I visited aspen dental today. The receptionist was very pleasant and sweet. But when we got to the back to get our cleaning done, the hygienist was not friendly at all. It seemed as if she did not want to be there. When she asked my son to close his mouth as she was suctioning it ,he still had his mouth open, and she said why do they do that. To me that is unprofessional.when I visit a place I dont want to feel rushed or like Im just there for you to get a pay check, good customer really goes along way.

Not the same as when first opened! The new receptionist is horrible and rude. I had been taking my children there since the place opened and use to love it. Now not anymore. We had just been there two months ago and this was the follow up appointment. She refused to allow my son to be seen , requesting that we update our information. Umm we did that two months ago and nothing had changed. My mother called me at work to let me know what was going on. So I told her we had just the update and everything was the same. She said we had to do it again to be seen. So I asked her to fax my records so that we can go somewhere else. One year later we never we received those records. Luckily the new dentist is much nicer and organized! Never Again !

The girls are nice good with kids experience great. I couldnt ask for a better place ir people to clean my 12 yr old sons teeth. They are doing a great job and all of them need a raise and I told all my friends about them 75 of my friends take their kids their now. Keep up the great work kids friendly clean its like we are all family.

Most unprofessional place I know they never answer the phone and it is just wrong when you are being charged monthly and can’t set up an appointment

The wait was too long they had no chairs in the back when my son and I went to the back also after we got to the back it took them at lease 30 to come brush my child teeth and this is after we got a private room nobody came back to really check on us expect one girl with some braids (had three braids in a low ponytail) dont recall her name but thanks for trying to help. The wait time could be shorter!!! Also noticed while we waited three chairs came available nobody really tried to fill them

Although each person has a difference in their attitude and ways they would handle situations this facility does good with it. I see that the building is quite small to house the patient its has and there is barely enough seating at times its pretty tight.There is room for improvement in how they communicate during treatment on a patient, because that patient could be attentive and over hears the conversation about them.

I do not think I could have chosen a better dentist for my daughter to go to. They did everything she needed done very fast and very good. They were also great with her. Very clean too.

Very nice staff , clean and professional, my daughter had fun getting her teeth clean, they make you feel so great about taking care of your teeth and gums ! She’s on the no cavity team! Thank you vital smiles.

My kids have been going here for the past 15 years and overall, we have had wonderful experiences. The staff is friendly and informs you step by step about your child.

You all are very patient and understanding with the children. You made us very comfortable and explained every process and reason for the process you needed to take to get my daughters teeth healthy. You went straight to work instead of waiting or rescheduling for the procedure and we are very appreciative of you all. Thank you and God Bless.

My appointment for my child was at 330, we wasnt seen until almost 5pm when its time to start closing. I wasnt happy about having to be there that long for teeth cleaning!On top of that, it was freezing cold inside, I know its too keep germs down. But its a risk having to sit in there thats so cold your nose runs, them have to go outside in warmer air!

My oldest has been going here for years and we absolutely love it. His baby brother just had his first dentist appt and it went FANTASTIC!!! The whole staff was friendly and gentle with him. He sat like a big boy and got his teeth brushed with no problem. They gave him a little car and a sticker and he was the happiest one year old alive, lol!! This is definitely the place to be!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I been their plenty of times but this was my son first time going and they did an excellent job with everything. They made him feel safe and calm and just was talking to him while he was getting his teeth worked on. I love it

My experience was great. The doctor was great and her assistants was great as well. They even calmed me down as a parent. My baby did great through this experience. Everyone was so Nice!!!

We are new to the area and hadnt found a dentist for our kids yet when my 7 year old fell and broke part of her front permanent tooth. I called Vital Smiles the morning after she broke her tooth and they were able to see all 3 of my kids the following morning. As new patients it can take a while to get appointments but not with Vital Smiles. My daughters tooth will be fixed in a couple days and I could not be happier with the entire staff. I would definitely recommend this dental facility to other parents.

Some of the staff were very rude and acted as if they didnt want to be there. I dont recommend this business to any parent. They were overbooked and running around like everything had to be rushed. I prefer to have someone take their time and work on each of my childrens teeth. Some of the staff dont have any business serving children. Some of the staff were unprofessional(hood rats). They need to tighten up. If you want to believe the fake reviews before me go ahead, check it out for yourself. You have been warned.

It was quick, fun, and a steadily flow environment. My daughter was very excited about her visit coming and leaving. She has even moved to the big girl room so to see that and the smile on her face was priceless.

They are a good facility. They get you in quick but sometimes they take too long when you get to the back. They had my 2 yo back there for over an hour today just to brush her teeth and she got very fussy. I had ask someone to go in there and finish the job.

My daughter complained of pain when getting her fillings. The pain wasnt really during the filling it was Dr. Roses assistant. When the assistant was putting the silver spacers around her teeth she was putting them in incorrectly and was hurting her gums. After manh failed attempts somebody came in to help. Afterwards she was complaining of gum pain for about three hours
