Inspector had to put 4 new bait stations in b/c the other ones were covered up. He explained to us all that he did and was very thorough and easy to talk with. We are pleased with today’s service.

Just started so I can’t speak to results yet. But I was pleased with the service options and price. Clay was the sales rep and he was fantastic, informative, patient, very good to work with. I’ll add that 5th star if the weed control and grass treatment works in the spring.

Ok, I’m going to admit I’m man with a chauvinistic disposition. We’re new to the “Wayne’s world.” This was our 1st quarterly pest treatment after we had recently moved. I was surprised to open the door and see a Mandy. Instinctively I wondered will she really do as good of a job, and be as knowledgeable, as a man?? Within 15 seconds my preconceptions were gone. Her knowledge and expertise of a gnat problem we were having was unbelievable. Plus, she explained everything else she was doing and did more than I expected. A company is only as good as the employees they hire and so far Wayne’s has surpassed my expectations. Thank you Mandy, and all of the Wayne’s Termite & Pest division’s folks, both sales and office, for caring so much about the company you represent!

We have used Wayne’s for over 25 years for pest control service. And we have used their termite bond service for more than 10 years. The mosquito service is fairly new to us. Since using them for mosquito control, we are able to enjoy the outdoors again! I found their bundle pricing to be much more reasonable than competitive services. And I really appreciate that I receive a text the day prior to service to be certain that it does not interfere with grandkids playing outdoors. Their customer service is top notch!😊

I use this service on a quarterly basis. I am usually not at home, but they are faithful to come each time and spray the outside. Last week, however, I called the office 2 times to request they come for indoor service, and I never got a call back after I had left a message. Mason, bless him, happen to come for his quarterly inspection, and he had no idea that I had requested a call back. Thankfully, I was home to have him come inside. Company too big now? Doesnt make me happy that they didnt respond to me!

I have been calling Wayne’s for 3months (every other monday AM) to cancel your service. I call, leave a message, per your instructions and have yet to get a call from anyone. I will no longer pay my bill until I hear from someone at Waynes. OR you can continue to spray my yard for free , this is probably what your fee should be anyhow seeing that my lawn looks no better today than the day I agreed to deal with you shysters. Our friends have asked us how did we fix our lawn and weve referred them to Waynes. My family and I are very satisfied with the service our lawn gets. Waynes also communicates through emails, text messages and leaving a postcard to say theyve stopped by to treat our lawn and leaving recommendations on what to do after its treated.

Chayse is the best! Calls on his way, and gets all the porches and exteriors clean and sprays all the exterior places where bugs “might” be an issue. We don’t have any issues due to your great service! Thank you as always!!!

This is the first treatment at our new home. We used Waynes service at our old home and they always did a great job.

All technicians and phone/office staff I have dealt with are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and cheerful. We get quarterly pest control and never have issues with insects or other pests. We also get our termite service with Waynes and have never had a problem with termites. Had termite inspection today and couldnt ask for better service or more professional and friendly technician.

This company has very little knowledge about bed bugs. Do not use them its just a wasted 800 bucks.. My neighbors had an infestation of bed bugs and they migrated to my apartment. The exterminator told me thats not how bed bugs spread and I was wrong.. I let treat my apartment thinking I was wrong,but I wasnt wrong. Anyways the bed bugs keep reoccurring because of the neighbors apartment and it pretty frustrated that I was was given the wrong information about something they get paid to treat . They have very little knowledge about bed bugs. They only treated my place one and said the problem was fixed that was false.

The website was easy to Google. It took a little work trying to pay bill. I wish I could look up account by name or address or account no. Overall it was ok but not as easy to navigate as some payment sites.

Love this company. Anytime I call, they have the best customer service and very professional. Our technician Mr. David, is the absolute BEST. They have serviced our home for many years and are always there when we need them! I would recommend them to anyone!

