Allen helped me during one of the scariest times of my life. I had been wrongfully terminated, and was requested to sign a severance agreement, which made me leery. I contacted Allen immediately and he met me first thing the next day. While in the office (or Zoom), hopefully you meet Whitney, who works with Allen, and keeps it all in order. A joy to work with. As for Allen, he’s so easy to work with. Sometimes his scattered mind appears as though he isn’t present and listening, but trust me, he doesn’t miss a beat. During our consultation, he detailed what will be the process. He said it would take about 18-24 months, and that was correct (Oct 2019 - Mar 2021). Luckily my employer wanted to settle. So Allen negotiated a deal with my former employer, which was satisfactory. There is a chance that even with Allen’s Midas touch, some cases are un-winnable, whether it is fair or not. However, regardless the outcome, Allen will work hard for you, continue to communicate when he has more information (remember, the government moves slow), and exhaust all avenues possible. Lastly, his rates are more than reasonable. Take the 30 minutes to meet Mr. Arnold, and let him make you feel a litter safer, during a terrifying time. I wish you luck with your case. My case was filed officially 11-1-19 and was still settled in less than a year even with the national Covid shutdown. I would highly recommend this attorney and firm. I hired Allen Arnold for a case, to which he knew the facts and decided he would represent me. My case was against a large company with numerous other properties. He took the case in January of 2020. My case went through the EEOC and on January 27, 2021, I was issued a right to sue letter. On Feb. 15, 2021, I received a phone call from Mr. Arnold stating he had decided that after looking at some things, he could no longer represent me. Due to his unprofessionalism, I can not honestly say that I would want him representing anyone I knew. His communication with me was very lacking, leaving it up to me to always call him for updates. Not responding in a timely manner when he received any communication from the EEOC, was unacceptable and unprofessional. To drop a client, after accepting the job without good cause is unprofessional. And to let a good bit of time go by before notifying me after the right to sue letter was issued to him, is unacceptable practice. You only have so much time after this letter is issued to file a suit. I am now left to find another attorney at a very critical time in this case. He has been considered my attorney for almost a year. There has been nothing done on my part, to cause this separation but now I may lose this case due to being left in a position to retain a lawyer by April 27th, which is the deadline that I have to file my suit in court or it will be dismissed. I would think long and hard before retaining him. I thought I had ask him all the right questions when interviewing him for my representation. I guess I left a few out. Lesson learned.

Allen took a difficult case for me during a difficult time in my life. He always kept me up to date on my case and was always very responsive to my phone calls and emails and always took time to explain if I had questions concerning my case or the law. Even though I felt like I had a strong case and the evidence to back up my claims he didn’t feel the same way and felt like my case wouldn’t even make it into court. My greatest wish was to get my day in court in front of a jury however Allen was afraid that my case wouldn’t make it that far. I lost a lot of money due to the lies and unethical actions by the other party and feeling the way that I did about the evidence that I had and the truth on my side, I truly wanted my day in court. I did finally give in and accept an offer that I felt to be a complete insult after all that I had been through however Allen seemed to feel like it was my best opportunity to at least recover something instead of risking losing everything by having the case dismissed. If I had things to do over again I would have made some different choices however the case has settled and there’s no since in looking back on it. As I said Allen was always extremely responsive and very gracious with his time in explaining the law and in giving his advice. I really appreciate him and his help with what, as I said before was a difficult case. I hope that I don’t need the services of an attorney any time in the near future however if I do I will not hesitate to call Allen for his advice and hire him again if necessary.
