Very clean shop. As soon as you walk in youre seated in a chair. We did have to wait for service but it wasnt long. My pedicure was the deluxe and worth the money. Will go again. Self care is the best care!!

This place is the best. I took my daughter today and decided to get my toes cleaned for the first time. These people are the best and customer service is great. Anyone that says this place is anything other than fabulous , are lying.

Went in with a torn nail and they suggested dipping for color to cover and help prevent more tearing. I’ve never had till it done before and really like the finished look and feel. Got a gel pedicure, and the lady who did it (even with the language barrier) was so kind and gentle. She had a motherly quality and the best smile in her eyes. Would definitely go back for her alone.

My husband and daughter both left bleeding and I had not been serviced yet and after seeing what they went thru I refused my service. Clearly these people are not trained. We will not be back.

Paid for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was supposed to come with a massage and hot towels. Massage was not good and only used one towel to wrap both of my legs. Polish is very uneven I can see parts of my toe nail thru the polish. I got all of this done on Friday and today( Wednesday) one of my nails has chipped and another ones looks like it will start chipping soon. I got my nails dipped and polish is bulky and not glossy and my nails are uneven. Will not try them again.

I honestly had the worst experience here. I came in during a break from work. Sat down. I was instructed to sit directly next to someone, the technicians totally ignored Covid guidelines. The guy painted my feet and vanished. I waited 20 minutes before anyone came to acknowledge me and allowed me to pay. The only time the owner spoke was when she wanted me to up-pay to get my nails done, eye brows, or get gel polish. When I would say no thank you, her and the other employees would just laugh. When I checked out, I asked the lady where the guy went and she laughed and I asked again and she said he went to go get his kids. Do not come here. Take your business and money elsewhere.

I absolutely love this place for my nails the guy in booth 3 is my favorite , i dont know his name but he is amazing he takes in to consideration that i have a baby so my nails cant be to sharp at the corners plushes always fast & ive tried other nail salons around me && none of them even come close to comparing to this salonm

I had a great experience! My nails are beautiful! I got a full set of gel nails for the first time. The process was painless and fun. I didnt get the name of the man who did them, but he was very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely come back

Professional nails dont really do designer nails, he was nervous but I showed him pictures and helped direct as to what I was looking for he did a good job but I think it would be great for them to hire someone that does design

This place was horrible very unprofessional. They do not know how to nails . They need to change the name of this piece of trash from professional to garbage. I went here early today for a manicure. The acrylic was all jumbled up and they looked fat. Didn’t even look like she filed them at all. Never coming here again . Very unprofessional. Highly don’t recommend.

Jimmy is the best with medium/long nails! They have a variety of colors to choose from and match nail/toe colors perfectly. The staff is also friendly.

This place is not professional. I wanted a regular mani and pedi and got forced into getting a full set. And when you tell them you dont want gel they either scoff at you or force you to do that as well. I was VERY adamant about the acrylic being super super thin. No matter how many times i asked for it to be thin she laughed and continued to pack on the acrylic. I cant stand have half inch thick nails. $75 later and not very happy. The pedicure sucked as well. Will not be returning. It isnt hard to tell that you are being talked about in another language to their co workers. DOOOO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Theyre nice. The wait there sometime is way too long! They do a good job though but can be a little rough on the skin around your toes while cutting it. This is why they only get 4 out of 5 stars from me cause they can use some work.

Been going here for awhile now, in the beginning all is well and when they get comfortable it is hell. They lie and tell you the people who have quit are on vacation to keep their money flowing. I had three different nails break 3 days in a row and was not satisfied at all with the way Helen repaired them. I visited another nail shop and came in to get my eyebrows waxed by Helen (who always does them) she saw my nails and instantly got mad and tried to make someone else do the wax. Definitely won’t be going back again and I would not recommend for long term service.