Stay away from these guys. After 14 years with them they required me to either pay $1,500 to continue my bond or switch to Sentricon and pay nearly 50% more every year. I agreed to schedule an install of Sentricon, but a month later their installer comes to my home unannounced and unscheduled while no one was there to let him in. He attempts to break into my yard at a locked gate so my security cameras alerted me of the attempted break in. After calling the sales guy to complain the “supervisor” called me and had no idea why I would be upset about the intrusion and gate damage. I no longer use these unprofessional clowns and I highly recommend finding a more reputable company.

No call was received from Wayne’s. This is the 3rd year of service and for the first time someone was sent out in general without a call requesting service and additionally someone came out with no warning. My contract is from August to August but showed up in June. How do you know that your customer is able to afford to the service call if you don’t reach out to your customer with a courtesy call that you are even coming out?

After being with another company for over 20 years, their services begin to fail me. I decided to look for another company that would reach my expectations and that was Wayne. They are professionals who don’t mind having a conversation about your lawn care and they even give you their name and contact number if you need assistance later. There’s no need to call customer service. I like that and plus, my lawn is getting back to looking like I want it to look again.

Wayne’s Pest Control serviced my home today. Mr. Sam showed up to my house and discussed what sissies we have been having. He was nice and courteous, he discussed the best options for my house and pest prevention. I was highly impressed! He defiantly made me a Wayne’s customer for life!

We have used Wayne’s for several years. They did our pest control, mosquito control and shrub and bush treatment. We had a problem with ant inside the house develop a few days after the pest control treatment. We called and they came back out after about two weeks. We still have the ant problem with no noticeable reduction. About a week after they did the shrub and bush treatment, one of the lilac bushes is looking half dead. This happened once before, so we have cancelled all services with them. The supervisor I spoke with simply said he was sorry.

We pay Waynes $46.50 a month to take care of our shrubs in our flower beds. Not sure what services this provides being that our shrubs are diseased and dying. Waynes doesn’t trim them or weed our beds. The sole purpose of this surface was to take care of our shrubs and they haven’t

Wayne’s Lawn Care Service has serviced by lawn for several years. The technician is very punctual and knowledgeable about the chemicals he treat my lawn with. I never see any weeds and my Bermuda grass is just as beautiful in dormant season as it is the spring and summer.

My yard still has plenty of weeds and clover patches after years of using their service. Ive called about this numerous times and they do come out and spray (I guess) but the weeds persist. I follow their instructions to a T and water it when Im supposed to. Dont get me wrong, my yard still looks good but my neighbors yards look much better and I believe they use Tru-Green. They dont have hardly any weeds in their yards. Waynes did get my lawn looking good after we bought the house. It looked like it had been neglected for a while. But the weeds...the weeds!!!!

Weve never used this company or had a Termite contract with them, then out of the blue we started getting bill for a house we lived in over 5 years ago!!! Ive called the company and theyve said everything is taken care of, however I STILL get bills from them. This has been going on for months!! Very difficult to get anyone on the phone, it just goes to voicemail and never a call back.

We had a problem with bugs in our house for a year until we started using Wayne’s quarterly. Now, no problem.

Called Wayne’s out to our house late last year due to a mice problem. I purchase a contract for pest and lawn care at that time. They have treated my yard several times, but no pest control service. Mice issues have worsened so called Wayne’s to find out when they will be out to treat for mice. Got the runaround. They said they tried calling but no answer to schedule. We haven’t had any problems with the lawn service contacting us. I guess I have learned a big lesson paying for the service contract up front

They put many Sentricons around my house, which is fine. However, when they come out for annual checkups, they made all new Sentricons. As a result, many of them are on my lawn here and there. They eventually caused moss problems around Sentricons and lowered my lawn so that I need to do leveling work. When I called to cancel the contract, the service person was unkind and angry. I dont think that they really care about customers. I was told that they were a great company with professional service. It seems that now they lost their hearts.
