ITAC is an incredible staffing agency that truly looks out for their clients and contractors. I cant recommend them enough.

I am a Junior Mobile developer looking for a position so I figured I would give ITAC a shot. I valued them due to the many tech meet-ups hosted there which I attended and the friendly personality each member seems to have. However, it seems like their personality and willingness to help is about as fake as a car salesman’s. I’ve tried to use their services twice now and have gotten as far as to schedule phone calls after phone calls but each time, I’m blown off and ghosted. I’ve even delayed myself a few times from going into work just to be able to schedule a call with a recruiter only to be blown off and given an excuse of he/she having a “super busy day”. To sum up this review, if you are expecting these recruiters to care about you - they don’t. Will they help you? Not if you’re a junior developer.

I’m sure ITAC is a great company but they do not do a very good job at contacting potential candidates that are qualified for positions they post. I receive emails from ITAC almost daily with many jobs that I am qualified for, I apply, and I am never contacted even just to discuss possibilities. Not sure anyone is monitoring the online application process...

I highly recommend ITAC and especially Morgan Carter! I tried VIP Personnel and Pangeatwo first and was highly unsatisfied with both due to their lack of follow up and interest. I reached out to Morgan and she was amazing!!! Great follow up and super friendly! She didnt stop until she found me a job in my field of study even though I didnt have much experience. She also checked on me once I started working and made sure I was satisfied with the job. She is the best!

That was a good reassuring feeling to have! I am enjoying my assignment as a Technical Writer. My experience with ITAC has been wonderful from the first time I spoke with my recruiter, Chancelor Dinkins.Chance has been professional as a recruiter and has been a pleasure to get to know and work with. About a month after our first conversation, Chance called me to discuss my current position. He kept me informed as to where we were in the contract process and answered any questions I asked.I would definitely recommend ITAC Solutions to a friend or colleague. I would also recommend Chance as a Recruiter. He works diligently to ensure he has the right fit for his client.

IDK if she still works there or not but do NOT trust Jennifer. If you have a job already be very weary before accepting a position. She will tell you anything to get you signed on somewhere to make her cut, no matter if there is any truth in it on not. I told her I didnt want a temp position, she assured me that it wasnt going to be and that it would roll perm. The company she placed me with kept me 5 days and then let me go without explanation other than I wasnt a good fit. My whole experience with ITAC was terrible. Thankfully, I was able to get my old job back. It has been a year since this happened but this still bothers me and I dont want anyone to go through what I did.

I went in for an interview, explain to my interviewer how I had used payroll software them the pastAnd had to correct payroll due to under pain. Not that I had given extra money, but that I had given the money that they were originally supposed be paid in the first place. I was then told that that is against management, ensuring that your employees were paid what they worked. If this company supports under paying their employees, or represent any companies that do, I don’t feel that they’re who you want to work for. Go somewhere where you’re not punished for ensuring employees are paid correctly.

ITAC Mobile, AL team is great to work with! They know just how to match candidate and employer together for a great fit! I recommend their office to anyone seeking opportunity in the Mobile area.

J G Carver is the best! He is super nice, very professional, and always willing to answer any questions. This was my first time working with a contracting company, and it was a really good experience.

The staff was very nice professional and very eager to find an appropriate job for me. However, once they found the perfect job it went downhill quickly. I had to take a test for the position but none of the computers worked properly with the program. I was able to take it from home but it took almost 3 hours to finish. Then I never heard back after countless emails and phone calls. I found several other suitable jobs on their website but was never contacted after expressing interest. Also, you cannot submit your resume in PDF form which is silly this day and age.

Let it be known that Ginny Queen is the BOMB! I jumped between several temp agencies the past year, and I joined ITAC in late Nov. I have a Masters degree, so Ginny REFUSED to give me a job that pays less than $15/hr. It took maybe a wk or two when she called me about a position that pays $16/hr (the most I ever made in my LIFE). Ginny called me about an hr after my interview with the company to let me know I got the job! The job was initially temporary, only lasting 2 mths. Ginny kept in touch with me periodically to make sure I was happy and to get updates. None of the other agencies I went through has EVER done that for me, and it made me really happy that Ginny cared. Now its four mths later, and I was offered a full-time position with that company today! I worked hard, followed Ginnys advice, and made a great impression with the company to make them decide to keep me! Im ecstatic right now, knowing that this would not have been possible without ITAC and especially Ginny! Thanks so much for everything, Ginny!P.S. ITAC has a BEAUTIFUL office! Their interior designer did an amazing job!

