Ill start with a positive. Prior to today Ive loved this place.Wouldnt even give a star if possible. As of today, theyve lost my business. Idc who, although it was one of the workers there, but when theres open dryers all over literally I counted 4 in eye shot of mine, you DONT REMOVE ANOTHER PERSONS CLOTHS AND SET IN BASKET OUT IN THE OPEN AND WITH COVID ON THE RISE AGAIN . I thankfully got in there I believe right after it happened but the entire crowd on that 3nd who saw what happened just watched as I clearly begaun to panic until asking after the woman had just started my fryer didnt speak English I had to ask if anyone saw mine taken out . All you guys in there need help customers also. I mean for one the last shouldve been using the larger dryer anyway since she had comforters 3nd if theres cloths missing so help me god someone will have charges filed on them for theft , vandalizing personal property and attempted assault since u carelessly took out my cloths without permission whos to say you or anyone that may have touched them doesnt have COVID. Your stupid plus Im charged an extra 5$ so looks like identity 5heft or online cc fraud now way to go .

Not too bad. Large washers and dryers. $.25 for three minutes so if you got large loads.....

I went early in the morning. It was clean, it wasnt that many people in there. The attendant was nice.

This facility is very clean and well run. The attendant was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

My washer broke so we had to go to the laundromat. The attendant asked my 15 yr old daughter if she was washing a dog bed. She said no. We started washing clothes in another washer and she walked up to her and said she noticed all the hair on her shirt and asked again if there was a lot of dog hair on our clothes. She keeps walking around us and harassing us about our clothes. There are guys all over the place in here washing their work clothes. She has not said one thing to them. Does anyone know who the owner is? She definitely needs a job somewhere there are no customers. I would love to have the owner contact me.

The manager (she tall with short hair) there for 10/23 is so sweet and very helpful!!!! In the process of washing clothes I lost 100$; she found and returned it to me. Its nice to know even during this pandemic there are still some helpful and humble people willing to help!!! God Bless her!!!

Attendant didnt let me wash and the time was 8:50pm and closing time says 11 pm. I had plenty of time to get my clothes washed and dried…

We had to wash a large comforter and mattress cover. They had the washer and dryer to handle it. Very clean and there were two people there to help. Very safe, well lit.

Horrible. One of the workers kept harassing me. She didnt bother the men in there just me. She had short hair and wearing , well I dont know what that fuzzy shirt with pants was called. She shuffled her feet when she walked. And watched me like she was the laundry room police. Bad customer service. My washer broke.So I had to use it. After my experience at this place, I went and bought me a washer. Its a laundromatlady. Think about that for a minute. Let it sink in. With your bad attitude it is probably the only job you could get. I get it. Atleast try to be the best laundry attendant you can be. And stay off your phone. Just plain LAZY.

It has a stinky smell when you first enter the establishment. Needs to be mopped with fresh mop water. Mostly all the dryer on the back wall is out of order or being worked on. Laundry attendants walking around with masks off their faces wearing them down around their necks. Other than that its okay to wash your clothes.

Theres an hour and a half until closing and this broad ask me if I was washing or drying, when I tell her both she says, Were closed and Ive already cleaned all the washers. So what was her point of asking which one I was doing. She proceeded to tell me that is their policy- THEN THERE SHOULD BE A SIGN POSTED! your cut off time is at 9:00 pm but you close at 11:00 pm that makes absolutely no sense at all. 10:00pm I can understand or something like the last wash at 9:30 even because I know the staff wants to go home. Well I will not ever use this facility.

Rude. Poor customer service. Would not accept my dry cleaning because I did not have a mask on then takes her mask off to lecture me about why I should be wearing a mask. Glad we got that settled. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

Clean. $4 wash on 20lbs loads which seems a little high but it is a nice place, clean, quiet, and even has an atm which is a rarity. I will be back.

Very well run, in a laundry you look for access to change and room to fold your clothes. This had both, as well as television and news. Also a degree of quietness and polite management. Very well run.

Clean, but expensive $4.50 for a 20 lb washer. Some of the machines take credit cards. Located near Bargain Hunt so if you need wash liquid or dryer sheets, you can probably get them there.

The washers are wonderful especially when you have very large loads. But the new attendant with the blonde braids is very very very Rude. All the other attendants are sweet and helpful, my family and I no longer wash there whenever shes there. Having a nasty attitude isnt good when you work with the public.

Make sure you bring quarters, cash to get quarters out the change machine, and/or debit/credit card. The cashier didnt even have quarters. Didnt know so many people go to the laundry mat 🤷🏾‍♀️ MASK UP 😷

First visit was today and it was great! The attendant, Cylenthia, was very nice and welcoming. The facility was clean. All of the washers and dryers were in working order so I did not have to wait long to clean and dry my clothes. Im looking forward to my next visit here.

The last time I went to this laundromat was about two weeks ago, I had to use the dryer. I needed change so I walked on the back floor to get some quarters from the coin dispenser. The worker told me I needed to walk all around the room to get the change machine because she had just mopped the floor which didnt have a wet floor sign. Well when I looked at the floor it was already dry and I didnt see a need to walk all around the laundromat to get to a machine that was 10 feet in front of me. So I got my change and walked back to the dryer, then the woman came and barricaded the side that I walked on with chairs and other things. A few minutes later a man who had come back to get his clothes had to remove all the stuff she stacked up because it blocked the dryer that his clothes were in. This was my third time going to that laundromat, I was a regular at the one down the street but I started using this one because it is closer to where I live but now Im back at the other one where I never had an issue.

