So a little over a year ago I had a liner put in by this company and this year it began to fall away from the wall so of course we called them to come back out and fix it, after several attempts to get them out they finally just showed up out the blue ( unscheduled) the work was done partially mind you( I was told to smooth out some area myself as if fills up). Lo and behold 2 weeks later I receive a bill, I was confused because there was no discussion of cost or that there would be a bill. A couple more weeks pass by I got busy so another invoice comes in, so I call them and ask to speak with an office manager no one was available so I left a message. Three weeks later on today I receive a call asking fro funds after I explain the situation I was told not to worry about the 250 but never to call them for anything else mind you I spent over $5000 with them last year including 1000 on a useless product they sold me on. Beware of this company!!!!!

Fantastic customer service!! I purchased a swim spa from them. They were extremely patient with my 1000 questions and extremely knowledgeable as they had all the answers and more! They delivered the spa ahead of schedule, did a wonderful job with the install and even recorded a maintenance video for my wife to show me as I was not at him when spa was installed. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend without ANY hesitation!!

Maybe if you are local to Bham you get better service, but from this end never again. Communication with this group is poor and unprofessional. Understanding there are significant supply chain issues within Masterspa, this group did nothing proactive and communicative with the end customer. Every bit of information had to be pulled from the local group with multiple phones calls to them. When we hit what was supposed to be the final week to delivery it turned into a huge cluster of nothing good. They, of course, blame Master Spa. The electrical run cost me an extra 2k due to their lack of forecasting and I have no way to recoup that loss.In the end I had to take a version that I didnt order without a feature I planned on, or wait until some random time in January when my unit may or may not show when this spa was supposed to be in place for the final two weeks of the year where I could enjoy it. (After a 25 week wait.) The person whos spa I will take possession of will get my version and not have to pay for the upgrade.I have requested time with the operations and sales leaders of Masterspa to discuss, well see if I get can get their time.Skip All Star and skip Masterspa, find an option that is more customer oriented.

I have always had the best service from Allstar, I always get my chemicals from them for our pool & spa. We had to order a new pump recently, no issues.

Great local business!I purchased a home with a pool and had a ton of questions. I went by and the lady working tested my water sample and so patiently answered all of my questions. She actually advised me not to buy anything yet and to go get some measurements and test the salt water chlorinator then come back. I’m used to people just trying to make a sale and it’s so refreshing to have had this experience knowing she wanted to do the right thing and not sell me stuff I wouldn’t need. I’ve only been in this location one time but I trust them 100% and am returning today to get everything I need as well as a new light. Thank you Allstar!
