Warning! Take pics of your dash & car. They made 2 spots on my dash and refused to take responsibility for it. They DO sit objects on your dash.

Called to get a quote and schedule a time to bring my car in. They had me there the next day. I showed up an hour early and was done and on the road shortly after my originally scheduled appointment (Most of that time was waiting the 30 minutes before driving again). The entire staff was extremely polite and friendly. Windshield looks great and the service was much faster than I expected. They came highly recommended from a coworker and they did not disappoint in any aspect.

I called and they couldnt give me a appointment at first but then I told them, I work at a prison and get off supper late and I am very hard to get hold of at work. Then lady I was talking too immediately talked to someone and got me for first thing in the morning the next day at my home. Eddi was my man he hooked me up... He was here on time between the times they gave me. He was very nice and polite got the job done fast and it looks great. Will be using them down the road if I ever have too, but lets hope not.

There was trouble excepting company fleet Credit cards because the company isn’t registered as an automotive company it’s registered as a privately owned company, I’m only deducting one star for inconvenience because I have to get other people involved to make the proper payment. I typically dont write reviews but I was so impressed by these guys I thought I would. They went out of their way to make this convenient and very affordable. We schedule the install, they drove to my place of work, installed the windshield in 30 minutes or less. He handed me an invoice and I paid over the phone with debit card. Could have not been easier.

Ive used them for a lot of things throughout the past 10-11 years and theyve never let me down! Theyve always had the best prices and a few times they have met me somewhere to replace the glass on my car. During Katrina, a tree fell and knocked out the back driver side window, driver window, and side view mirror. They met me to fix it! Ill never go anywhere else!

I paid to have my windshield replaced because it was less than my insurance deductible. The person who replaced my windshield broke the plastic piece attached to my car (which still had the factory windshield on it). When I asked him why the piece was dangling he said it always breaks off on this model vehicle. He glued the plastic piece back down, which later came off again anyway. Since then, they have repaired the piece 3 different times. Now my rear view mirror is loose and wiggling due to not being properly secured and there is glue everywhere. Im sure that always happens on this model vehicle as well. Im VERY upset that I paid nearly $400 for something to be done halfway and then treated so poorly. I would not recommend Cassady & Self to anyone! Id rather pay more money and have the job done correctly.

VERY unprofessional! Made an appointment and was told to call at 9AM the next morning to see what time the technician would be at my job. I know, that was weird for me too. I called at 9:45 and was told that they couldnt reach the technician, which meant he was most likely doing a windshield. They would call me back. Fast forward to 12:30, no call or show up so I call again and was told pretty much the same thing. Except this time a guy tells me, well he leaves in the morning with 6-10 windshields and works his way around. HUH! They never called but the technician called at 2:50, Hey whats your place of employment? My day at work is over and Im not about to wait so I cancelled. Funny things is they didnt even seem to care.

Called me to let me know he was close to my work and I met him outside took him all of about 15 mins to fix my windshield. The tech was very nice and polite. Will use this company again.

This company was recommended from State Farm. The guy got here and started and I told him there is a particular way to do these windshield on my car. Ive never replaced a windshield in my life. I have read multiple incidents involving this particular model of car that if adhesive is not put on a particular way that its going to leak. From the beginning I could tell even though I dont have experience in this that he was doing it wrong. The guy was a jerk and didnt want to listen to any info I had for him. He seemed very rushed to get everything done and as a paying customer that doesnt work for me. I know they guarantee their work against any defects but I honestly dont want to have to call them back to come fix something.I asked the guy to leave before he really even got started. Im sure most customers dont care how things are done as long as a new windshield is installed. There are also some customers that want to make sure its done right.

Got jerked around by Safelite in the morning, so I called Cassady & Self and scheduled an appointment in the afternoon for 2:00. They got to my car at 2:25 and I was driving out of the parking lot with a new windshield at 2:53. It looks like they did a fine job and it was about $30 cheaper than the estimate from Safelite.

I recently had a rock to the windshield of my 5 month old murano. They were recommended by State Farm. I believe I used them years ago. Cassidy and Self worked well with my State Farm rep (had to replace the entire windshield) and were able to come out to my office on 280. The rep was very knowledgable. Experience was wonderful.
