Very nice and helpful staff. They even fill your own balloons with their helium which was a plus for me.

I experienced more than10 min waiting in the line for check out ,none of the other cashiers came to help me. The lady at the register said all other registers were closed before store closing time.

They were putting stock out... so I had a few items to choose from!

Everything went well except for pick up. Waited about 5 minutes with no one in store, right in front of where u pick up balloons, while someone did some random work around. I finally had to ask if they could help, then the light bulb went off.

Horrible customer service every time I go! I wanted 5 beach ball balloons and they said they were out even though it says available online and there was a bouquet of balloons already made up on display that were deflating some bc they hve been sitting there forever & they wldnt sell the beach ball balloons to me! 😡😡 Someone needs to open a store similar to PC so I can get balloons and supplies elsewhere.

Great variety for almost any party theme. More balloon choices than anywhere Ive seen. Employees were helpful and friendly.

Looking for something specific but did not find. Several isles were cluttered with merchandise to be put out. Bathroom was filthy. Employees were not overly friendly but nice.

Meh....half the time they dont have what youre looking for and the staff is not great and doesnt seem to know anything. I order from Amazon and go here for last min stuff. I do get balloons for parties here and they always have them ready on time.

They have about anything party related that you can think of nice staff and a lot to choose from @ a lot of different price ranges

Great helpful staff and management

If you love to party, then this is the store for you! They have streamers, balloons, and costumes that will BLOW YOUR MIND.Too bad the staff were pretty rude and lazy the couple of times that I have been here. Never knew that having a balloon filled with helium could be such a huge ordeal. They need a behind the counter sign that reads pick out the balloons you want and wait 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge your existence.

Nice people, helped me find what I was looking for

Went to have Banner made. The printer started printing the color we wanted which was gold. The printer stopped. She put new yellow ink cartridge. It started to printing green. They could not resolve problem. I️ ask for another party city. They said there was one on hwy 280. I️ went and found out they did not have a printer to make banners. The location l left was the only one that could make one. I️ did unnecessary driving. Went back to the original place the next morning and had them call tech support to resolve printer issue. Party City has problems. Your doing business because there no other. Sorry.

Management team & their employees were very helpful in assisting me with what I needed for my Mardi Gras themed party.

I had difficulty locating things because they were out of place and I couldn’t locate anyone for assistance. I chose candles for a (50th) birthday party. There were only three packs and they were all broken and all the packages of (50th) suckers were melted.
