I called today and spoke with Anna Emaldi and she was SO sweet and helpful. That is rare these days to find compassionate and knowledgeable assistance and I felt it was worth finding a way to highlight her good work!

They got an Amazing support and dedication in helping the Latino communities. I am very grateful that they have this type of organization. They have a great staff very respectful and professional.

A great service and great attention even though they open at 8:30 in the morning the person in charge of attending me offered to arrive at 7:30 since I do not have time after 8:00 I am glad that there are such nice people in these situations

After a misunderstanding with the Finance department, the people in charge, they called me, they apologized, they answered the questions that I needed to be answered, we came to a good term, so they had an open mind to solve a conflict in a wayVery respectful and polite, which I really like, since that shows that there is human warmth and not like me wrongly because of the misunderstanding I thought! Trying to understand the other without arrogance was what made me understand that they are open to dialogue and that if a person has any complaint or claim they can communicate with them directly, from this small situation we all learned so I feel satisfied, they managed to change my perception without forcing so that says a lot of good things about the type of human resources management that they have. Thank you and I hope that your work continues for many years to improve every day.
