There was a slight mix up with our appointment and we were only minutes away when we received a call from the office attempting to cancel or reschedule our appointment. To our delight, Mark Cline, the Director of the company graciously helped us. He was kind and helped both my husband and I answer our questions. To make up for the confusion, he waived the fee. It was truly a God send because I resigned from my job so we could move here to be with family last November from California. And we are living on my husbands retirement. He assured us we were going to be fine. What a relief! We highly recommend this business to anyone with tax preparation and questions. A Roger Hartline from this business is also an affiliate of Dave Ramsey Solutions, another plus!

I went to Partners to get my return done for the second time on March 23rd of this year, (2021). I worked with Parker Hartline since Mark, the guy that prepared my 2020 return, evidently forgot that I had an appointment and was running way behind.Lots of time passes and I got a call from someone at Partners indicating that I was approching the adjusted deadline of May 15th. Obviously, something was bad wrong since it should have been filed on March 24th at the latest.They literally forgot to file my return which should have happened on March 23rd. So I went to their office and they knew what they had done but they tried to deceive me and led me to believe that my return had been filed when I had gone in in March of 2021.I was lied to while I am in the 3rd year of a divorce and can use every penny.If you like deception and lies, go on down to Partners tax service.

I learned of Partners Tax & Accounting from my father who has been filing there for years. When I asked him where I should go to file my taxes and get the most out of my money and time; he insisted that I check out Partners and I have been going ever since. I used to file at the Center point location but they recently moved to 5th Avenue South in Birmingham. Which, is way more convenient for me and my family because it has less traffic and has its own parking lot on the side of the building. The first person I met was the financial advisor, Roger, who showed me how to plan for short and long-term financial goals. All the preparers were knowledgeable and did things in a timely manner. The cost was fair and I was out of there and on my way home within the hour (considering I had a lot of taxable income). I would recommend Partners Tax & Accounting to anyone who is looking for a company they can trust and rely on every year.

Absolutely horrible experience. Charged us $300 told us they electronically filed our taxes. Come tax day (weeks later) they call us and say they can’t file electronically we have to file paper so they email us papers to sign and we email back. Done. 12 weeks later get a letter from IRS saying they don’t accept signatures that are copied or emailed so we had to refile (ourselves with no help from them). Now it’s been almost 9 months. Still no refund. Scott does not return our calls. My husband will be going asking for a refund of out $300 but still no idea where our $4400 refund is and they don’t seem to care at all. Go somewhere else!!!

My visit was everything I expected, having been there before, with Scott, Sonja, etc. Very efficient, courteous and spot-on.