They do a remarkable nail job, but I ran into an issue wear the techs gave me the wrong color. 2 weeks ago I went in and got this STUNNING baby pastel pink gel nail polish on my toes and hands. I went back in recently to have the same baby pink gel nail for my toes and hands. When it came time to choose my color, I picked the lightest pink they had, same as last time. One of the techs go to get the color and comes back with a MUCH darker shade of pink... I ask the tech about it and she says its the right color. Despite me pointing at the color I want and showing her my color on my nails. She starts with my feet and sure enough... it was much darker. Im uncomfortable with telling her again, because I really dont wanna give her a hard time, but I REAALLLLY wanted that color. This time I put my hands with the color I want next to the color on my feet as a comparison, however shes insistent on that its the right color. She shows me the number of the light pink I pointed to (which was 2) and showed me that the number on the bottle she was using, sure enough the numbers matched, but that wasnt the color I wanted... I tried telling her once more, but she just kept saying Thats the color, thats the color. I left feeling sad. They do good work and my hands and feet look amazing, but I just wish I had my light pink. Everyone makes mistakes, dont use this as ammo. I just wanted to let you guys know that mistakes happen and that this was one of them.

Pedicures are great. Lots of polish and powder choices. They don’t rush even when they are busy. Manicure is always great and polish is never messy. Always a great experience.

I have been going here for 10 years and they are absolutely the BEST! I go sometimes every week, and have taken my daughter there since she was a little girl, and is now 14. They are always professional and make you feel so welcome. Helen and Jimmy do whatever they can to make sure everyone is satisfied. Obviously they cant always control the other people that work there, and I have watched staff come and go, but I can assure you that the ones that go usually have NOT performed to the standard they set. Tuly, Traci Jenny, and some the others that I dont know as well are so very kind and professional and I highly reccomend for everyone to give them a try!

The only place I’ve been too where my GEL nail polish peels off and the workers gets mad when you come back to get it fix 2 days later. Rude workers and Medicore nail techs. Won’t waste my time or coins here ever again!!

My daughter and I went to get manicures. We both wanted gel nail polish. I got mine done by Jenny. Jenny had her small child in there with her. She was working on my nails fast and not taking her time on my nails. She was constantly getting up tending to her child. Her child does not need to be in a work place like that. Very unprofessional. My daughter got her nails done by a young man. He did her nails really fast and did not trim cuticle or gave her the full manicure we wanted. I spoke up to lady in charge. I asked her why my daughter was being charged 30.00 for manicure and didnt get the full treatment? She sat my daughter down and redid her nails. She also kept encouraging my daughter to get fake nails that they will look better for 40.00 I was livid! We will never step foot in this salon again. We both were not treated tye way we should have been. I do not recommend. You will be very upset!!

I had been before and liked my gel manicure and pedicure and was happy with how they treated my 3 year old daughter who also got a mani and pedi. I will not be going back again, my 3 year old was obviously finished before me and they just sat her at a front table while my hands were still occupied and being painted without me there to help her sit still. Half of her nail polish was off within 2 hours and she had zero nail polish on the next morning. She’s little and I only take her with me to keep her occupied while I’m getting my own nails done, so I could have lived with that (although my husband was not happy to have paid for hers and nothing to show for it hours later). Our nails were done on Friday and we headed to the beach on Saturday morning. During the drive I realized one of my thumbs was missing half the polish, by Saturday night 3 nails were half chipped off. By Monday every nail had some sort of chip (ranging from a small chip at the tip to polish missing on half of a nail). My gel manicures usually last 3 weeks, for them to already be messed up in less than 24 hours is completely unacceptable, for them to look like a total hot mess within 3 days is insane. The $140 spent and the large amount of time spent the day before vacation when I had lots of other things to do is enough that I will never return! I will be searching for another Trussville nail salon for sure for our twice monthly manicures and pedicures!