Clean place, staff at all times, change machines that take debit cards, machines are fast so time spent there is less. Great place. Large machines are available for large items. They will do your laundry for you and there is a dry cleaning service.

Went there today and they were closing a little earlier than usual. My wife and I had driven in from Nashville and was told by several people that this was THE place to get our laundry done. The lady working told me the last load had to be in at 3:30. It was 3:47. She was super cool about letting me in to do my load and even chatted with us while we were trying to get out as quickly as we could. The wash was quick, but the 40# dryer was super quick and we were on our way. Clean, courteous, and affordable!

Only place I wash my comforters. Having a king size mattress pad is amazing except when its time to wash it. Their machines are perfect size & quick! 45 minutes to wash & dry?? Yes please!

Cylenthia was great as I walked in she was very welcoming. Asking if I needed help with anything. I briefly asked what the rate was to have it washed she was very nice and told me prices. I then decided to wash my own clothes. In doing so Cylenthia noticed I had grabbed softener rather than washing detergent. She the brought me the correct one. Alesia then approached and welcomed me as well and asked if I needed something. I felt so warm and welcomed. Best place in Hoover so far. Friendliest staff I have met since my visit. Great job ladies you are amazing and wonderful I will always come back here when visiting.

I was staying in the area and opted to use their wash/dry/fold service instead of dealing with the super expensive hotel laundry service, or the time/hassle of finding detergent, quarters, etc. They charge $12/pound. For $18 I had a weeks worth of laundry nicely folded and hung, ready within 24 hours.

Been coming here for some time now & have usually been satisfied, however tonight was different. After loading one washer & as Im putting clothes into a 2nd washer, the attendant told me I couldnt wash because it was too late. The sign on the door says LAST LOAD IN AT 9:30, which is what I said to her, pointing out that it was just turning 9:30 on the clock on the wall. She said that meant the loads had to be washing by then. My clothes were already loaded

I do loved this laundry mat because its clean and the people are friendly.

I went here on Sunday June 24 for the first time and had brought 2 loads in my car. After taking in the first load, I was able to find a 30 lb washer available where the price was 5.00. I ended up putting $5 of quarters in and press the Start button. I was not sure if the machine was working or not because it did not seem to move at first and I could not hear from all the other machines and noise in the facility. I saw 25 lit on the machine and it was hard to tell whether it was a timer or asking for more money so I put in another quarter. I decided to put another quarter and afterwards tried to press the button to get it back but could not. The machine may have been slow to start as I put the additional quarter in. I am 100% sure I had put in $5 at the beginning and ended up putting another quarter in for 5.25. I asked the attendant how much the machines were and she said $5. She would not give me back a quarter because she said it was my mistake and not the machine. I decided not to do the second load at this place and will take elsewhere.

Great laundry service! I use these guys to do my dry cleaning and so far, its been great. Low prices and a great manager keep me coming back.

Been coming here while out of town. 3 times here have had no problems. We showed up a 4th time at 8 pm and needed the 60 lb washer to wash our things and the lady working said she was shutting them down early to clean. And told us to use the smaller washers. All while doing so with a bad attitude and kept giving hateful looks. She stood behind people waiting for them to finish so she could shut each washer and clean them earlier. We noticed that she was taking people’s clothes out of dryers who were coming back for their things so that they were empty and cleaned sooner. I have several pictures but not sure how to post on google. Don’t recommend coming here. When she watched me take pictures, she stopped what she was doing to follow me and go behind the desk to watch what I was doing on my phone. She read my messages and wouldn’t stop staring at my phone until I turned my phone to selfie mode and took a pic of her watching me. Then she looked away.

The washers and dryers work great the staff was not very friendly though

It was over $6 to use a 40 lb. washer which I thought was somewhat steep, and the dryers only give you 6 minutes for $0.50 which seems inadequate, but the place is clean and has a large number of machines available.

Ive come twice now, both times with well over an hour left of the store being open and both times have been turned away. I only wanted to wash 3 shirts the last time I came, but was turned away. I DO NOT recommend this place.

When I get overworked and dont have time to do laundry I always use their wash, dry and fold/hang service. They do a great job every time. Also, they hang shirts and pants on hangers they provide. I literally just have to pick up my clean laundry from them, take it home and take a few moments to hang it up or put it in a drawer. Ive used other laundry mat services in the area and Ive also washed my clothes at several on my own. This is my favorite laundry mat in Birmingham.

Went there today and washed several loads of clothes. I have used this business over the past several years and never had a problem till today. I had some problems with a washer that I put my comforter in and the lady had to come and fix it and once it was done washing this brand new comforter that I was had for the first time was stained with dirt from the washer and torn because when she closed the washer door the comforter got stuck between the door and washer. When I went and showed the lady she told me it was my fault and nothing she could do. I will never go here again . This has really rubbed me the wrong way and I will go somewhere else from now on...
