For my upcoming birthday I wanted to rent a party bus. I google a few places first. Came across this company. I first contacted the number provided on July 30th, 2021. No answer so I emailed the email address provided on the website no response either. •So I continued to call & finally Tuesday August 3,2021 after calling I get a TEXT message from the business number. I let the person know I was inquiring about a party bus. No response • On Wednesday August 4th afternoon I received a reply to my inquiry from the day before. Asking how many ppl for the party bus. No response• The next am on Aug.5th I get a reply w the prices. I reply back stating the price was fine & that I wanted the party bus & the date. Again no reply!! So I call no answer•{[mind you it has been days & ibe still haven’t gotten an answer or call back. Would only seldomly reply to the messages. I own 2 businesses myself so I understand sometimes businesses do text but most times they will eventually talk over the phone to the client/customer.]} Still Thursday August 5th, I resend my text again later that day. No reply. Next day August 6th I resend my msg but add how do we move forward from here(meaning deposit, or contract or whatever to secure my booking) NO REPLY! August 7th I call. No answer so I text & he replied back w pics of what he had left one being a party bus. Again I let him know that’s what I want the date the party bus is needed & to my surprise he responded & asked what time I needed the party bus. I replied to him but again no reply back. I get all my ppl together thinking I had me a party bus for my birthday which is approaching at this point. Mind you I’ve asked what’s the next steps as in deposit, contract agreement, etc. So it’s been almost a week now and he haven’t answered any of my phone calls still & half way replying to texts. So August 8th I called and again text w no answer nor reply back. Monday August 9th I called a few times bc at this point I need to know what are my next steps so I could let my guests know how much & what’s what w my birthday plans. No answer from him. So I text again & he texts me “WE ARE BOOKED UP SOLID” So I send him a message saying how this was bad business & unprofessional bc for one I’ve never spoken to him he never picks up. I basically was upset bc I thought I had a party bus. He texts me pics on Saturday letting me know what he had left I’ve asked numerous times what’s the next step, etch . So after my message he FINALLY PICKS UP THE PHONE TO CALL ME! He says when he texts those pictures he DID INDEED HAVE A PARTY BUS LEFT BUT SOMEONE CALLED AUGUST 8/9th (10 DAYS ADTER I FIRST CONTACTED HIM W MY DATE & TIME, NUMBER OF PPL, ETC. WANTING TO BOOK MULTIPLE CARS FOR 14 hours FOR A TRUMP RALLY & HE basically(TO SUM IT ALL UP) said since they were spending more money THAT MY PARTY BUS WAS AS GIVEN TO THEM & that I never paid a deposit when I emailed, called & text about deposit or contract agreement multiple times. But he never responded to my msgs & when he did he never answered the deposit part. That’s greed & being greedy. BAD BUSINESS & UNPROFESSIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST. I would never as long as I’m a business owner mess someone special day up for money. Especially if they inquired about IT A WEEK & A HALF before the other customer!

Willie was very detailed and professional with getting my ride set up to ATL, and my driver Antonio was early, a safe driver, and very professional as well. I will definitely use Diamond Limo Service again!

The owner is very rude! He gave me a quote over the phone for a birthday casino trip I was planning. We had a lengthy conversation in great detail about every aspect of my trip. He went over pricing per hour based on the number of hours of drive time for the trip, accomodations I would need to set up for the driver, luggage capacity, etc.Then, four days later when I called to actually book with him, he changed the quote!!! When I explained how that wasnt what we had discussed the prior week, he told me I was wrong and bragged how he could get a particular price all day, everyday. This business is very shady and I will never call them for service again.
