00 my bank charged for processing fees which equals $164.00. If you had called me. I couldve given you the amounts, you were suppose to receive. I gave youll the amounts you would receive on both returns, prior to leaving my office. You signed the documents and agreed to the terms of the charges. Ive been in this area for 13 years. I have no reason to steal. Youre welcome to contact Alabama Department Of Revenue, to ask them the amount of your refund. The State returns I prepared were never $300. Thank you.

Do not go here. This woman is greedy. She stole from us. She charged us one price and took another. The money went to her account first. For federal she charged 300 instead we was missing a extra hundred. Now weeks later state has hit and its short. We was supposed to recieve back 300 and my account only showing a 164. 05 deposit. The federal also had this ransom 5 cents. Im going to file a police report and turn her information in to the IRS .
