I was in and out in 30 not bad time for the place considering.

Bad consumer service

Fast service and very helpful. I was diagnosed with a very aggressive breast cancer in December, the following week I went and applied for Medicaid and next thing I know I had full coverage which covers everything, well wait I still have a very very low copay but i thank God for this blessing because prior to my diagnosis I was unable to work, lost my medical benefits and much more. Medicaid is a blessing to those in need.

So very helpful. Staff are awesome and, professional. I absolutely admire the patience these employees have. Thank you all for your service.

This office is not open for service but every agency is still sending ppl to this site for some reason they are not on one accord with each other and usually its not a problem but since last week I was informed about Mr. HOOD not being Employed at the site anymore which means ppl net benefits isnt being paid on the correct time limit and that is really a bad situation for me and Im sure for others as well when were driving daily to the clinic?

While finding the actual storefront was a little challenging ..the lady that helped me was very nice and super helpful ..

The office was empty... So no wait. Was not told I needed a social security card for Id instead of drivers license... So add another 1.5 hours to this chore... Back and got letter within 5 minutes.

If i could give a zero star i would. My case worker Mr. Hood will not call me back or answer my phone calls its been a week. But they dont care as long as there getting THEIR CHECK they could careless. Im making moves now to get them out of there. Ive been calling and emailing and talking to supervisors and thd main office in montgomery. If they would do there job we wouldnt have to go through this.

Staff is rude and have nasty attitude, especially the case workers. I hate that I have to work with these kind of people.