I had a great experience. ITAC found me when I wasnt even looking for a job. The opportunity they found for me is a great fit, and Im so glad that with their help I was able to make the jump and try something new.

Beware. Calls may go unanswered for days, disconnects, blind transfers. My experience with them was very unprofessional. If you are looking for a serious recruiting firm concerned with helping you find a high paying career, this is probably not the company for you.

I met with a recruiter here in the late summer of 2015. I went in a couple of times to meet with them for a position, but never anything specific. I never received any kind of communication from them on any open position after my original meeting. My background is extremely flexible and fits with many types of positions. I understand that recruiters get busy and sometimes candidates fall through the cracks, but now the same thing is happening to a friend who is working with ITAC. She received an email from a recruiter here. She applied to an Admin position since that is the majority of her experience. When the call came to speak with her, he completely blew past it and focused in on her weaknesses and said that she would not be a fit for the position that she applied for through them. As a Recruiting Manager myself, I would submit her resume for that position left and right. In short, I would not waste your valuable time working with this company. Instead, look at other firms, like PangeaTwo or Moxy. These companies work hard for their candidates.

I worked with two different recruiting firms in the Birmingham area and Im literally giving the same review on both. They were that similar in experience. I give them two stars out of five because while there were no results for myself, I still understand the process however, but feel it could be better.You must first understand these recruiting firms are not really working for you, but are working for their business clients. So even though they give you a nice, warm speech about how they are here for you, in reality assisting you is secondary to assisting their paying clients. This is somewhat fair because that is how they make their money.Again, experience was very similar at the two firms I visited. You fill out paperwork, which is basically like completing a employment application. You will be scheduled to come in for an interview so they can go over your employment history and get a feel for the type of job you are seeking. They are also using this meeting to pre-interview you for their clients. Staff at all two locations were very nice and friendly. The recruiters are very bubbly and fun.At the end of the meeting, the recruiters will tell you how they will get to work attempting to place you with a matching career with one of their clients. This is kinda where the communication stopped for me. Beyond this initial interview, I received no communication in the following three months. The only call I did receive (from one firm), was a few days after visiting to tell me a job I was initially matched with had changed the job description and the pay scale was well below what I was seeking. Barring that single contact, radio silence. I was even told by one firm that after submitting my info to a place or two they would follow up with me regardless of the results to let me know how things were progressing. That call was not received.I am sure the firms have worked well for some, just not for me.

I wish I would have left this review sooner. I cannot remember the name of the Male recruiter that I interviewed with, but simply put...HE SUCKED!!! I wouldnt say avoid the company altogether as with all staffing agencies you will eventually run into a bad experience with a recruiter or two. ITAC didnt work for me at all as the recruiter could care less about what I was looking for in a job. He kept pushing the kind of work that I initially told him I didnt want to do and when I would agree to do the work because it seemed like he wasnt finding anything else, he would tell me they didnt want me or they went in a different direction. I told him that I wanted to steer clear of call centers as they just were not my cup of tea and the two jobs he tried to sell me on were call center jobs at lower rates than the ones I had in the past... Pangeatwo found a job that fit what I like to do but the pay isnt great although it does help to pay the bills... As I said earlier, all staffing agencies are the same but your experience is yours alone. You have to just keep searching until you find what fits what it is you feel works best for you...

Contrary to the other Jacob Brown I have had great experiences with ITAC.

They okay I guess however I did have to call me recruiters boss to get a call back been registered now for about two years and it seems like the jobs that I know I am qualified for I never get a phone call, and when I do call they say the jobs on their website just repeat themselves they say the jobs have not been open for months. This company is not the worst but its not the best either.

No communication at all. I left an assignment and they did not even have a courtesy to call and check why I was leaving. The whole time I was working with them they did not attempt to check up on me. You can send 100 emails and leave voicemails but you wont get a response.

They are awful. They will never call you back or find you a job. The only way my recruiter would call me back would be if I called and asked for a manager. Every time I called they said he was in the bathroom. Smh... 2 years with no help and no call backs. Avoid!
