Great service and a beautiful birthday sign at a reasonable price. We got so many compliments and many people now asking who we used. The sign was promised by 11am on my husbands birthday, but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was up by 9am. It was left up for a full 24 hours before they returned to take it down. Highly recommend!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Worst experience ever and didnt even get the opportunity to have an experience! My fiancé and I had a SCHEDULED appointment a few months ago on a Saturday that was confirmed three times- via phone and twice by email. Arrived that Saturday- no one was there. Had to go through Facebook to reach out to someone who immediately responded they were having car issues- she asked for my number so she could call me. We waited about 40 minutes- no call! We left. She called about 5 minutes after we left and stated Im here now. Are you kidding me!?! I informed her our time was valuable and we already waite4d on her and she never called. I stated I would reach out to Nesa which is the owner. Nesa actually called me and was very nice, understanding, and extended me her personal services should we decide to give them a chance again. Today I decided I would do so. I messaged Nesa at the number she provided and didnt hear back, so I decided to call the office number. BIG MISTAKE. Ms. Ray answered and I informed her Nesa provided me with her number due to our prior experience and I left her message earlier this morning but hadnt heard back, wanted to know if she was at the office..she cut me off and said we schedule those through the office (didnt I just say she gave me her number so I can call her personally?) I said ok, we wanted to know if she had anytime this Saturday or...(cutoff again)... Oh no, we dont do consults on Saturdays....I understand what youre saying but she told me she would personally..(CUTOFF AGAIN) Maam we dont do consults on Saturdays because we have weddings.. were booked until October......ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!! At this point I said ok thank you and hung up. But what I want to say is THIS IS WHY ITS HARD TO SUPPORT YOUR OWN! When you have unprofessional, no couth people, full of excuses instead fulfillment, it will be your business downfall time and time again! Had she LISTENED to what I stated, she would have taken my name and number and reached out to Nesa and relayed my message. Even if she wasnt available Saturday, given our prior issue and time being wasted, putting forth the effort would have been great. BUT AGAIN, people wonder why we dont support our own people.

You can find everything and anything for an event that youre hosting.We rented everything from chairs, tents (with lights), barrels, barware, napkins and more. The tents truly created a cozy and intimate atmosphere during the wedding- and it gave us peace of mind. Everything is easy- tent set up is fast and efficient. The staff are competent and friendly. After the wedding, all things were collected. We didnt even have to wash any dishes!Truly is a gem. Would definitely recommend if hosting any event.. theyll have what youre looking for and at a reasonable price.

Luxe Decore Event Rentals & Designs did ALL of my decorations and supplies. From table clothes to votives to dishes, lights, drapes and chairs. Everything was GORGEOUS. Their in house event coordinator took care of setting up the timeline of the day of and set me up with my caterer, dj, photographer and all the help to clean up. She even pronounced us husband and wife! My coworkers and boss were so impressed that we decided to rent out tents and bounce castles for our rodeo and have done so for the past couple years. Completely awful!!!!!! I made a consultation through the website and received a confirmation of the date and time I needed from Neysa. My mom and I drove an hour and a half away just her the store to be closed!!!! Completely unorganized!!!!!! I left a voicemail and messaged them on Facebook. Five hours later, Mary called back she told me she did not even know I was on the books. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
