Had a battery replaced on my 2016 iPhone SE. The service was quick and the gentleman that helped me was very kind and courteous. Had I gone to the Apple Store, the waiting time would have been longer and the cost would have been more. I am glad that I went to Batteries+ Bulbs on Hwy 280 in Greystone.

(Sorry I forgot his name) I went there for my iPhone 7 battery replacement. He was very kind and friendly. I got $10 off through online reservation. He already applied the coupon even before I mentioned it. It took 45 min so I was enjoying coffee in Panera Bread right next to the store. After the battery replacement, he explained how to maintain the battery longer and increase the battery life. That explanation was also very helpful too. And, my phone works perfectly after battery replacement.

I had a great experience on this purchase and will definitely be a returning customer.

Nice guys but worst experience weve ever had with phone repairs and continuing issues. We brought in a working iphone 6 in order to purchase a new battery. We went to pick it up and the tech had broken the phone. He offered to order a phone to replace it and we returned in a week. We walked in to pick up the replacement and the technician at the counter told us that the first person had never ordered it. We returned a week later only to be told that the phone had been ordered and then the order was cancelled. A week later, they gave us a different model as a replacement and told us that it was an ATT model but would work with ourT-Mobile service. WRONG! We spent time with T-Mobile, Apple, and Best Buy over the entire weekend and now we have to go back to Batteries Plus on 280 and start the process all over again. I have never ever had more problems with trying to get something repaired or replaced in my life. I would NOT recommend this place if you want a cell phone repaired.

When I walked in to Batteries+ near Greystone I assumed the kid behind the counter was about as knowledgeable as the useless Home Depot employees. I was WRONG! The boy knew all the specs of the exotic battery I needed and even refunded me for a wrong purchase that was my fault. I had already torn open the package and had no receipt!

I have a 3 year old smartphone whose battery wouldnt hold a charge any longer. A friend suggested that instead of buying a new phone I replace the battery. I went into the store seeking advice and possibly a battery. The young man who helped me was Cody. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and in just a few moments I had a new battery, some advice, and courtesy and enthusiasm not often shown by sales staff. It was a positive experience and Ill certainly return to the store for future needs. The prices were very reasonable. I also got a new battery for my car door Clicker.

My faithful lawn tractor battery was unable to crank yesterday. I’m more than a someone who loves to save money. My sickness reaches much deeper. I have to know that I’m getting the best value and service. So I went internet hunting for said battery. What I found was a sea full of 2 Star reviews. Until I found Batteries+. I’d always assumed specialty stores would be more expensive. Not so. I ordered online — which was great in two ways. One, all I had to do is walk in and get what I came for. Two, there’s a discount incentive for shopping this way. While they retrieved my order I noticed how clean, organized, and well stocked the store was. Even ‘sale’ items were aplenty. Staff very helpful and friendly. Made a mental note on the way out that they fix smart phone & iPad screens as well as put in new batteries. Overall, excellent experience.

Best price, best warranty, best product, great service!Recently had an Iphone 9+ screen replaced, it worked perfectly, cost less than the manufacturer, in fact the mfg refused to replace the screen because the cameras dust cover on the back of the camera was broken! Our tech, Brady, at the Greystone store, was outstanding!

The young man changed the battery in my car fob with no issues....very efficient and very fast!!!

A lot of people probably don t know this, but if you have a small device like an electric shaver/trimmer, or really anything with a plug in internal battery this place can make it like new. The will take the device apart install a new rechargeable battery and clean it all up for you...no need to buy an all new shaver or trimmer!! Winning!

DO NOT USE FOR PHONE REPAIR!!! Got my phone back it had no camera in it and the screen that was installed was bad. I was told that things happen so I assume they just sell bad merchandise and hope you dont notice. If you value your money and time avoid this place.