2nd Visit: I received a nice pedicure, was seated for a manicure with the same technician. The manager sent my technician to another client, to do another pedicure for a different client. The manager took over my manicure, rushed thru with old thickened white polish, 2 coats, just globbed on, plus on the skin of my fingers, looked life a child painted my nails. No lotion, nothing extra. Technicians try to sell you upgrades, even after repeatedly saying no, just the basics. I was treated like an object by the manager. I was ashamed of my fingernails.Backing up two weeks:1st Visit: I asked for basic mani & pedi. Technician talked me into dip polish on fingernails. I agreed. My total bill was $95. I planned to spend $40, i should have stuck to the basics.

It was very rushed and poorly done. There is dried acrylic around the cuticles. I’m unhappy with it and upset that I paid $55.00 for

All of the staff is awful, but especially Tom!! Before he even started my nails he said “pay me now” He asked me if I wanted my toes done and when I said no he turned to the lady standing next to him and said something and they both laughed. He flicked my hand away when he was done with it and just grabbed my other one. I have come here a few times and all times my acrylics have been uneven and the edges weren’t even painted. Awful experience 🙄

I went to this establishment looking to do S and S nails. I called from out in the parking lot as was at Office Depot. I am a plus sized woman...and instantly this ignorant and rude ass man ranted we dont do those. Yet just 5 minutes ago you did them when I called. I wont be back to this discriminatory establishment ever again. I try my best not to stereotype these minorities but this just takes the cake. If I could give zero stars I would. Not having any customers looks like you would accept paying customers willingly. Oh well their loss

I use to love this place now I hate it ! They polished nails terrible! If you tell them you dont like it . They would argue you. Im not trying to start a fight with these people. Yet theyre lazy and I payed them $60 for nails I dont like ! Ugh Im so upset. I have to go somewhere else for them to fix it .

Honestly I’ve been going here for a year now and everytime they do my nails I always hate them. Period I always get acrylics and I always tell them not to do this and that they are to small they file them way to much!!! It’s like why even ask you the length when they are always short. I bite my nails and everytime I go there it’s like a parent they tell me not to bite them. I KNOW THAT. Not only do they discriminate but make fun of people. I can speak Vietnamese I Learned it in school and some of the stuff they say is hurtful. The 25 dollar acrylics really do amount to their price.

They were ok (i got a full set manicure btw). The pros are that its cheap, there are a lot of polishes, some of the workers are really nice and make sure your nails are good, and (for me) they stayed on for a LONG time. The cons are that the guy i was working with was a bit rude. He seemed very impatient and when he was done with one hand he would just flick it away to get the other. Also, my nails were pretty bumpy and very uneven. For example, my nail got slightly squished and im pretty sure he saw it and could have at least filed it down but he didnt seem to care. Then, my nails were several different lengths, my two pointer fingers being the worst. One was centimeters shorter than the other. I think that the measuring part was very short and not measured close enough. Most of this is just costumer service, but my nails were uneven and bumpy. Maybe if i got a different worker i would be ok to go again.

Me and my daughter went here for the first time last week before going to the beach. We both went for mani/pedi’s each! Our pedicure was awesome and we both did get the $35 pedi a piece! They then started our manicure and began getting busy with after work people...so, therefore did not give us a manicure....only used the new SOS dip for our nails which we weren’t impressed with....never touched our cuticals or anything. No lotion, rubbing our arms, nothing....only the sos dip color! Of course it was my fault for not speaking up but I had already been in there for like 3 hours! When we left I was charged $185 for the both of us!!!!! And our nails looked awful!!!!! Our toes look great but we didn’t get manicures at all and paid for who knows what!!!!!

I had a pedicure done by the older man and he was very inattentive. He rushed through my entire service, cut my skin several times and left polish on my toes from a previous service. My toenails were cut uneven as well. It was a very unpleasant experience and I will not go back.

No stars. It wouldnt let me post unless I chose at least one.Got a mani/pedi here and had my toe injured, gouged, bleeding and burning. After a few days I still have pain wearing shoes and blood under the skin along my whole toe nail. Was told the charge was $55.00 and after looking in my bank account online I see I was charged 65.00. I wasnt asked if I planned to tip, they just took it.
