I always get my issue solved in a most courteous manner. It’s usually a wax problem or something simple. I am happy with my hearing aids.

I recently had my hearing tested at the Beltone in Vestavia. My entire experience from scheduling my appointment right through coming in for the test was a great experience. The woman at the front was very nice and helpful and the practitioner was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and was quick to answer all my questions for me. Thankfully at this time I am not in need of hearing aids, but was encouraged to come back in for annual testing to stay on top it, which I certainly will. If I ever am in need of hearing aids I will 100% be getting them from Beltone in Vestavia.

I just wanted to know if the model my grandmother had was bluetooth compatible. I had the model numbers ready, and they couldnt answer the question.Literally something that should be in their system as a yes/no answer, and they refused to do anything but make me an appointment.They couldnt point me to a website, or give me a number where I could ask a person, they only wanted to make an appointment for a meeting to get information that should be readily available to the customers. I got a non-answer about there being too many models to know everything. Thats what databases are for, but for some reason they couldnt access that over the phone, only in person.They are worthless.

I went by to have the hearing turned up on my hearing aid however there was a problem and it had to be sent off the people at Bells home could not be nicer and more helpful Im so glad that I chose them

Beltone in Vestavia was the first place I went when I started using hearing aids, and I am so glad it was. I have been using them for three years, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable about my hearing aid needs. Cheryl, the Patient Care Coordinator, is always so helpful, and the doctors are great. I would definitely recommend them.
